Last minute | The Minister announced the institution! Social Housing Step for Rent in Istanbul

Published

on

Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum attended the ordinary meeting of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) Assembly in Istanbul. Speaking at the meeting, the Minister announced the 2 good news about Istanbul. Minister of Toki’nin social housing project will be launched in Istanbul, the Minister, “We will make rental housing in Istanbul. Anatolia and the European side by making rental housing both contributed to the urban transformation, as well as the rent increases in the real estate in Istanbul,” he said.

Istanbul Industry will be moved to Anatolia

The Minister announced that a new project will be implemented with the TOKI and the Presidency of Urban Transformation in order to move the Istanbul industry to Anatolia. In this sense, we will ensure that our industry is transported to Anatolia by evaluating sectoral demands. We will realize a project with a rental or purchase option by giving the land ownership lands in the allocation of construction with TOKI to our facilities that want to move. This is very important, very valuable for the transformation of the industry of Istanbul. I wish that this transformation will be auspicious for Istanbul auspicious.

With the Deposito Management System, target, 520 million euros per year earnings

Stating that the Istanbul industry should be a pioneer in green transformation, the Minister emphasized the importance of spreading the Zero Waste Movement in the industry. With the expansion of the Deposit Management System throughout Türkiye, he emphasized that a 520 million euros will be achieved annually and underlined that it will contribute to the raw materials to the industry.

“We will make our production compatible with the world with the Climate Law”

Stating that Türkiye is carrying out studies that will protect and direct Turkey within the framework of the “European Green Consensus” which will be activated in 2026, the Minister of Climate will be drawn to the framework of the National Emission Trade System and the National Green Taxonomi Regulation, which is often asked by our industrialist. To draw the bottom of this with thick lines, we will provide a more free research and development environment without being influenced by any country. On the one hand, we will make our laws and production in harmony with the world, and on the other hand, we will proceed in an understanding that will not prejudice the development of our country.

“We will protect our country from all kinds of environmental disasters”

Within the framework of this law, I can say that on the most basically, we will reveal our production in the most powerful way in the industry. Together we will protect our country together from all kinds of environmental disasters and the negative effects of the climate crisis. In this context, we will achieve the 2053 net zero emission target together. We have given all our support in this direction and we expect our law to pass through Parliament. As soon as the law passes, we will enforce both our Emission Trade System Regulation and the Green Taxonomy Regulation, which our businessmen are looking forward to our businessmen, and we will realize our production within the framework of harmony with the European Union.

“We must make our facilities ready for all conventional battles”

The Minister pointed out that the Turkish industry should be prepared for all kinds of risks by drawing attention to the increasing tension in the Middle East: the reflexes given by the countries in such periods are critical. In production, it is essential to have an infrastructure that we can protect our strategic facilities even in wars. It is now a necessity. Here we have seen Iran in our borders in the Israeli missile battles; The first goals of countries for each other are always strategic production areas, strategic facilities. In other words, the elements that a country can survive first are destroyed. For this reason, we are obliged to make our fields and facilities ready for war conditions against all conventional wars in industry and production. This was a necessity. And even if it plays from place to place, we have to build a ecosystem that Türkiye cannot prevent the production chain and supply chain and that no one can harm this production chain.

“We have to realize the strategic transformation together”

It is very important that all of our business people, especially our industrialists, take the necessary measures at this point. As the Ministry, we are ready to give all kinds of support to our industrialists in order to transform the industry in Istanbul and to increase employment. As long as these strategic transformations are realized in this area. Of course, we cannot take a role in the world by following the old, we cannot be a key player. Because the way to be a great state is not stuck in the past, but rather and always produces the new one. Currently, when we look at active global actors, everything they move forward has never been muscle power. They have always come to the fore with the changes they can make in social life and technology in the economy. When we look at history, this is not very different. This is the case in Seljuk and the Ottoman Empire. We have to use the new conditions brought by the new world in the most appropriate way for the interests of our country and nation. We have to do so. Yes, on the one hand we will produce. On the one hand, we will contribute to employment. But if we will be one of the largest economies in the world, we have to realize this strategic transformation together.

“Believe in Türkiye, we are stronger than ever”

The Minister said that the construction mobilization of the century was continuing to the world in a way that will set an example to the world: Türkiye is stronger than ever before. Because even among all these circles of fire, we have performed a very important stance against the greatest earthquake in history. Make sure we fascinated the whole world. The world is admired because no country believe it in such a short period of time. Because no nation other than the Turkish nation can make such a project, which is the size of a European country, almost half a million houses at 3 thousand 500 construction sites simultaneously can not make or build. This success is the success of our state. This success is the success of our industrialist and producer. This success is the success of our saint nation who believes in us and trusts us.
