It was determined that some of the laundered bribe money was sent directly to CHP Silivri District Chairman Doruk Bulut. CHP Silivri District Chairman Doruk Bulut was detained.
PUBLIC DAMAGE OF 21.5 MILLION TL!
According to the findings reflected in the expert reports, it was revealed how the organization in charge of Silivri Municipality wasted public resources. Mansur Yavaş is selling Ankara parcel by parcel! 35 billion TL worth of real estate was sold in 7 years…
CHP’s Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş administration continues to dispose of the most valuable land, shops and residences that are the future of the capital, “parcel by parcel”. With the new tender of 1.3 billion TL to be held on July 23, 2026, total real estate sales during Yavaş’s 7-year term of office exceeded 35 billion TL (750 million dollars) and reached a record level. Despite the rapid liquidation of public properties in popular districts such as Etimesgut, Çankaya, Altındağ and Mamak and the inclusion of municipal subsidiaries in this process, the failure to provide a concrete service worthy of huge budgets in the capital causes the question “Where are the billions of dollars of public resources? Are the capital’s properties being vaporized?” escalated their reactions.
ABB continues to dispose of land, shops and residences, which are the future and most valuable savings of the capital. While the policy of “creating a budget by selling real estate” followed by the Mansur Yavaş administration has attracted a great reaction from the public, the failure to provide a visible service in the city despite the billions entering the municipality’s coffers is at the center of criticism.
NEW TENDER WORTH 1.3 BILLION ON JULY 23!
According to the latest announcement made by ABB Real Estate and Expropriation Department Immovables Branch Directorate, 11 more valuable immovable properties owned by the municipality were put up for sale.
In the tender to be held on July 23, 2026 at the Council Hall of the Municipal Service Building located at Hipodrom Street No: 5, properties with a total market value of 1 billion 288 million 990 thousand TL will be showcased. Etimesgut district (Eryaman, Şeker, Yukarıyurtçu) bears the financial burden and the lion’s share of the sales list.
DETAILS OF THE 11 PROPERTIES THAT ARE FOR SALE:
5 Commercial Area Plots: Commercial plots with high square meters (Eryaman, Şeker, Yukarıyurtçu) constitute the largest part of the budget.
4 Residential Plots: Altındağ (Feridunçelik), Çankaya (Keklikpınarı) and Etimesgut (Yukarıyurtçu).
1 Commercial Property: Shop worth 18,000,000 TL in Mamak Derbent.
1 House: House worth 4,500,000 TL in Çankaya Kocatepe.
Champion of the Tender: The highest priced real estate in the advertisement was the commercial land located in Etimesgut Yukarıyurtçu. The estimated price for this single parcel is exactly 306 million TL!
7-YEAR TERRIBLE BALANCE SHEET: SALES CHART HAS HIGHED THE PEAK!
When the real estate policy that Mansur Yavaş has implemented since the day he took office is put into figures, the gravity of the situation is clearly revealed. The process, which started with only 3 tenders in 2019, turned into a “real estate liquidation” by reaching a total of 110 separate tenders by 2026.
Sales Climb by Years:
2019 – 2021: Annual average remained in the range of 450 – 570 million TL.
2022: The big break occurred; sales jumped to 1.4 billion TL.
2023: Increased exponentially and reached 6.5 billion TL.
2024: It broke a record and reached its peak with 11 billion TL.
2025: The high trend was maintained and remained at the 10 billion TL threshold.
Looking at the total balance sheet, the total value of real estate sold during the Mansur Yavaş period has exceeded 35 billion TL (approximately 750 million dollars). It is a big question mark where this huge resource, which mortgages the future of the capital, is used.

ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION IS BEING DONE
Trabzon Provincial Health Director Mehmet Topsakal said, “The physical completion rate in the construction of our city hospital has now reached 97.5 percent. Our priority is to get the concrete plants on the north side of the hospital from there. The infrastructure of the road that will connect the road passing from the north to the hospital has been built. This road is important for us in two ways. First, it will provide great support to the evacuation and entry and exit of the hospital, especially during the match in the stadium next door. The league will start in one and a half months. The road must be opened as soon as possible. We will hold a coordination meeting and that “We will meet with the contractor to remove the concrete plant from there as soon as possible and ensure its recovery,” he said. Topsakal said, “So far, there does not appear to be any structure that will prevent the delay in hospital construction. As I mentioned, landscaping of the construction remains. Our goal is to open our city hospital in November this year.”
