MHP lideri Bahçeli: Türkiye krizin akıntısına kapılan bir ülke konumuna sürüklenemez
MHP’den yapılan açıklamaya göre Devlet Bahçeli, partisinin belediye başkanlarının katılımıyla düzenlenen iftar programında konuştu.
İçinden geçilen dönemin sıradan bir zaman dilimi olmadığının altını çizen Bahçeli, zamanın akışının hızlandığını, coğrafyanın dilinin sertleştiğini, siyasetin yükünün ağırlaştığını söyledi.
Haritalar yerinde duruyor gibi görünse de haritaların arkasındaki kudret terazisinin derin mahfiller tarafından yeniden kurulduğunu belirten Bahçeli, “Devletler aynı sınırlarla tanımlanıyor ve anılıyor olsa da güvenlik kuşakları yer yer daralmakta, yer yer genişlemekte ve yer yer de kırılmaktadır. Kısacası dünya, eski kavramlarla açıklanamayacak, eski ezberlerle yönetilemeyecek radikal bir kırılma eşiğine gelmiştir. Bu kırılma, yalnız birkaç bölgesel gerilimin toplamı değildir, Orta Doğu’dan Avrasya’ya oradan Pasifik’e uzanan geniş bir hatta güç dengelerinin yeniden tartıldığı, devletlerin iç dayanıklılığının sınandığı ve yeni bir jeopolitik düzenin ağır ağır şekillendiği tarihi bir eşiktir.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
Türkiye’nin önünde duran meselenin de tam olarak bu olduğunu vurgulayan Bahçeli, “Bu sarsıntılı çağın kenarında bekleyen bir seyirci mi olunacaktır, yoksa devlet aklıyla yönünü tayin eden, iç cephesini tahkim eden ve bölgesel denklemin kurucu aktörlerinden biri haline gelen bir ülke mi olunacaktır. Tarihin ileride kayıt altına alacağı günleri yaşarken, bizler, bu sorunun cevabını aramak ve Türkiye’nin hangi istikamette yürümesi gerektiğini açık bir şekilde ortaya koymak durumundayız.” diye konuştu.
“TÜRKİYE’NİN BUGÜN İHTİYAÇ DUYDUĞU ÇİZGİ DE TAM OLARAK BUDUR”
Bahçeli, Gazze’de yaşanan insanlık dramı, Lübnan sahasında derinleşen kırılma, İran merkezli gün geçtikçe kontrolden çıkarak tırmanan savaş hali, Suriye ve Irak zeminindeki kırılganlık, Ukrayna–Rusya savaşının Avrupa güvenlik mimarisini sarsan etkisi, Afganistan’dan Pakistan’a uzanan istikrarsızlık hattı, Çin ile Hindistan sahasındaki makro ve mikro stratejik rekabet, bunların hiçbirinin birbirinden kopuk ve tesadüfi hadiseler olmadığının altını çizdi.
MHP Genel Başkanı Bahçeli, konuşmasını şöyle sürdürdü:
“Meselenin derininde enerji hatlarını ve ticaret koridorlarını kontrol etme mücadelesi, nüfuz alanlarının yeniden paylaşımı, vekalet ağları üzerinden yürüyen rekabet, mezhebi ve etnik fay hatlarının stratejik biçimde harekete geçirilmesi ve nihayetinde küresel güç mimarisinin yeni bir dizilişe doğru evrilmesi bulunmaktadır. Mustafa Kemal Paşa’nın dile getirdiği şu ikaz, bugün yaşadığımız çalkantılı dönemde ayrıca kıymet kazanmaktadır: ‘Karar vermek için acele etmeyiniz, fakat karar verdikten sonra tereddüt etmeyiniz.’ Devlet idaresinde mesele yalnız doğruyu bilmek değildir, doğruyu doğru zamanda söyleyebilmek, doğru tedbiri gecikmeden alabilmek, tehlikeyi kapıya varmadan sezebilmek ve fırsatı heba olmadan değerlendirebilmektir. Türkiye’nin bugün ihtiyaç duyduğu çizgi de tam olarak budur. Öfkeye kapılmayan, hamasetle savrulmayan, rehavete teslim olmayan, aklı, tecrübeyi ve milli menfaati merkeze alan soğukkanlı bir devlet çizgisi.”
