Kızılelma hit the target with a supersonic missile
Türkiye’s first unmanned warplane, Bayraktar Kızılelma, fired with the JET-230 missile developed by Roketsan for the first time within the scope of the work carried out at the 5th Main Jet Base Command in Amasya’s Merzifon district. The supersonic missile, which was successfully fired from a range of over 120 kilometers, hit its target with full accuracy. Thus, Türkiye’s first unmanned combat aircraft passed another important stage and demonstrated its ability to perform critical missions with air-to-ground supersonic munitions.

Baykar Chairman of the Board and Technology Leader Selçuk Bayraktar, who led the test activity, congratulated the test team by saying, “Another milestone has been completed. I heartily congratulate you, friends.” Bayraktar Kızılelma successfully completed the firing tests it previously carried out with GÖKDOĞAN air-to-air missile, TOLUN, TEBER-82 KGK and LGK-82 ammunition. The integration of national ammunition into Bayraktar Kızılelma, which successfully hit its target with its JET-230 supersonic missile, has accelerated. Türkiye’s first unmanned combat aircraft thus increases its effectiveness against different targets.

Notmatix, the first artificial intelligence-supported university application
With the launch held at İBN Haldun University, the first corporate university application of Notmatix, the first artificial intelligence-supported measurement and evaluation platform developed in Türkiye, was introduced. Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ibn Haldun University, attended the event held in Başakşehir, Istanbul, and made evaluations about the global effects of artificial intelligence and its future in education.
Erdoğan stated that the human and moral dimension of technology should be questioned and said, “We need to benefit from the blessings of artificial intelligence. However, is this technology developed to solve certain problems of humanity or just to benefit someone? The important thing is whether artificial intelligence will serve justice and peace.”
Erdoğan said, “Those who catch the breakthrough created by artificial intelligence will be able to close the gap quickly. This is valid for Türkiye, companies and all educational institutions.” Stating that the Notmatix project will make things easier in education and strengthen individual tracking, Bilal Erdoğan stated that he believes that the platform will make a great contribution to academic studies.

2.5 million Euros collected for the earthquake were lost
Turkish folk music artist Handan Aydın claimed that the fate of 2.5 million Euros of the 5 million Euros collected by the German Alevi Unions Federation for the earthquake is uncertain. Aydın argued that the name of Bağcılar Cemevi director Zeynel Abidin Koç was also mentioned in his allegations based on audit reports.
“NO 2.5 MILLION EUROS”
You have made some controversial claims about earthquake aid. On what basis do you say these?
I am saying that half of the 5 million Euros collected by the German Alevi Unions Federation for the earthquake is not available. Inspection reports state that only 60 containers and 150 thousand school bags were purchased with this money. The fate of the remaining 2.5 million Euros cannot be explained. Reports state that 900 thousand Euros of this money appears to be linked to Zeynel Abidin Koç, who is under the management of Bağcılar Cemevi. These are not my claims, they are the issues reflected in the audit reports.

“IT IS BEING USED”
You also have criticisms about Alevi associations…
I am Alevi, but I have never engaged in politics based on my Alevi identity. Some circles use Alevism for political gain. I think that some Alevi organizations, especially in Germany, are trying to portray Alevism as separate from Islam. I do not think it is right that Cemevis should be turned into areas where politics takes place.
CEMEVI SHOULD NOT BE TURNED INTO A TAvern
What you said about Cemevis has been talked about a lot. Why did you make such a move?
About 2 years ago, I saw that alcohol tables were set up at noon in a cemevi in Çorum. I’m so sorry about this. I do not find it appropriate to use places considered as places of worship in this way. I am against Cemevis being used for both politics and other purposes.
IMAMOĞLU DAMAGED THE ALEVI SOCIETY
I have never voted. I think İmamoğlu is doing populist politics. I have experienced that people close to him are supported in CHP municipalities, and this is clearly seen in concert organizations. In my opinion, it harmed both the CHP and the Alevi community.

FETO’s treacherous plans were prevented by the power of the people
On the anniversary of the treacherous coup attempt of July 15, which was recorded as the biggest breaking point in Türkiye’s recent history, important witnesses of July 15 came together at the Institute Social building in Üsküdar. Former Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, in his speech here, said, “That dark night is an unprecedented epic in which not only state institutions but also millions of citizens stood in front of the tanks with their bare hands, with the help of God and with the feeling of tranquility descending from the sky, against an organized coup d’etat planned months or years in advance.”
Explaining his experiences during the flight, Albayrak said: “Since our phones were tapped, we made surprise moves through Bodrum, Aydın, Izmir and Dalaman alternatives so that we could not guess where we were going; as a matter of fact, when we landed in Dalaman at the last minute and boarded the plane, the pilots, one of whom we later learned was a FETO member, tried to direct us there, even though we knew that Sabiha Gökçen was in trouble.

