Bahçeli, partisinin TBMM Grup Toplantısı’nda, NATO Ankara Zirvesi’ni alelade bir diplomasi faaliyeti gibi okumanın eksik, sığ ve sakat bir değerlendirme olacağını belirtti.

Ankara’da 70 yılı aşan ittifak hukukunun muhasebesinin yapıldığını ifade eden, ele alınan konulara değinen Bahçeli, Ankara’da, müttefikliğin yalnızca kameraların parlak ışıkları altında verilen pozlardan, kriz günlerinde yayımlanan yavan kınama mesajlarından, kürsülerde cilalanmış cümleleri sıralamaktan ibaret olmadığının, hakiki müttefikliğin hakkaniyet, samimiyet, üretim, paylaşım ve dayanışma üzerine bina edileceğinin açıkça anlaşıldığını vurguladı.

Türkiye’nin, NATO’da yalnızca jeostratejik konumuyla değil, tarihi birikimi, devlet tecrübesi, siyasi iradesi ve milli kudretiyle yeni dönemin kurucu aktörlerinden biri haline geldiğini dile getiren Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin eriştiği siyasi ve stratejik seviyenin, Ankara Zirvesi’nde bir kez daha görüldüğünü söyledi. Bahçeli, şöyle konuştu:

“Bugün NATO yeni bir devrin şafağındadır. Bu devir, yalnızca savunma bütçelerinin sağına sıfırların eklenip rakamca büyütüldüğü bir devir değildir. Bu devir: kağıttaki taahhüdün fabrikada üretime, üretimin sahada kabiliyete, kabiliyetin caydırıcılığa, caydırıcılığın da barışın teminatına dönüşeceği yeni bir merhaledir. Böylesi bir çağda güvenlik yalnızca bütçenin büyüklüğüyle değil, o bütçeyi kabiliyete çevirecek üretim sürekliliğiyle ölçülecektir. Bugün NATO’nun önündeki mevzu aslında budur. İttifak, bu yeni güvenlik çağının idrakine varmış mıdır? Külfet ve yük paylaşımını gerçek bir adalet zeminine oturtacak mıdır? Savunma sanayiyi birkaç ülkenin imtiyazlı alanı gibi görmekten vazgeçecek midir? Müttefikleri arasında örtülü ambargo, lisans kısıtlaması, siyasi blokaj ve tedarik engeli gibi ittifak hukukunu yaralayan çelişkileri ortadan kaldırabilecek midir? Ankara Zirvesi, işte bu soruları NATO’nun önüne koymuştur.

Sayın Cumhurbaşkanımızın savunma sanayi kısıtlamalarının sona erdirilmesine dair çağrısı, Ankara Zirvesi’nin başlıca ikazlarından biridir. CAATSA yaptırımlarının kaldırılması ve F-35 sürecinin yeniden ele alınması yönünde beliren irade önemlidir ancak üzerinde durmamız gereken husus: Türkiye’nin yıllardır karşı karşıya bırakıldığı haksız muamelenin ittifak düzeninde meydana getirdiği itimat aşınmasını gidermektir. Zira Türkiye’nin sahadaki fedakarlığını kabul edip savunma kabiliyetini siyasi hesapların konusu yapmak, akıl karı değildir. Şayet bugün şanlı Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinin harp envanterinde yerli ve milli üretim oranımız yüzde seksenleri aşıp muazzam bir şahlanışa dönüşmüşse bu görkemli tablo, milletimize dayatılan esaret cenderesinin nasıl parçalandığının resmidir. Bu sebeple Türkiye namına bu saatten sonra atılacak her olumlu adım bir lütuf değil, geç de olsa güç de olsa hakkaniyet ve hakikat ibresinin yerini bulmasıdır.”

Türkiye’nin metre altı çözünürlüğe sahip ilk yerli ve milli gözlem uydusu İMECE’nin NATO’nun uzay ufkunda yeni bir kabiliyet olarak gündeme gelmesinin, Türkiye’nin savunmayı yalnızca karada, denizde ve havada değil, uzayda da düşünen bir devlet aklına ulaştığını gösterdiğini belirten Bahçeli, milli muharip uçak KAAN, Bayraktar KIZILELMA ve Akıncı başta olmak üzere, savunma sanayide üretilen sistemleri hatırlatarak Türkiye’nin devasa bir envantere kolay ulaşmadığına dikkati çekti.

