Is there an ATM operating in your municipality?
The scandal that occurred when Asuman Aksoy, who started working in Bornova Municipality with the recommendation of Uşak Mayor Özkan Yalım, who was arrested by the court within the scope of the bribery and corruption investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, was brought to the Gaziemir Council. AK Party Group Deputy Chairman Uğur İnan Atmaca, who spoke at the first session of the Gaziemir Municipal Council in April, asked CHP’s Gaziemir Mayor Ünal Işık sweating questions. Reminding that President Işık appointed the staff of the Private Secretary Directorate without informing the parliament, Atmaca said; “I asked before about your appointment as a private secretary.

You said, ‘It’s within my jurisdiction’. Of course, it’s up to you. But if you have appointed a private secretary and you do not say this in the parliament, this causes a change in our perspective and the work you do is not in accordance with the law. We ask again. Is there an ATM operating in your municipality? Regarding this, the prosecutor’s office will initiate a study on HTS records. Therefore, we would like to remind you in case you come across this issue one day,” he said. Mayor Işık, who was observed to be angry at the questions asked by Atmaca, said: “I don’t know where you found the information about the software company in question, but there is tax confidentiality. Disclosing these is a crime. “As a financial advisor, I say that such companies are exempt from corporate tax,” he said.

Stating that the Karbala incident was a great test for Muslims, Erdoğan said, “The seeds of discord sown since then continue to have their effect. It constitutes the beginning of many problems that prevent us from knowing each other, greeting each other, and building bridges that we can naturally build with each other.” he said.
Erdoğan stated that in order to restore unity, there is a need to strengthen communication and start spending time together, so that they can convey some values to children without difficulty.

Because there is no other place in the world with such a clean, so beautiful and so peaceful. I think that the Anatolian society and the Anatolian people have a responsibility to live and keep alive the values that make this place Anatolia and make these lands our homeland. Considering that this unity also contributes to this, our meeting is the blessing of Muharram.” I hope it will be beneficial for you.” he said.
Cihannüma Association Chairman Selim Cerrah stated that Muharram is the month of sadness, pain, resistance and hope.
Stating that the struggle of Hazrat Hussein and his companions should be remembered, Cerrah said, “While understanding, remembering and commemorating Hazrat Hussein, we are obliged to emulate his struggle instead of spewing hatred towards the oppressors who murdered him, and to consider the sherbet of martyrdom as a high priority, even if it means death.” he said.
Stating that Türkiye has experienced great pain throughout history, Cerrah emphasized unity, solidarity and brotherhood.
Haydar Şahin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Turkish Reconciliation and Social Development Foundation, stated that Hazrat Hussein’s stance in Karbala still carries important messages today.
Şahin said, “Hazrat Imam Hussein’s stance against injustice in Karbala, his death and his struggle represent us paying the price for justice and faith.” he said.
Expressing that the month of Muharram is not only about mourning, Şahin stated that it should be considered as a period when people remember their responsibilities for today.
“MUHARRAM AND KARBALA ARE THE COMMON SCHOOL OF EVERY MUSLIM”
Rector of Türkiye International Islamic, Science and Technology University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Görmez said that Karbala has a common meaning for all Muslims.
Emphasizing that Muharram and Karbala are a school for Muslims, Görmez said:
“This school is not just the school of Sunnis, Shiites, Alevis, or the people of the Tarik. It is the common school of every believer and every Muslim living wherever they are on earth. This school is a school of instruction. It is a very great school from which we should all learn lessons and lessons. It is not right for us to commemorate this school once a year with only mourning, or to turn it into an event that only happened in history. This school is a school of instruction. “The school of example is a school that we will apply to revive the justice, freedom and mercy for which Hazrat Hussein gave his life. It is not just a school for a certain group, it is a common school for all of us. For this reason, the real thing that we should all think about is to look for ways to live according to Hussein.”

