Ramadan Feast is celebrated with enthusiasm all over the country. Mosques were overflowing during the Eid prayer performed after the morning prayer on the first day of Eid. Candy and Turkish delight were offered to citizens who celebrated with each other in mosques. Citizens visited their families and relatives on the first day of the holiday and celebrated the holiday. While the little ones kissed their elders’ hands, they did not forget to get pocket money and candy.

FIRST EID PRAYER

After the prayer, citizens were offered chocolate and candy. The first Eid prayer was performed in the Ulu Mosque in Kahramanmaraş, which was damaged after the February 6 earthquakes and was restored and reopened. After the prayer, citizens were offered soup while celebrating each other.

THEY KEEP SIDE IN THE COURTYARD

Many citizens, who could not find a place inside the 626-year-old Bursa Grand Mosque, Diyarbakır Grand Mosque, Kapu Mosque in Konya, Sabancı Central Mosque in Adana and Alsancak Hocazade Mosque in Izmir due to the density, stood in rows on mats laid in the courtyard.

FESTIVAL TRADITION

The holiday tradition, which has been going on for 60 years in the rural Cerrah District of Bursa’s İnegöl district, was not broken this holiday either. The locals came together for a mass celebration and formed a 1 kilometer queue. In addition to men, women and children also participated in the traditional celebration. More than a thousand people came together after the Eid prayer, lined up and congratulated each other. In Şanlıurfa, 7 thousand people were served the city’s local dish, tirit, after the Eid prayer. Türkiye is always in favor of peace – Last Minute News

Published

on

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the Opening Ceremony of Güneysu Tenzile Erdoğan State Hospital in Rize: I hope the Eid brings peace to the whole world, especially Gaza and Iran. We are a nation that has always stood for peace. We want the same thing for our brothers and sisters as we want for ourselves.

HONEST TO BEAR MY MOTHER’S NAME: It is a great pleasure to have brought Güneysu Tenzile Erdoğan State Hospital, which bears the name of my late mother, to our district.

WE ARE AN EXAMPLE TO THE WORLD IN HEALTH: We have been working day and night for our health system since 2002. We have now raised healthcare services, which were once considered the weakest link of our country, to an exemplary level in the world. Experts from around the world, especially our city hospitals, come to examine our hospitals. Thanks to our strong health service, we became one of the countries with the least losses in the world during the COVID-19 epidemic. I am proud to say that just as we have progressed in many areas, we have also written a great success story in health. The old Türkiye is now a thing of the past in the field of health. When you think of a hospital, you no longer think of the days when people walked through the door healthy and came out sick. When we think of hospitals, health complexes with hotel-like rooms and qualified staff come to mind.

MISSILES ARE FLYING AROUND US AND THE MAIN OPPOSITION DOES NOT CARE

We have no business with political polemics. We don’t have time to waste on pointless arguments. You already see what the main opposition is dealing with. Bring political courtesy and respect. Missiles are flying around us, there is a crisis in our region, but the main opposition does not care. If the world were to burn, there would be no news. May God give you wisdom.

THERE WILL BE 3 GÖKBEY AMBULANCE HELICOPTERS

This year, we will include 3 local GÖKBEYs in the fleet as ambulance helicopters.

I hereby convey my strongest messages of solidarity to all our friends who spend the holiday with sadness, sorrow and pain, especially in Gaza, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Arakan, Lebanon, in short, in all the lands where our hearts beat and our lives hurt. As Muslims, we believe with all our heart that Allah is with those who are patient. I believe that we will leave these difficult days, this period of testing in our geography, behind by supporting each other, leaning on each other, with hope, patience and fortitude, hopefully very soon.

President Erdogan: Iran war started with Netanyahu's provocation

“AS THE ISLAMIC WORLD, WE ARE TRYING TO CROSS ANOTHER ROAD FULL OF OBSTACLES AND TRAPS”

“As the Islamic world, we are trying to overcome another path full of obstacles, potholes, schemes and traps. Wherever we turn our faces, we encounter drama, pain and tragedy. The Russia-Ukraine war in our north has entered its 5th year. In Gaza, the Zionist genocide network continues to block humanitarian aid entries, take lives, engage in destruction and banditry. Using the Iranian war as an excuse, it has closed our first qibla, Al-Aqsa Mosque, to worship. In the West Bank and under occupation, It accelerated illegal settlement activities and expansionism policies in other Palestinian lands.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: We exist to serve the nation and our country

“WE WRITTEN A GREAT SUCCESS STORY IN HEALTH”

Announcing that they will use the local and national helicopter GÖKBEY as an ambulance helicopter, Erdoğan said, “We will also use our local and national helicopter GÖKBEY as an ambulance helicopter. This year, we will include 3 helicopters in our health fleet.” shared his knowledge.

“Just as we have made a breakthrough in democracy, security, transportation and education, just as we saved Türkiye from the oppressive darkness of the coup mentality, just as we brought historical success to our country in the field of defense industry, we have also written a great success story in health, thank God.” Erdoğan continued his words as follows:

“Old Turkey, thank God, is now a thing of the past in the field of health. When we say ‘hospital’, as in the past, we do not think of ordeals where people who entered the door healthy came out sick. On the contrary, modern, spacious, high-quality, well-equipped hospitals that provide first-class service come to mind. When we say ‘hospital’, health complexes with hotel-like rooms, qualified staff, and modern medical devices come to mind. Here, just a few numbers, to remind you of where we have brought Rize to in the field of health.” I would like to. We have built 32 health facilities in Rize, 13 of which are 2nd level hospitals and 19 of which are 1st level health centers. The total cost of health investments completed in our city reached 11 billion liras. When the 1053-bed Rize City Hospital and the 50-bed Çayeli State Hospital are completed, this figure will reach 36 billion liras. In 2002, the number of annual examinations in Rize was approximately 1.4 million. It reached 5 million. We increased the number of ambulances from 3 to 49. We put the most modern devices at your disposal, from MR to computerized tomography. The number of dialysis machines, which was 15 in 2002, increased to 112 today. The number of specialist doctors increased from 142 to 1015, and the number of dentists increased by 431 percent. “The number of midwives and nurses increased by 154 percent from 613 to 1555. In other words, Rize has come to a very good place in every aspect of health.”

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: We exist to serve the nation and our country

“WE ARE IN PROBLEM OF SERVING AND PRODUCING BUSINESS”

President Erdoğan said that they will take the services they provide to Rize in the field of health one step further, and that the region will become a complete health base with the opening of the city hospital.

Erdogan said:

“If God permits, we will open our city hospital together, just like today, and I hope we will experience that pride together. As long as you support us and pray for us, we will continue to work for you, doing one thing after another. Because, my brothers, we are concerned with serving and producing work. We have no business with political polemics, boatmen’s fights. We do not have time to waste empty discussions. We have Turkey, the Turkish nation, you on our agenda. In our agenda, we have the things that surround us. Our agenda is to find a way out of the wars in our region through diplomatic contacts. While we are busy with these, you see what the main opposition and the people in charge are dealing with. Political kindness and respect are already in order. Missiles are flying around us, the war continues beyond our borders. But you see, the main opposition party does not even care about our region. “For God’s sake, if the world were to burn, they would not even know about it. They are on board, it is not clear where they are going. May God give them wisdom.”