Söz konusu şahlanışın köklerinin Türkiye’nin maruz kaldığı tarihi dayatmaların tecrübelerinde aranması gerektiğini belirten Bahçeli, “Kıbrıs Barış Harekatı’nın hemen ardından boynumuza dolanmak istenen ambargo kementleri, terörle mücadelede sahnelenen o ikiyüzlü diplomasi, F-35 dehlizlerinde kurulan sinsi tuzaklar ve CAATSA yaptırımlarıyla örülen suni duvarlar, asil milletimize kendi göbeğini kesmekten başka hiçbir yol bırakmamıştır. Ram olmayı elinin tersiyle iten Türk devleti, asil fıtratının gereğini layıkıyla yerine getirmiş, kendi öz cevherine rücu ederek etrafındaki muhasara çemberini paramparça etmiştir. Asırlar evvel otağını bizzat kuran, kılıcını kendi örsünde döven, sancağını en ön safta göğüsleyen o kudretli ruh çağımızda yerli ve milli savunma sanayimizle yeniden hayat bulmuştur.” diye konuştu.

– “Mutabakat bir şahsın değil, devletlerin taahhüdüdür”

ABD Başkanı Donald Trump’ın İran’a yönelik sözlerini hatırlatan, “mutabakat sürecinin kendisi için bittiğini” ifade ettiğini aktaran Bahçeli, “Henüz kısa bir süre önce bölgeye umut veren, çatışmanın ateşini kesen ve nihai anlaşmaya ulaşılması için bir takvim ortaya koyan mutabakatın, daha bir ay geçmeden etkisizleştirilmesi, ardından İran topraklarının yeniden bombalanması, barış ihtimaline duyulan güveni sarsmıştır.” dedi. İran’ın mutabakatın tarafıyken saldırıya uğradığına dikkati çeken Bahçeli, şunları söyledi:

“Bu gerçek görmezden gelinerek Tahran yönetiminin Hürmüz Boğazı’nı kapatma yönünde daha sonra aldığı kararları, öncesinde hiçbir gelişme yaşanmamış gibi müstakil bir saldırganlık başlığı altında değerlendirmek doğru, hakkaniyetli ve vicdanlı bir yaklaşım olmayacaktır. Sebebi sonuç, sonucu sebep gibi göstermek hakikati baş aşağı çevirmekten başka bir anlama gelmeyecektir. İran’ın ülkesine yönelen saldırılar karşısında güvenliğini koruma, egemenlik haklarını müdafaa etme ve milletinin can emniyetini sağlama hakkı vardır. Hiçbir devlet, imza attığı mutabakatın kendisini koruyacağına inanırken ansızın bombalanmayı sineye çekmek mecburiyetinde değildir. Hiçbir millet, topraklarına düşen bombaları sükunet telkinleriyle karşılamak zorunda değildir.”

İran’dan itidal bekleyenlerin, öncelikle İran’ı hedef alan askeri müdahalenin hangi meşru gerekçeyle bağdaştığını izah etmesinin gerektiğini belirten Bahçeli, ABD’nin İran’ın nükleer programı, bölgedeki askeri faaliyetleri ve Hürmüz Boğazı’ndaki gemilerin emniyetiyle ilgili kaygılarının olmasının tabii bir durum olduğuna işaret etti.

Bu kaygıların müzakere masasında ele alınmasının, denetlenebilir hükümlere bağlanmasının ve karşılıklı güvencelerle giderilmesinin mümkün olduğunu ve varılan mutabakatın maksadının da bu olduğunu vurgulayan Bahçeli, şöyle devam etti:

“Ancak güvenlik kaygısı, bölgemizde daha büyük bir kriz ve kaos meydana getirmenin gerekçesi yapılamaz. Devletler arası münasebetler, bir gün geçerli sayılıp ertesi gün keyfe keder gerekçelerle hükümsüz ilan edilen şahsi tasarruflarla değil, ahde vefa ilkesiyle yürütülür. ABD Başkanı’nın ‘mutabakat benim için bitti’ açıklaması bu nedenle sorunludur. Mutabakat bir şahsın değil, devletlerin taahhüdüdür. İran’la bugün varılan mutabakatın yarın kolaylıkla terk edilmesi, yalnız Tahran’ın değil, gelecekte Washington’la masaya oturacak bütün başkentlerin zihninde aynı soruyu doğuracaktır: Buhran kazanı ne zaman yeniden kaynamaya başlayacaktır? Kargaşanın fitili hangi bahaneyle tekrar ateşlenecektir? Müzakere masasının altına döşenen saatli bomba ne zaman infilak edecektir? Barış ümidi hangi hesap uğruna bir kez daha kursaklarda bırakılacaktır? Bu sorular cevapsız bırakılamaz. Üstelik söz konusu açıklamanın NATO Zirvesi sırasında yapılması da başlı başına düşündürücüdür.”