First Lady Erdoğan: We are a nation that turns to the future with hope
Emine Erdoğan, wife of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, attended the “Trainee and Graduation Meeting” program organized in Istanbul within the scope of “Education and Vocational Workshops” carried out by Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation in the earthquake region.
PERMANENT SOLUTIONS WERE PRODUCED IN THE EARTHQUAKE AREA
Speaking here, Erdoğan said that Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation worked with great devotion in the field after the February 6 earthquakes, and that they not only met immediate needs but also produced permanent solutions that would quickly repair life. Stating that the foundation also acts with the belief that a sustainable recovery is only possible with education, production and qualified employment, Erdoğan explained that the foundation implemented the “Let My Work Project” in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, TOKİ and AFAD. First Lady Erdoğan said, “The Foundation started its work by establishing 6 textile and 1 hairdresser workshops in container cities in 2023. Today, our total of 32 workshops, including 17 textile and 15 hairdresser workshops operating in all 11 provinces affected by the earthquake, continue to provide training to our women.” he said. Noting that stories of holding on to life again and making dreams come true were written in each workshop, Erdoğan stated that the trainees who successfully completed the approximately 7-month training process were entitled to receive a mastery certificate.
GRADUATES WILL BE EMPLOYED
Stating that he was informed that a cooperation protocol was signed between the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the foundation before the program, and that the graduates will be employed within the scope of the “Workforce Adaptation Program”, Erdoğan said, “On the one hand, the graduates will earn income by producing for the public good, and on the other hand, they will continue to develop their professional skills. In addition, during the program, İŞKUR will also carry out studies to bring the trainees into permanent employment. I would like to express that I find this development extremely valuable. How much of a journey that starts with education is crowned with employment. “It is an indication that it has been handled meticulously.” made his assessment. First Lady Erdoğan stated that 3 years have passed since the February 6 earthquakes and commemorated 53 thousand 397 people who lost their lives in the “Disaster of the Century”. “May God never test our nation with such difficult tests again and protect our country from all kinds of disasters.” Erdoğan said that these earthquakes were engraved in memory as one of the worst disasters in their history. Expressing that she knows that this great pain remains fresh in everyone’s soul, First Lady Erdoğan said, “However, we believe that the world is a place of testing. Therefore, it is a responsibility placed on us by our faith not to despair and not give up the struggle even in our most difficult times. As a matter of fact, we all witnessed together the solidarity of the century that emerged like a phoenix from the Disaster of the Century. We showed once again that we are a nation that can stand up again under all circumstances and turn its face to the future with hope.” he said.
DIGITAL LITERACY EDUCATION FOR WOMEN
Sezai Karakoç said, “We are horses that run even after the race is over.” Quoting his statement, Erdoğan said, “If we have been able to stand tall as a nation against the harsh winds of history so far, we owe it to our faith and values. In our vision of civilization, it is a purpose of existence to look after those who are in trouble, to work for the survival of society, to seek opportunities to do good. In this way, a rare culture of patriotism has emerged. Our foundation is a strong representative of this tradition.” he said. First Lady Erdoğan stated the following: “Disasters are long-term crises that disrupt social and economic life and cause deep wounds in social psychology. Unfortunately, women and children often experience the effects of disasters more severely. During disasters, the care burden of women increases, and in case they lose their spouses, the responsibility of providing for the household falls largely on their shoulders. Therefore, women’s participation in economic life is of great importance in the post-disaster recovery period. With this awareness, our Foundation supports the graduates of our workshops who want to establish their own businesses. “They will support the opening of 50 workplaces for our brothers and sisters in 2 years. Within the scope of the Family Support Program, they will help meet the needs of workplaces such as rent, renovation, machinery, equipment and materials. They will also provide training in areas such as business management and digital literacy, enabling women to gain professional equipment.” Pointing out that he believes that this large-scale initiative, ranging from vocational training to opening a business, will make significant contributions to both the welfare of families and the revival of the regional economy, Erdoğan emphasized the critical role played by women in returning life to normal after the disaster.
THREE GOALS: DEVELOPMENT, TRANSFORMATION AND WELFARE
Underlining that they wholeheartedly believe in the formula “Strong women, strong family, strong Turkey”, Erdoğan said, “We think that supporting women’s family lives and paving the way for them in education and business life has three very important results. The first of these is economic development, the second is social transformation, and the third is a prosperous future. Therefore, our workshops established in the earthquake zone are the work of a much bigger vision than providing vocational training.” made his assessment. Addressing the trainees in his speech, Erdoğan said, “You have gone through very difficult days. But do not forget that we shared the pain, losses and troubles you experienced as a nation. Just as we shed tears together, we healed the wounds together and we will continue to heal them, hopefully. My request from you is to protect the knowledge and skills you acquired in these workshops and reflect what you have learned in your life and profession. I wholeheartedly believe that you will achieve every goal you set your mind to.” he said.