“ORTA DOĞU COĞRAFYASININ KADERİ İKİNCİ KEZ DIŞ MERKEZLİ BİR DİZAYN GİRİŞİMİYLE KARŞI KARŞIYA”
Orta Doğu’da uzun yıllar vekalet hatları üzerinden yürütülen mücadelenin artık çevreden merkeze doğru yönelen daha doğrudan bir safhaya geçtiğine dikkati çeken Bahçeli, bu durumun bölgedeki her aktör için yeni riskler ürettiğini, Türkiye için de aynı gerçeğin geçerli olduğunu ifade etti.
Birinci Dünya Savaşı’nın ardından İngiltere ve kısmen Fransa tarafından kurulan bölgesel statükonun, cetvelle çizilmiş sınırlar ve dış merkezli güvenlik mimarileri üzerine inşa edildiğini anlatan Bahçeli, bugün ise aynı coğrafyanın statükosunun bu defa ABD’nin stratejik yaklaşımı ve İsrail’i merkeze yerleştiren yeni bir güvenlik tasarımı üzerinden yeniden şekillendirilmek istendiğine işaret etti.
Orta Doğu coğrafyasının kaderinin ikinci kez dış merkezli bir dizayn girişimiyle karşı karşıya bırakıldığını dile getiren Bahçeli, “İran’da yaşanacak kontrolsüz bir zayıflama yahut çözülme yalnız Tahran’ın iç meselesi olarak kalmayacak, dalga dalga çevre ülkelere yayılan yeni bir istikrarsızlık kuşağı üretme potansiyeli taşıyacaktır. Mesele tam da budur. Türkiye’nin önündeki mesele, uzaktan izlenen bir sınır krizi meselesi değildir. Türkiye’nin karşı karşıya bulunduğu tablo doğrudan doğruya milli güvenlik, sınır emniyeti ve bölgesel istikrar dosyasıdır.” ifadelerini kullandı.
“Suriye tecrübesi bize ağır bedeller ödeterek öğretmiştir ki devlet otoritesinin zayıfladığı alanlar kısa sürede farklı silahlı grupların, vekalet unsurlarının, düzensiz göç hareketlerinin, kaçak ekonomi ağlarının ve dış müdahalelerin sahasına dönüşmektedir.” diyen Bahçeli, bugün İran merkezli gelişmelerin de aynı dikkatle okunması gerektiğini dile getirdi.
“LÜBNAN SAHASI GİDEREK DAHA FAZLA HEDEF HALİNE GELMEKTEDİR”
“Lübnan, Orta Doğu’nun küçültülmüş haritası, aynı zamanda büyütülmüş çelişkisidir.” diyen Bahçeli şöyle devam etti:
“Lübnan’a bakarken yalnız bugünün cari, sıcak çatışmasını görmek kafi gelmez. Osmanlı’nın son asrından manda yıllarına, iç savaştan 2006 krizine kadar uzanan çizgi, bize aynı ibret levhasını göstermektedir, iç denge bozulduğu an dış müdahale gecikmez. Dış müdahale yerleştiği an ülkenin kendi karar kudreti küçülür. Karar kudreti küçüldüğü an silahlı yapılar devletin önüne geçer. Bugün Lübnan sahasında yeniden görülen tablo da budur. Yanan yalnız bir cephe sayılmaz, aşınan aynı zamanda devlet fikridir. Bu sebeple Lübnan başlığı, Türkiye açısından yalnızca duygusal bir dayanışma meselesi olarak kalmamalı, aynı zamanda güvenlik, egemenlik ve bölgesel düzen hakkında ağır dersler taşıyan tarihi bir ibret sahası da olmalıdır. Lübnan’ın başına gelen her hadise Türkiye’ye şu gerçeği yeniden hatırlatmaktadır, devlet zayıflarsa coğrafya konuşur, softalık konuşur, mezhep konuşur, silah konuşur, yabancı başkentler konuşur. Devlet ayakta durursa millet nefes alır, sınırlar emniyet bulur, dış müdahale hevesi kırılır.”
Bölgesel güç dengelerini İsrail merkezli yeni bir güvenlik kuşağı üzerinden yeniden kurma arayışı giderek daha görünür hale geldiğini söyleyen Bahçeli, “Bu noktada şu soruyu açıkça sormak gerekir, eğer Filistin sahası fiilen daraltılmış ve parçalanmış bir alan haline getirilmişse, sıradaki baskı hattı neresidir? Bu sorunun cevabını görmek zor değildir. Lübnan sahası giderek daha fazla hedef haline gelmektedir. Bu durum yalnız Lübnan için değil, Doğu Akdeniz’in tamamı için ciddi bir jeopolitik kırılma anlamına gelmektedir.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
Lübnan’ın aynı zamanda Doğu Akdeniz’in düğüm noktalarından biri olduğunu vurgulayan Bahçeli, Beyrut’un yalnız bir başkent değil, tarih boyunca ticaretin, kültürün ve jeopolitiğin kesiştiği büyük bir kapı olduğunu ifade etti.
Doğu Akdeniz’in incisi olan bu şehir ve bu ülkenin, bölgesel dengelerin en hassas halkalarından birini teşkil ettiğini, bu nedenle Lübnan meselesinin artık yalnızca güncel çatışmaların dar çerçevesinde ele alınamayacağını söyleyen Bahçeli, şunları kaydetti:
“Lübnan’ın devlet kapasitesini güçlendirecek, egemenliğini tahkim edecek ve Doğu Akdeniz’de kalıcı istikrar sağlayacak daha cesur ve daha kapsamlı seçeneklerin açık biçimde tartışılması gerekmektedir. Lübnan’ın kendi içinde güçlendirilmesi, bölgesel istikrar mekanizmalarının kurulması ve gerekirse komşu coğrafyalarla yeni siyasi ve ekonomik işbirliği imkanlarının değerlendirilmesi artık ertelenemez bir ihtiyaçtır. Çünkü gerçek şudur, denizden komşumuz olan Lübnan çökerse yalnız bir ülke çökmüş olmaz, Doğu Akdeniz’de yeni bir istikrarsızlık kuşağı doğar. Beyrut düşerse yalnız bir şehir yara almış olmaz, bölgenin jeopolitik dengesi sarsılır. Bu yüzden Lübnan meselesi yalnız Lübnan’ın meselesi değildir, aynı zamanda bölgenin geleceği ve Türkiye’nin güvenliği ile doğrudan bağlantılı bir stratejik meseledir.”
Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin izleyeceği siyasal ve stratejik hattın hayati önem taşıdığına dikkati çekerek, bugün meselenin yalnızca bölgesel bir kriz değil, güvenlik mimarisinin ve stratejik aklının sınandığı tarihi bir eşik olduğunu söyledi.
Türkiye’nin kriz akıntısına kapılan bir ülke konumuna sürüklenemeyeceğini vurgulayan Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin yangının büyümesine hizmet eden bir aktör haline gelemeyeceğini, bilakis yangını sınırlayan, gerilimi dengeleyen, kutuplaşmayı yatıştıran ve bölgesel aklı yeniden inşa eden merkez ülke konumunu güçlendirmek zorunda olduğunu ifade etti.
Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin stratejik istikametinin savrulma değil, düzen kuran bir denge siyaseti olduğunu belirterek, “Bu yaklaşım, Türkiye’nin jeopolitik ağırlığını koruyan ve bölgesel istikrarın mimarları arasında yer almasını sağlayan devlet aklının tabii neticesidir.” diye konuştu.
Bahçeli, şöyle devam etti:
“Stratejik sükunet mahcup bir bekleyiş anlamına gelmez, zamanın ruhunu doğru okuyarak doğru anda doğru ağırlığı sahaya koyabilme kudretidir. Soğukkanlılık tereddüt yahut gevşeklik sayılmaz, öfkenin bulanıklığından arınmış, hesaplanmış ve hedefe yönelmiş bir güç yoğunlaşmasıdır. Büyük devletler kriz zamanlarında hamasetle savrulmaz, kuvvet, zaman ve istikamet hesabını aynı anda yapar. Gürültülü sloganların cazibesine kapılmaz, stratejinin sükunetiyle hareket eder. Anlık tepkilerin dar ufkuna hapsolmaz uzun vadeli istikameti esas alır. Çünkü devlet dediğimiz yapı günü kurtaran reflekslerle varlığını sürdüren bir idare değildir. Devlet, zamanın akışını okuyabilen, tehlikeyi büyümeden sezen ve doğru anda bütün ağırlığını sahaya koyabilen tarihi bir akılla ayakta durur.”
Bahçeli, Türkiye’nin kendi güvenliğini tahkim eden, kendi ekonomisini güçlendiren, kendi jeopolitik alanını genişleten ve kendi iç cephesini sağlamlaştıran rasyonel bir devlet çizgisine sahip olduğunu dile getirdi.