Hürmüz Boğazı’nda oluşan tablonun İran’ın sebepsiz ve keyfi bir tasarrufu gibi takdim etmenin gerçeklerin yalnızca yarısını anlattığını belirten Bahçeli, şunları kaydetti:

“Hürmüz, dünya ekonomisinin, enerji arzının, deniz ticaretinin ve milyonlarca insanın geçim şartlarının birbirine bağlandığı stratejik bir geçittir. Burada yaşanan her kesinti, petrol ve doğal gaz taşıyan gemilerden başlayarak üretim maliyetlerine, ulaşım giderlerine, gıda fiyatlarına ve nihayet vatandaşların sofrasına kadar uzanacaktır. Hürmüz’deki kilitlenmenin anahtarı da, kaynağı da mutabakatın bozulduğu yerde aranmalıdır. Müzakere masasının hükmü korunup askeri yöntemlere müracaat edilmeseydi bugün Hürmüz Boğazı’nın kapanmasını değil, nihai anlaşmanın hangi esaslar üzerinde yükseleceğini konuşuyor olacaktık. Bu nedenle öncelikle saldırılar durdurulmalı, mutabakatın ihlal edilen hükümleri yeniden işler hale getirilmeli, taraflar karşılıklı yükümlülüklerine riayet etmelidir. Barış kapısı kısa süre önce aralanmıştır. Bu kapıyı yeniden kapatan gelişmelerin üzerine soğukkanlılıkla gidilmelidir. Barışın önüne düşen gölgeyi kaldırma sorumluluğu, mutabakatın taraflarına aittir. ABD, askeri müdahalenin müzakereyle bağdaşmayan sonuçlarını görmeli ve verdiği taahhütlerin gereğine dönmelidir. İran da Hürmüz’deki geçişlerin yeniden emniyet içinde yürütülmesini sağlamalıdır. Hürmüz’den yükselen gerilim, daha büyük bir felakete dönüşmeden durdurulmalıdır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti bugüne kadar olduğu gibi bundan sonra da barıştan yana tavizsiz tavrını kararlılıkla sürdürecek ve bölgesel istikrarın korunması adına üzerine düşen sorumlulukları yerine getirmeye devam etmelidir. Unutmayalım ki savaşın kazananı olmadığı gibi, verilen söze sadakatin kaybedeni de olmayacaktır.”

MHP Genel Başkanı Devlet Bahçeli, “Türkiye’nin yeri Avrupa’nın bekleme salonu değildir. Türkiye’nin yeri, stratejik kararların şekillendiği masalarda hak ettiği ağırlıkla bulunmaktır.” dedi.

Bahçeli, MHP TBMM Grup Toplantısı’nda yaptığı konuşmada, NATO Ankara Zirvesi’nin ardından Avrupa başkentleri ve Brüksel’de yeniden gündeme gelecek en mühim başlıklardan birinin, Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği’ne (AB) tam üyelik müzakere süreci olacağını belirtti.

Avrupa’nın stratejik geleceğinin yeniden masaya yatırılması ve hakkaniyetli bir gelecek planı oluşturulması gerektiğini ifade eden Bahçeli, bugün Avrupa’nın karşı karşıya bulunduğu sorunların, eski ezberlerle yönetilemeyecek kadar ağırlaştığını söyledi.

Devlet Bahçeli, enerji arz güvenliğinden düzensiz göçe, savunma kapasitesinden demografik daralmaya, tedarik zincirlerinden ekonomik rekabete kadar uzanan geniş bir yelpazede Avrupa’nın yeni bir yol ayrımında bulunduğuna dikkati çekti.

