The National Intelligence Organization caught spy Önder Sığırcıkoğlu, who had been on the run for 12 years, on the Syria-Lebanon border. After 12 years of escape, Önder Sığırcıkoğlu was captured in a joint operation on the Syria-Lebanon border.