For Atatürk Airport, despite all the protests and efforts to prevent them saying, “They might have pulled a truck onto the runway, we might crash,” we landed safely at the airport with the assurance we received from the Police, “The operation is complete, we have solid backs.” Stating that they were planning a terrorist operation against ISIS in his office on Vatan Street when the coup attempt started, Istanbul Police Chief Mustafa Çalışkan of the time said that he gave a reflexive order upon the news that the soldier was trying to seize the police’s gun and they did not give way to the traitors.

CITIZENS SUPPORTED THE NATIONAL WILL
The then Minister of Justice, Bekir Bozdağ, said about what happened that day: “On the night of July 15, our people carried out a resistance unprecedented in history by standing against tanks and planes with their bare hands; and we, as members of parliament, stood up for the national will by keeping the doors of the Parliament open that night, with the determination that “you cannot enter here without trampling our corpses.”

There is no longer a Türkiye that makes rejection its legacy
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made important statements after the Cabinet Meeting at the Presidential Complex. Stating that Ankara hosted a historical summit with a historical success, President Erdoğan said: On this occasion, it has been registered that Ankara is now a world city. I think we will see the reflections of this especially in tourism.
THERE IS A Türkiye THAT EMBRACES: What is good for Türkiye is good, useful and auspicious for all of us. Türkiye’s success is the success of all 86 million people. We do not find it right to use national issues as a tool for ideological fights and political polemics. I would like to remind those who are particularly disturbed by the mehter march, the janissaries, and the performance of the ceremonies in a way that befits our history. Whether you accept it or not; But there is no longer a Türkiye that makes rejection its legacy. On the contrary, there is a Türkiye that embraces civilization and cultural accumulation. The NATO Leaders Summit was a meeting where our deep-rooted state tradition was displayed in all its glory and dignity. The greatness and nobility of our nation, the prestige and prestige of our state are virtually embodied in the Presidential Complex where the Summit was held.
THEY PRODUCE DELUSIONS: Unfortunately, there is a marginal segment in Türkiye that cannot tolerate hearing even a single positive sentence about their own state and government. So that; They have been producing unimaginable delusions for days to denigrate the summit and Türkiye’s exceptional hosting status. We just laugh at the criticisms made by the poor people who beg their interlocutors for a “5-minute meeting” just to be on the agenda. Alienation is bad; But it is much worse to be alienated or even hostile to one’s own country, one’s own nation.
THIS PLACE IS THE HOUSE OF THE NATION: Our Mehter Band, which enthused the clash of swords in the battlefields of our heroic ancestors with their sabers, drums and horns, and our Guard Regiment, which also includes the Janissary Corps, one of the most distinguished military units of the Ottoman Empire, added a different meaning and beauty to the Summit. Our Presidential Complex, just like our Gazi Parliament, is the representative office of our state and 86 million people. This place targeted by certain circles is the House of the Nation.
32 HEADS OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT PARTICIPATED: On 7-8 July, we successfully held the NATO 36th Heads of State and Government Summit, hosted by Türkiye. 32 Alliance member heads of state and government attended the Summit that we organized at the Presidential Complex. Despite the different statements made before the summit, all leaders, including American President Mr. Trump, personally accepted our invitation.
VISION SEEN THE POOR: This is; It is the meeting point on the architectural ground of the state mind filtered through the centuries, our nation’s reputation on the world stage, and Türkiye’s power and weight. NATO Summit; “What is the need for the Presidential Complex?” It has clearly shown to those who say, “If we come to power, we will demolish the Social Complex”, to the visionary poor, what this work is for, for what purpose it was built, and what it means for Türkiye.
HE WAS A SINCERE MUSLIM: I pray for God’s mercy on the Father Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and I offer my heartfelt condolences to the friendly and brotherly people of Qatar in the person of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim.