Bu yol ayrımında görmezden gelinmesi mümkün olmayan bir hakikat bulunduğunu vurgulayan Bahçeli, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:

“O hakikatin adı da Türkiye’dir. Ukrayna sahasından Karadeniz’e, Balkanlar’dan Kafkasya’ya, Doğu Akdeniz’den Orta Doğu’ya kadar uzanan geniş jeopolitik kuşakta Türkiye’nin bulunmadığı hiçbir güvenlik denklemi kalıcı olamayacaktır. Türkiye’nin hesaba katılmadığı hiçbir enerji koridoru sürdürülebilir olmayacaktır. Türkiye’nin dışarıda bırakıldığı hiçbir bölgesel istikrar projesi başarıya ulaşamayacaktır. Bu durum bir temenni değil, değişen dünyanın ortaya çıkardığı stratejik bir gerçektir. Ne var ki Avrupa Birliği, uzun yıllardır bu gerçeği görmek yerine günü kurtaran siyasi reflekslerle hareket etmeyi tercih etmiştir. Türkiye’nin üyelik süreci teknik kriterlerden çok siyasi önyargılarla değerlendirilmiştir. Açılması gereken fasıllar bloke edilmiş, yerine getirilmesi gereken yükümlülükler ertelenmiş, verilen sözler tutulmamış, Türkiye’nin haklı beklentileri sürekli başka gündemlerin gölgesinde bırakılmıştır. Bu yaklaşım yalnızca Türkiye’ye değil, Avrupa’ya da zarar vermiştir.”

AB’nin Türkiye’yi bekleme odalarında tutarken kendi stratejik ufkunu daralttığını belirten Bahçeli, “Türkiye’yi dışarıda bırakarak Avrupa’nın daha güçlü olacağını düşünenler, bugün karşı karşıya kaldıkları güvenlik ve istikrar sorunlarına dönüp bakmalıdır.” dedi.

Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği sürecinin artık yalnızca üyelik müzakereleri kapsamında değerlendirilemeyeceğini belirterek, asıl meselenin Avrupa’nın kendi geleceğini nasıl tasavur ettiği olduğunu söyledi.

Avrupa’nın jeopolitik gerçeklerle yüzleşmesi ve stratejik aklı ideolojik ön yargıların önüne koyması gerektiğini ifade eden Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin AB ile ilişkilerinin, karşılıklı saygı, egemen eşitlik ve hakkaniyet temelinde ilerlemesi gerektiğini vurguladı. Bahçeli, şöyle devam etti:

“Elbette Gümrük Birliği’nin güncellenmesi önemlidir. Elbette vize serbestisi sürecinin tamamlanması önemlidir. Elbette ekonomik ve ticari ilişkilerin geliştirilmesi önemlidir. Ancak bunlardan daha önemli olan husus, Avrupa’nın Türkiye’yi artık geçici ihtiyaçların hatırlandığı, kriz zamanlarında kapısı çalınan, işler normale döndüğünde ise yeniden ötelenen bir ülke gibi görme alışkanlığından vazgeçmesidir. Türkiye’nin yeri Avrupa’nın bekleme salonu değildir. Türkiye’nin yeri, stratejik kararların şekillendiği masalarda hak ettiği ağırlıkla bulunmaktır.”

“HİÇBİR BAŞKENT TÜRKİYE’NİN HAK VE MENFAATLERİNİ TARTIŞMA KONUSU YAPAMAZ”

Yunanistan Başbakanı Kiryakos Miçotakis’in Türkiye’nin Avrupa güvenlik mekanizmalarındaki rolünü Adalar Denizi’ndeki ihtilaflarla bağlayan açıklamalarının son derece vahim olduğunu belirten Bahçeli, “Avrupa’nın güvenliğini Atina’nın dar siyasi hesaplarına mahkum etmek ne akılcıdır ne de sürdürülebilirdir. Türkiye ile Avrupa arasındaki ilişkiler, üçüncü ülkelerin ön yargılarına, seçim hesaplarına veya tarihi korkularına rehin bırakılamaz. Hiçbir ülke kendi ikili sorunlarını Avrupa’nın müşterek güvenlik gündemi gibi sunma hakkına sahip değildir. Hiçbir başkent Türkiye’nin meşru hak ve menfaatlerini tartışma konusu yapamaz. Türkiye’nin milli hakları pazarlık unsuru, egemenlik hakları ise herhangi bir siyasi şantajın konusu olamaz.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Avrupa’nın yeni dünya düzenindeki konumunun, “Türkiye ile birlikte mi hareket edeceği, yoksa eski ön yargıların esiri olarak mı kalacağına” bağlı olarak şekilleneceğini söyleyen Bahçeli, “Türkiye, Avrupa için bir seçenek değil, içine düştüğü kuyuya uzanan güvenli halattır. Türkiye, Avrupa’nın güvenliği, istikrarı, enerji arzı, ticaret yolları ve jeopolitik dengesi bakımından vazgeçilmez stratejik bir gerçekliktir. Bu gerçeği kabul edenler kazanacak, görmezden gelenler ise değişen dünyanın sert gerçekleriyle er ya da geç yüzleşecektir.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.

