Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan attended the meeting held the other day in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, where the latest regional developments were discussed. In addition to Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan, Syria and Jordan were represented here. ATTACKS DISTURBED

Attacks on Riyadh before the meeting started further disturbed the Gulf countries. Gulf countries are disturbed that Iran targets them and wants to use them as a means of blackmail against the USA. Türkiye has said on every platform and on every occasion that Israel is the main responsible for the crisis. In the joint text adopted, Israel’s aggression against Lebanon and its expansionist policies in the region were also condemned. Türkiye added this issue to the statement. It pointed out Israel’s expansionist policies as the real responsible for the war.