WE WELCOME YOUR MESSAGE FULL OF PRAISE
In particular, Mr. Trump’s official visit to Türkiye from America at the head of state level after 17 years was extremely meaningful. We also welcomed his complimentary messages about our country and the summit. We will continue to work with Mr. Trump to establish peace and stability in our region.
1 TRILLION SUPPORT PACKAGE FOR INDUSTRY
President Erdoğan announced that the budget of the Investment Committed Advance Loan Program, implemented under the coordination of the Central Bank and commercial-development banks for strategic and technology-oriented investments, has been increased to 750 billion liras. Thus, an additional resource of 250 billion TL was created for industrialists. The criteria for the new application will be announced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. President Erdoğan stated that they have strengthened the opportunity for industrialists to access financing with favorable conditions, not only for their new investments but also in terms of working capital, and said, “With the new financing program we have implemented, we are offering another 250 billion lira loan package with favorable conditions to the manufacturing industry. As the government, we will cover the 12 point cost of loans from program partner banks, which are more attractive than market conditions, with a maturity of up to 36 months, with a 6-month principal payment grace period. Thanks to these two programs, the manufacturing industry “We are paving the way for a total of 1 trillion liras of loans with favorable conditions,” he said. Stating that they have taken the necessary steps to prevent production from slowing down, to protect the competitiveness of industrialists and to increase exports, Erdogan said, “We reduced the corporate tax rate for the manufacturing sector to 12.5 percent. We increased the volume of rediscount credits we offer to exporters to 5 billion liras per day. We make a monthly support payment of 3,500 liras per employment within the scope of the Employment Protection Program. In this way, we have protected 900 thousand jobs. We have put into effect 100 billion for all our manufacturing sectors.” TL loan package provided additional support to our industrialists’ access to finance.”
13TH ORGANIZATION OF TURKISH STATES SUMMIT IN ANKARA
This year, we will celebrate the 103rd anniversary of our Republic with enthusiasm in Ankara with our brothers from the Turkish World. Hopefully, we will demonstrate the same success at the 13th Organization of Turkic States Summit, which we will organize on 29-30 October.

Is it a black money network disguised as aid?
When the Ekrem İmamoğlu Crime Organization investigation began, our security bureaucracy, which used the term octopus regarding the organization, did not choose this term for nothing. Because we were faced with a structure that reached everywhere and appeared in the most unexpected corners. But as the investigations deepen and the details become public, the network established by the octopus with its arms reveals how large and complex a structure we are faced with.
In fact, it is more appropriate to use the term ‘trunks’ of the octopus rather than ‘arms’ of the octopus. Because this structure has established a huge corruption and money network under the guise of financing İmamoğlu’s politics. The hoses were placed not only in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality but also in CHP municipalities throughout Türkiye, business people, black money, in other words, everywhere imaginable.
The investigation of Haluk Levent and the AHBAP association indicates that the octopus may also have relied on earthquake aid money and so-called charity works. And by integrating the charity system into the illegal betting system in a way that even the devil wouldn’t think of!
Our valued readers may, of course, rightly ask, “What is the relevance of Haluk Levent, IMM, and betting?” Let’s try to unravel this complex network step by step:
The statement given by Portuguese model Tessy Ramos Correira, who was recently arrested in the banned substance operation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, revealed the first clue of the bond between Levent and İmamoğlu. Accordingly, Correira attended parties where banned substances were used on a boat in Antalya in 2021, and he was with İmamoğlu at one of these parties. Correia claimed that she had sexual intercourse with Haluk Levent three times in the same year. In other words, the names of İmamoğlu and Levent appeared side by side in a statement for the first time.
Another important connection is Lawyer Ece Güner, who was detained the night before during the investigation. Güner is İmamoğlu’s chief advisor and AHBAP’s lawyer. From Güner’s accounts, 47,904,876.06 TL was sent in 8 transactions to Emrah Gödeliner, who is an AHBAP employee and had Levent use his accounts, 21,020,000 TL was sent to Zafer Yay in 3 transactions, and 4,633,010 TL was sent to Yeliz Kaya in 1 transaction. On the other hand, 63,980,950 TL was transferred to Ece Güner’s accounts from Emrah Gödeliner in 13 transactions, and 10,800,000 TL was transferred from Yeliz Kaya in 2 transactions. It is also worth making the following notes: Güner is a name who has been the lawyer of Now TV for years and is the ex-wife of Erdoğan Toprak, the name behind the detained Beşiktaş Mayor Rıza Akpolat. Isn’t it a dizzying network of relationships?
The biggest problem is Levent’s alleged connection with the illegal betting system. According to the prosecutor’s office, Levent bet almost 1 billion TL in 6 years. He lost 390 million TL in bets. The size of the amount indicates that it may be a system of money laundering and even smuggling money abroad through the betting system, rather than a simple case of gambling. Journalist Sinan Burhan’s news also supports this suspicion. According to the news, Levent is in partnership with illegal betting baron Veysel Şahin. He also has his own illegal betting company and has a partnership with a famous name.
If so, was Levent a link between the betting baron Şahin and the IMM system? Was the aid money smuggled abroad by inserting it into the betting system through AHBAP? Have not only aid money but also proceeds from crime been introduced into the betting system through AHBAP? Did one part of this system work through Haluk Token, the cryptocurrency founded by Levent? And with whom did Levent establish an illegal betting company?
There are many questions to ask, but in short, when all these relationships are taken into consideration, the question “I wonder if the octopus put one of its trunks on illegal betting money?” comes to mind.
Our Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office and our security bureaucracy are thoroughly investigating this network of relations. And it turns out we’re only at the tip of the iceberg.

The upper echelons of the state told what they witnessed about the treacherous attempt: FETO’s dirty plans were prevented by the power of the people
On the anniversary of the treacherous coup attempt of July 15, which was recorded as the biggest breaking point in Türkiye’s recent history, important witnesses of July 15 came together at the Institute Social building in Üsküdar. The witnesses who spoke here talked about the FETO militants and their aims on the night of the coup, and touched upon the struggle of the nation on the street against the organization. Institute Social General Coordinator and Presidential Social and Youth Policies Board member İpek Coşkun Armağan made the opening speech. Videos and narratives prepared about July 15 were shown. Then, the then Advisor to the Prime Minister Necdet Subaşı, Writer Hasan Mert Kaya, then Istanbul Provincial Police Chief Mustafa Çalışkan, former Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak, then Minister of Justice Bekir Bozdağ and A News anchor Banu El, who broadcast on the night of the coup, took the stage as speakers respectively.
“NO POLICE WILL SURRENDER THEIR WEAPONS OR LEAVE THEIR DUTY”
Stating that they were planning a terrorist operation against ISIS in the office on Vatan Street when the coup attempt started, Mustafa Çalışkan said that the soldier reflexively gave an order upon the news that the police were trying to confiscate his gun. Çalışkan emphasized that they instilled a clear stance in all personnel in the field that night with the words “No police officer will ever surrender his weapon. If necessary, resistance will be resisted, if necessary, weapons will be used.” Stating that this instruction eliminated moments of hesitation, Çalışkan stated that this order, which spread in waves through radio and social media channels, went beyond the borders of Istanbul and became one of the most important breaking points of the resistance throughout Turkey.
“WE SECURED THE AIRPORT UNDER THE INSTRUCTIONS OF OUR PRESIDENT”
Sharing the details of his meetings with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan later in the night, Çalışkan stated that they continued the fight with determination even though they only had one armored vehicle left in the city. Çalışkan stated that he understood the importance of the situation and immediately called the teams at the airport upon President Erdoğan’s question “What is the condition of the tower?”, and said that they cleared the tower from the coup plotters and ensured that the President landed safely at the airport, with the instruction: “Die there if necessary, but answer me within 15-20 minutes by saying we took the tower back.”
“HEROES LIKE OUR MANAGER SHOWED GREAT WITNESS”
Former Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak took the microphone after Mustafa Çalışkan and said:
“There are many historical memories that took place on the night of July 15, some of which will go to the grave with us, and hopefully, when the day comes, all of them will be obvious. While we were tested both personally and with our children that night, heroes like our manager Mustafa showed great resilience without even having the opportunity to say goodbye to his children; may God be pleased with him. That dark night was a time when not only the state institutions, but also millions of citizens, with the help of God, and a peace descended from the sky, against an organized coup that was planned months or years ago.” It is an unprecedented epic in which he stood in front of the tanks with his bare hands with his emotion.
Even though we would not have been able to bring this many people together under normal circumstances if we had agreed to “meet at the bridge at 9 o’clock”, this treacherous operation was eliminated thanks to the tremendous mercy and prayers that fell on our nation that night.
“ONE OF THE TWO PILOTS WAS A FETO MEMBER AND HE TRIED TO GUIDE US”
“What we experienced during our plane journey is the clearest evidence of how critical operations were managed that night. Since our phones were tapped, we made surprise moves through Bodrum, Aydın, Izmir and Dalaman alternatives so that we could not guess where we would go; as a matter of fact, when we landed in Dalaman at the last minute and boarded the plane, the pilots, one of whom we later learned was a FETO member, tried to direct us there, even though we knew that Sabiha Gökçen was in trouble. Despite all the efforts to prevent Ataturk Airport from saying “They might have pulled a truck onto the runway, we might crash”, we landed safely at the airport by convincing our President with the assurance we received from our manager Mustafa, “The operation is complete, we have a solid back.”
IN HIS SPEECH, HE SAID TO THE COUPISTS “THE ASSEMBLY IS STANDING”