At the program where the promotional film “You Are Not Alone” was watched, Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin and Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation Board of Trustees Chairman and AK Party Group Deputy Chairman Leyla Şahin Usta also made speeches. Purification message from Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu: The party needs to be purified from pollution! He gave a date for the congress
KILIÇDAROĞLU GAVE A DATE FOR THE CONGRESS
Stating that an ordinary congress will be held, not an extraordinary congress, Kılıçdaroğlu said:
“If the application to the Supreme Court is withdrawn, we will hold the ordinary congress in 4-5 months at the most. After the ordinary congress, there are elections for the provincial president and the elections of the delegates. We cannot do it with the old delegates anyway, sir. The court canceled it because there were doubts, you say go and hold the congress with those delegates. This would result in a decision of absolute nullity. Will the party get tired that much? Do you not trust the delegates? You start the elections from the neighborhood, you come and hold the congress. “It’s that simple”
ANSWER TO THE QUESTION ABOUT FETO EXIT: “EKREM BEY WAS OFFERING SPORTS PROGRAMS ON THOSE CHANNELS”
Kılıçdaroğlu was also asked about his statement regarding his party, “I apologize to you for not being able to detect in time the FETO agents who sold their souls and sneaked behind us on that sacred march that I started for the salvation, justice and bright future of this nation.”
Kılıçdaroğlu said: “Now why did I say this? The information you gave is correct. At that time, FETO had newspapers and televisions. Ekrem Bey was also presenting sports programs there. We never made such an accusation.
Mr. Özgür made the following statement, referring to the MİT undersecretary: ‘We receive many applications from CHP’s foreign offices. He said, “We asked for intelligence support from MİT during the recruitment of members to prevent FETO or terrorist organizations from infiltrating the CHP.” I also drew attention to this. What’s wrong with that?”

Message from Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek on the fight against street gangs: Our operations will continue with determination until their roots are eradicated.
Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, in his post on his NSosyal account, stated that their fight against street gangs, organized crime organizations and all criminal structures targeting the peace of the nation continues with uncompromising determination.
Emphasizing that they act in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and that they never tolerate any structure that threatens the peace of the city and the future of young people, Gürlek said, “This morning, under the coordination of our Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, simultaneous operations were carried out in the provinces of Istanbul, Muş, Diyarbakır, Erzurum and Tekirdağ against one of the leading street gangs, and judicial proceedings were initiated against 32 suspects, including 3 lawyers.” he said.
Gürlek said:
“Criminal organizations and gangs are carrying out a dirty disinformation campaign while pulling our children into their own darkness, saying ‘anyway, you are young, you will not be punished.'” Although our efforts to further increase the penalties continue, our current legal system foresees heavy sanctions if children are involved in qualified crimes such as membership in an organization, attempted intentional murder, armed attack and plunder.
Our sweeping operations against these structures that try to entrap our children in criminal organizations, threaten the security of our streets, and provide unfair benefits by intimidating our citizens will continue with determination until their roots are eradicated. “I would like to thank our Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, which carried out the investigation meticulously, our Istanbul Provincial Police Department, which successfully carried out the operation, and all our public officials who contributed to the process.”