“15 TEMMUZ, TÜRKİYE’NİN İÇERİDEN ÇÖKERTİLMEK İSTENDİĞİ BİR İŞGAL TEŞEBBÜSÜDÜR”

MHP lideri Bahçeli, 15 Temmuz Demokrasi ve Milli Birlik Günü’nün 10. yıl dönümüne ilişkin, 15 Temmuz’un yalnızca bir darbe girişimi olmadığını, Türk milletinin tarih boyunca verdiği bağımsızlık mücadelesinin son halkalarından biri olduğunu vurguladı. 15 Temmuz’un yalnızca tankların sokağa çıktığı, savaş uçaklarının alçak uçuş yaptığı, silahların millete çevrildiği bir ihanet gecesi olmadığını belirten Bahçeli, şöyle devam etti:

“15 Temmuz, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti’nin içeriden çökertilmek, milli egemenliğin gasbedilmek ve Türk milletinin iradesinin zincire vurulmak istendiği çok katmanlı bir işgal teşebbüsüdür. Bu nedenle 15 Temmuz’u doğru okumak, yalnızca geçmişi anlamak bakımından değil, geleceği korumak bakımından da milli bir mecburiyettir. Çünkü 15 Temmuz’u sadece bir darbe olarak tarif edemeyiz. 15 Temmuz’u yalnızca FETÖ’nün kalkışması olarak değerlendirmek yetersizdir. 15 Temmuz, Çanakkale’yi geçemeyenlerin başka yollar aramasıdır. 15 Temmuz, Milli Mücadele’de dize getiremediklerini içeriden çözme teşebbüsüdür. 15 Temmuz, Sevr’i kabul ettiremeyenlerin farklı yöntemlerle aynı hedefe ulaşma arayışıdır. 15 Temmuz, Türk milletinin bağımsız yaşama iradesine karşı yürütülen uzun ve karanlık mücadelenin yeni bir cephesidir.”

FETÖ’nün yıllar boyunca devlet kurumlarına sızdığını anımsatan Bahçeli, “Milletimizin temiz duygularını sömürmüş, devletimizin imkanlarını kullanmış, kurumlarımızın içine sızmış ve nihayet fırsatını bulduğunu düşündüğü anda Türk devletine silah doğrultmuştur. Fakat hesap edemedikleri bir şey vardı, o da Türk milletinin karakteriydi, Türk milletinin bağımsızlık aşkıydı, Türk milletinin devletine olan sadakatiydi.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.

Türk milletinin 15 Temmuz gecesi bir kez daha tarih yazdığını belirten Bahçeli, “Ve tarihe şu notu düşmüştür: Bu millet esir yaşamaz. Bu millet teslim olmaz. Bu millet iradesini vesayet odaklarına bırakmaz. Bu millet devletini terör örgütlerine teslim etmez.” dedi.

“TARİH ŞUURU ZAYIFLADIĞI GÜN FİTNE ODAKLARI YENİDEN CESARET BULUR”

Bahçeli, 15 Temmuz’un 10. yılında üzerinde hassasiyetle durulması gereken bir diğer hususun, FETÖ ile mücadelenin geçmişte kalmış bir mesele olarak görülmemesi olduğunu vurguladı.

FETÖ tehdidinin tamamen ortadan kalktığını düşünmenin ciddi bir yanılgı olduğuna dikkati çeken Bahçeli, “İhanetin yöntem değiştirmesi, ihanetin sona erdiği anlamına gelmez. Tehdidin görünmez hale gelmesi de tehdidin yok olduğu anlamına gelmez. Dün himmet adı altında örgütlenenler vardı, bugün başka maskelerle ortaya çıkmak isteyenler olabilir. Dün devletin mahrem yapılarına sızmaya çalışanlar vardı, yarın başka yollar deneyenler olabilir. Bu sebeple devlet hafızasının diri tutulması, kurumsal tedbirlerin tavizsiz sürdürülmesi ve milli şuurun canlı tutulması hayati önemdedir.” diye konuştu.