Bekir Bozdağ, then Minister of Justice, appeared on stage at the end of the program, moderated by Journalist Banu El. Regarding what happened that day, Bozdağ said, “On the night of July 15, our people signed a resistance unprecedented in history by standing against tanks and planes with their bare hands; and we, as MPs, stood up for the national will by keeping the doors of the Parliament open that night with the determination “you cannot enter here without trampling our corpses.” FETO terrorists directly targeted and bombed the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, which is the manifestation of the national will, not only a building but also the destruction of 86 million people. “This is an attempt to destroy the will of the Parliament; however, the Parliament’s continued work without interruption in the face of this vile attack has engraved in history in golden letters the historical stance of the Gazi Parliament that deserves the title of “Gazi” for the second time.”
I INSTRUCTED SELAMI YILDIZ “CHANGE THE GUARDS, SHOOT THOSE WHO RESIST”
Bekir Bozdağ touched upon the wisdom shown by the current Istanbul Provincial Police Chief, Selami Yıldız, on the side of the state, with the instructions he received, during the treacherous coup attempt of July 15. Bozdağ said, “FETO, which surrounded the judiciary and the police at that time, had issued a decision to search the houses of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his son Bilal Erdoğan. Seeing the magnitude of the danger, I immediately called Mr. Selami Yıldız and said to him, ‘Selami, immediately replace all the guards around the house of our President. Replace them with special operations officers who love their homeland and nation. If traitors who try to search there with fake decisions come, “If necessary, you will resist with weapons, but you will not let anyone step through that door. Our Director, Selami, accepted this challenge without hesitation and replaced the entire guard staff with patriotic elements and protected the life safety of our leader.”
“JULY 15 IS A MAJOR SOCIAL BREAK THAT DIFFERENT FROM Türkiye’S PREVIOUS COUPS”
Prof. Dr. Necdet Subaşı evaluated the social rupture dimension of July 15 and emphasized the decisive role of social memory in the reconstruction of common life:
“July 15 is a major social rupture that was caused by FETO’s exploitation of social weaknesses and expectations and differs from Türkiye’s previous coups. The main sociological issue today is how to rebuild common life by overcoming the distrust caused by this rupture. Recording testimonies, keeping social memory alive and developing a common consciousness against forgetting is both a sociological and public responsibility.”
“WHEN SOCIAL MEMORY IS WEAK, EXPERIENCES BECOME OPEN TO BE RURALIZED”
The forum continued with the speech of curator and writer Hasan Mert Kaya. Kaya pointed out the importance of preserving the social memory with concrete testimonies and documents in order to accurately convey July 15 to future generations.
Kaya said:
“Remembering July 15 means preserving the truth with concrete records and transferring it to future generations. Because when social memory weakens, what happened becomes open to manipulation, denial and trivialization. For this reason, we thought of Memory July 15 as a place of memory where experiences, testimony and truth are preserved, rather than a museum. Documenting that July 15 was a real coup attempt with its tanks, planes, ammunition and planning is part of the historical responsibility we bear towards the future.”
“THose who took to the streets that night acted with conscience and intuition”
Institute Social General Coordinator Dr. İpek Coşkun Armağan also said that the night of July 15, 2016 was not an ordinary date.
Noting that tanks, planes and bullets are all made of iron, but human will is much heavier than iron, Armağan said, “In those hours when FETO and collaborator dark circles marched on the people with tanks, missiles and warplanes, we gave the harshest response in the squares to the mentality that saw our country as a colony to be exploited. That night, our nation responded to the missiles with slingshot stones, as if making an analogy to the verses of Necip Fazıl, and did not show the slightest fear against the tanks that were driven on them.” He defended his freedom without being heard.” he said.
Stating that he, as a sociologist, had a hard time explaining the force that brought these people to the streets and in front of the tanks, Armağan said, “Reşat Nuri Güntekin has a very nice saying. He says, ‘Anatolian people may not be scholars, but they are wise.’ With this knowledge and intuition, they took to those streets. “Those who took to the squares that night acted with a social conscience and intuition, not because they read theses on Turkish political life.” he said.
Armağan said, “Our nation knew that the attack on its leader and state was against its own home. The bombing of our Grand National Assembly, which is the heart of our freedom, clearly shows how serious a threat that night was. The stance of Mr. Bekir Bozdağ and our deputies, who did not leave the Assembly at those moments and resisted until the first light of the morning against the traitors who tried to ignore the national will, is one of the golden pages of our history.” made his assessment.