“YENİ DENGELERİN MİMARI”
Bahçeli, “Bölgesel fırtınaların ortasında savrulan ülkeler tarih sahnesinde iz bırakmaz, yön tayin eden devletler ise krizleri aşmakla kalmaz, yeni dengelerin mimarı haline gelir. Türkiye de tam olarak böyle bir devlet olma iradesine ve tarihi kapasiteye sahiptir.” dedi.
Bahçeli, konuşmasını şöyle sürdürdü:
“Tam da bu sebeple Türkiye’nin önündeki ödev ağırdır. İç siyasetin sığ ve gündelik polemiklerine sıkışmış zeminden süratle çıkılması zaruridir. Muhalefet adına yerel ölçekte dahi kalıcı bir eser ortaya koyamayan; bir yanda bir kifayetsiz, öte yanda bir muhteris figürün ve onların payandası, sözcüsü konumuna yerleşmiş sözüm ona bir liderin dar ufuklu rekabetinin Türkiye’nin stratejik atmosferini belirlemesine müsaade edilemez.”
Türkiye’nin iç cephesi sağlam olursa dış baskıların anlamını yitireceğini ifade eden Bahçeli, iç dayanıklılık güçlendiği takdirde de bölgesel krizlerin Türkiye için tehdit olmaktan çıkacağını kaydetti.
Bahçeli, devlet denilen yapının günü kurtarmak için kurulmuş bir idare mekanizması olmadığını, devletin tehlikeyi büyümeden sezebilen, fırsatı doğmadan görebilen ve milletin kaderini günübirlik hesapların üstünde tutabilen tarihi bir akıl olduğunu vurguladı.
“POLEMİKLERLE OYALANAN BİR SİYASET ÇİZGİSİ, MEMLEKETE YÜK OLUR”
MHP Genel Başkanı Bahçeli, şunları kaydetti:
“Bu akıl bazen sabretmeyi bilir, bazen konuşmayı bilir, bazen de doğru anda bütün ağırlığını sahaya koymayı bilir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin devlet aklı da işte bu geleneğin devamıdır. Bu akıl ne hamasetin gürültüsüne kapılır ne de korkunun dar ufkuna sıkışır. Bu akıl, fırtınalı zamanlarda pusulasını kaybetmeyen bir milletin ortak iradesidir. Ve o irade bugün de Türkiye’ye şunu söylemektedir: İç cepheyi sağlam tut, devlet aklını diri tut ve büyük fırtınaların ortasında yön tayin eden ülkelerden biri ol. Buradan muhalefete açıkça seslenmek isterim, Türkiye’nin etrafında ateş çemberi daralırken, hala belediye kulisleriyle, kişisel ikbal hesaplarıyla, medya parıltısıyla, günübirlik polemiklerle oyalanan bir siyaset çizgisi, memlekete yük olur.”
Bahçeli, devletin önüne proje koyamayan, milletin önüne ufuk koyamayan, bölgesel kırılma anlarında tarih şuuruyla davranamayan kifayetsiz ve muhteris kadroların, Türkiye’yi büyük fırtınalardan sağ salim çıkarma kabiliyetinin bulunamayacağını ifade etti.
“İRAN SAHASINDA DOĞABİLECEK AĞIR BİR KIRILMANIN ETKİSİ”
“Muhalefetin bir kısmı, Türkiye’nin karşı karşıya bulunduğu büyük jeopolitik sınamanın mahiyetini kavrayabilecek bir ufka sahip görünmemektedir.” diyen Bahçeli, şu değerlendirmelerde bulundu:
“Okyanuslar kabarırken ufukta, onlar kendilerince özgür bir halet-i ruhiye içinde sığ sularda çamurla oynamayı marifet saymaktadır. Ufku okuyamadıkları için küçümserler; kavrayamadıkları için basitleştirirler, idrak edemedikleri için meseleyi gündelik polemiklerin dar çerçevesine sıkıştırırlar.
Bu sığlığın etrafında bir de kulak entelektüelleri, meyhane malumatfuruşları ve isimlerini anmaya dahi değmeyecek bazı zevatın gürültülü yorumları dolaşmaktadır. Gürültü çoktur, idrak azdır, söz çoktur, kavrayış kıttır. Oysa burada konuşulan mevzu herhangi bir parti rekabeti, herhangi bir seçim hesabı yahut ekranlarda tüketilen bir polemik başlığı değildir. Burada konuşulan mevzu, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin önümüzdeki yüz yılını şekillendirecek güvenlik ve jeopolitik eşiğin kendisidir. İran sahasında doğabilecek ağır bir kırılmanın etkisi yalnızca Tahran’ı ilgilendiren bir hadise olarak kalmaz, dalga dalga Türkiye’nin doğu sınırlarına, güvenlik mimarisine, göç hareketlerine, ekonomik dengelerine ve iç istikrarına kadar uzanabilecek bir sarsıntı üretir.”
Böyle bir meselenin sloganla yürütülemeyeceğini belirten Bahçeli, devlet aklının bu zamanlarda polemik üretmeyeceğini aksine istikamet tayin edeceğini söyledi.
Bahçeli, “Türkiye’nin etnik fay hatlarıyla, mezhebi gerilimlerle, siyasi kutuplaşmayla ve kültürel ayrıştırmalarla zayıflatılmasına dönük her girişim doğrudan doğruya milli güvenlik meselesidir.” diye konuştu.
MHP Genel Başkanı Bahçeli, şöyle devam etti:
“İçinde bulunduğumuz jeopolitik eşik refleksle değil, stratejiyle hareket etmeyi zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu çerçevede atılması gereken adımlar da son derece açıktır. Her şeyden önce sınır güvenliği en üst düzeyde tahkim edilmelidir. İran hattında doğabilecek her ihtimal için çok katmanlı bir hazırlık yapılmalıdır. Muhtemel göç baskısı, kaçakçılık ağlarının genişlemesi, vekil silahlı yapıların hareket alanı kazanması, terör sızmaları ve ekonomik yansımalar eş zamanlı bir güvenlik perspektifi içinde ele alınmalıdır. Devlet aklı ihtimalleri küçümsemez, en kötü senaryoyu dahi hesaba katarak hazırlığını yapar. İkinci olarak Avrupa Birliği ile erken hazırlık ve koordinasyon mekanizmaları kurulmalıdır. Suriye krizinde Avrupa hazırlıksız yakalanmış, ortaya çıkan insani ve güvenlik maliyetinin önemli bir kısmını Türkiye taşımıştır. Yeni bir bölgesel sarsıntıda aynı tablonun tekrarına fırsat verilmemelidir. Türkiye, Avrupa karşısında yalnız yük taşıyan bir sınır ülkesi konumuna sıkışamaz. Tam tersine, riskleri yöneten, sahayı okuyabilen ve kriz yönetiminde merkez rol üstlenen bir aktör konumunu tahkim etmelidir.
Üçüncü olarak Birleşmiş Milletler zemininde insani güvenlik başlığı güçlü biçimde sahiplenilmelidir. Sivillerin korunması, kitlesel yerinden edilmenin yönetimi, insani yardım koridorlarının açık tutulması ve bölgesel istikrarın muhafazası için uluslararası eşgüdüm çağrısı yapılmalıdır. Türkiye bu başlıkta yalnız bir tarafın sesi olarak değil, bölgesel vicdanın ve uluslararası sorumluluğun temsilcisi olarak hareket etmelidir. Dördüncü olarak Körfez ülkeleriyle güvenlik, enerji ve insani meseleler konusunda daha yakın ve kurumsal bir istişare mekanizması kurulmalıdır. Bu ilişki dar bloklaşma mantığıyla yürütülmemeli, gerilimi azaltan, maliyetleri düşüren ve bölgesel istikrarı güçlendiren bir işbirliği zemini üzerinden şekillenmelidir.”
Orta Doğu’nun istikrarının rekabetin derinleşmesiyle değil, rasyonel işbirliği kanallarının güçlenmesiyle mümkün olacağının altını çizen Bahçeli, “Beşinci olarak, Türkiye onay bekleyen, işaret arayan bir ülke psikolojisiyle hareket edemez. Ankara artık yalnızca sınır komşuluğu yapan yahut sığınmacı baskısı taşıyan bir ülke gibi konuşamaz. Türkiye sahayı bilen, geçiş dönemi risklerini tanıyan ve bölgesel istikrarın maliyetini fiilen üstlenmiş bir devlet olarak hareket etmek zorundadır. Bu nedenle Türkiye’nin rolü pasif bir gözlemci rolü olmamalıdır, Türkiye’nin düzen kurucu ve denge sağlayıcı bir merkez ülke rolüdür. Türkiye krizin akıntısına kapılan bir ülke olmaktan masundur. Türkiye, krizlerin ortasında istikamet tayin eden bir devlettir.” diye konuştu.

‘Terror-free Türkiye’ message from Vice President Yılmaz: We carry out with determination
Vice President Yılmaz and Science Dissemination Foundation Chairman of the Board of Trustees Bilal Erdoğan attended the iftar program given by the philanthropic Turhan family in a wedding hall as part of their contacts in Bingöl.
In his speech here, Yılmaz congratulated everyone on the month of Ramadan and said that he was very happy to be together with the people of Bingöl at the Ramadan table.
Stating that Bingöl has a special place in the heart of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and that Erdoğan has a special place in the hearts of the people of Bingöl, Yılmaz said:
“Hopefully, we will see the days when Bingöl and our President meet in the coming period. The month of Ramadan, the month of abundance, mercy and forgiveness, you are always on the field as the AK Party organizations in this month. We are aware that you are doing work that touches the hearts of our people. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your work. May God Almighty bless you all. I would like to thank everyone who has served our AK Party organizations since the day it was founded, at whatever level, office, “I would like to thank all my brothers who sincerely serve this cause, regardless of their position or title.”
Reminding that they were in a period when the region turned into a ring of fire, Yılmaz stated that they continued to advance towards their goals and build the Türkiye Century under the astute leadership of President Erdoğan.
“While, on the one hand, we are making every effort to resolve the problems in our region diplomatically and to stay away from conflicts and wars, on the other hand, we are determinedly carrying out the Terror-Free Turkey process in terms of strengthening our internal front and reinforcing our unity and solidarity.” Yılmaz stated that they will achieve their goals.
Stating that they continue their efforts to build a stable, growing economy with all their strength, Yılmaz continued as follows:
“While we are growing, we are making every effort to combat inflation, which is a problem for our citizens and therefore also for us. Unfortunately, what has happened in the recent period has a negative impact on economies, including wars. The incident in the Strait of Hormuz also negatively affects the world economy, especially fuel, natural gas, fertilizer and logistics costs. We are taking measures to minimize the cost to our citizens. We follow the events and developments closely. For example, we made a recent decision on fuel. “When there was a 100-unit increase, we decided to pass on 25 percent to our citizens and shoulder the 75 percent as the state, and we switched to the system we call Ezel Mobile. These developments are less reflected in fuel pump prices. Hopefully, these human costs, economic and environmental costs will remain at the lowest level. As the Republic of Turkey, we are making every effort in this direction.”
Pointing out that they are trying to eliminate regional imbalances while developing the country on the one hand, Yılmaz explained that they cannot achieve the Turkey Century goals only with metropolises and metropolitan cities, but by activating the potential of each province at the highest level.
In this sense, Yılmaz stated that they are moving towards the days when Bingöl contributes more to the development of Türkiye by using its potential at the highest level, and said:
“Bingöl has come a long way in 23 years, no matter what anyone says. If Aleppo is there, its cubit is here. It has gone through a great transformation with its infrastructure, superstructure, roads, university, education and health facilities. It is as if Bingöl was rebuilt together with the People’s Alliance during the AK Party period. Currently, we are completing our shortcomings. Our 500-bed hospital will be completed this year, with God’s permission. A new campus will be formed in health. Referring to the historical importance of the institution of muhtar in his speech, Çiftçi said that the muhtar has a deep-rooted tradition extending from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic. Minister Çiftçi also stated that important steps have been taken in recent years to strengthen the institution of mukhtar. SACRIFICE OF HEADMEN ON JULY 15
In his speech, Çiftçi also touched upon the sacrifices made by the headmen on the night of the July 15 Coup Attempt and paid tribute to the Headman of Kahramankazan Ahi District, Ali Anar, who lost his life during the coup attempt.
Çiftçi stated that headmen always stood by the nation during difficult times in Türkiye and that they contributed to the strengthening of unity and solidarity in society.

Minister Yumaklı: “Türkiye is not a country that seeks gain through the losses of others”
Minister Yumaklı, who came together with the party members at the “Loyalty Iftar” program organized by the Justice and Development Party Kahramanmaraş Provincial Directorate, emphasized the spirit of sharing and solidarity of Ramadan in his speech before the iftar.