MHP Genel Başkanı Bahçeli, milletin hafızasını kaybetmesi halinde tehditlerin yeniden güç kazanacağını belirterek, “Tarih şuuru zayıfladığı gün fitne odakları yeniden cesaret bulur. Milli birlik duygusu aşındığı gün Türkiye’nin karşısındaki hesaplar yeniden hareketlenir. Bu sebeple 15 Temmuz’un hatırasını yaşatmak yalnızca geçmişe saygı değildir, aynı zamanda geleceğe karşı sorumluluktur. Aynı zamanda devletimize karşı görevdir. Aynı zamanda milletimize karşı vefadır.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.

“TÜRKİYE’NİN BEKASI, GÜNLÜK HESAPLARA KURBAN EDİLEMEYECEK BÜYÜK BİR EMANETTİR”

Bahçeli, 15 Temmuz’un en önemli derslerinden birinin Türkiye’nin bekasının günlük siyasi hesapların üzerinde tutulması olduğunu belirterek, milli güvenliğin partiler üstü bir mesele olduğunu söyledi.

MHP’nin yarım asrı aşan siyasi mücadelesinin “devlet ebed müddet” anlayışı üzerine kurulduğunu ifade eden Bahçeli, “Bizim için Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bekası, günlük hesaplara kurban edilemeyecek kadar büyük bir emanettir. Dün olduğu gibi bugün de aynı yerdeyiz. Vatanımız için buradayız, milletimizin yanındayız, Cumhuriyetimizin zırhı, demokrasimizin kalkanıyız.” dedi.

15 Temmuz şehitleri ile terörle mücadelede hayatını kaybeden şehitleri rahmet ve minnetle anan Bahçeli, gazilere sağlıklı ve uzun ömür diledi.

Türkiye’nin birlik ve beraberliğini koruduğu sürece hiçbir tehdidin amacına ulaşamayacağını belirten Bahçeli, “Türk milleti bir oldukça, Türk devleti güçlü oldukça, milli birlik ve kardeşlik ruhu yaşadıkça hiçbir karanlık odağın, hiçbir ihanet şebekesinin, hiçbir emperyal projenin Türkiye üzerinde başarı şansı olmayacaktır. Çünkü başka Türkiye yoktur.” şeklinde konuştu.

Devlet Bahçeli, İspanya’da düzenlenen Okçuluk Dünya Kupası 4. ayak müsabakalarında altın madalya kazanan milli okçu Mete Gazoz’u tebrik etti, Türk sporunun başarılarının artarak devam etmesi temennisinde bulundu.

“KEEPING THE SPIRIT OF JULY 15 ALIVE IN MEMORIES IS A NATIONAL DUTY FOR ALL OF US”

Reminding that 10 years have passed since the coup attempt, Göktaş emphasized that the course of history changed that night and said:

“With the call of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, our nation united around the same ideal. It shielded its chest in front of tanks and bullets. It protected its homeland, its flag and its future. It showed the whole world that it does not recognize any power above the national will. That is why July 15 is not an ordinary date. July 15 is a great victory won by courage against fear, will against betrayal, and the nation against all dark plans. As our President said, ‘July 15 is the victory of the nation, the national will and those who are devoted to democracy, where right prevails over falsehood, justice prevails over oppression.’ “Undoubtedly, behind this great victory lies the sacrifice of our 252 heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for their country.”

Minister Göktaş underlined that it is not possible to forget the heroes who marched to martyrdom for the future of Türkiye and said, “They did not just stop a coup attempt on the night of July 15. They also foiled the dark plans against Türkiye’s future, democracy and will to independence. Therefore, it is a national duty for all of us to keep the spirit of July 15 alive in memories, to protect the legacy of our martyrs and to pass this great struggle on to future generations.” he said.

“WE WILL CONTINUE TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES WITH STRONGER SOCIAL POLICIES”

Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş noted that, as the Ministry, they fulfill this national duty with services that extend to all areas of life and carry out work in every field for the relatives of martyrs and veterans, and stated that protecting the trust of the nation is possible not only by remembering on certain days, but also by being with the families of martyrs and veterans every day of the year.

Göktaş stated that they tried to make the families of martyrs and veterans feel that they are not alone with the house visits they carried out in 81 provinces and continued as follows:
