Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced that a circular was sent to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office of 175 High Criminal Courts to carry out faster judicial processes against criminal organizations. Minister Gürlek said, “The investigations will be carried out by our public prosecutors specialized in organized crimes, more than one prosecutor will be assigned when necessary, an uninterrupted and zero-tolerance coordination will be ensured with law enforcement units, and no criminal will be given any respite.” he said.

CIRCULAR WAS SENT TO 81

In this context, upon our instruction, a new and comprehensive circular on “Fighting Against Organized Crime Organizations” was sent to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office of 175 High Criminal Courts in 81 provinces by our General Directorate of Criminal Affairs.

By circular; It is aimed to carry out judicial processes in a faster, more effective and comprehensive manner against criminal organizations that are structured in cities, exploit our children and youth, make criminal propaganda on social media, and dare to intimidate our citizens with extortion, threats, plunder and armed actions.

“NO CRIMINAL WILL BE MADE TO BREATH”

Investigations; It will be carried out by our public prosecutors who specialize in organized crimes, more than one prosecutor will be assigned when necessary, uninterrupted and zero-tolerance coordination will be ensured with law enforcement units, and no criminal will be allowed to breathe.

These structures are not only with their hitmen on the streets; They will be targeted for rooting out, along with their managers, instigators, financial sources, and the proceeds of crime they attempt to launder through crypto assets, illegal betting, and similar methods.

All sanctions stipulated by our legal system will be applied in the most severe way against those who try to draw our children and young people into the dark web of criminal organizations, and the fact that the punishment will be increased in case of abuse of children for organizational purposes will be meticulously observed in all investigations.

The investigation is expanding within the scope of the operation launched against Seferihisar Municipality. In the corruption and bribery operations carried out last week, 5 suspects were arrested and sent to prison.

According to the latest development, it was learned that Zoning and Urbanization Director Esin Uysal was also detained and summoned to testify.

It was stated that the police officers who came to the municipality this afternoon invited Uysal and left the service building together.

Uysal’s proceedings at the police station continue.

WHAT HAPPENED?

In the investigation into how some people and organizations affiliated with Seferihisar Municipality received benefits in exchange for transactions related to construction and development processes, 6 suspects, including Seferihisar Deputy Mayor İ.G.P, were detained on June 17.

Nermin Günay, the wife of Güzelbahçe Mayor Mustafa Günay, who was allegedly linked to the suspects and was previously arrested and suspended from duty, and company employee MCH were also caught on June 18.

The procedures for the eight suspects in question were completed at the Financial Crimes Department of the Provincial Police Department on June 19, and one of the suspects, SY, was released after his statement due to health problems.

Among the suspects, Seferihisar Deputy Mayor İ.GP, construction company officials SB and RKB, public official Ö.A. and company official R.Ö. They were arrested by the judgeship to which they were brought.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had a telephone conversation with Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkiyan. Leaders discussed Türkiye-Iran bilateral relations and regional and global developments.

The articles of newspapers and magazines owned by CHP and the works written and published by party members are taken into account in terms of party principles.

Delegations and meetings are held with party-affiliated journalists, magazine editors and writers who wish to reach a consensus in this regard.

They do not publish articles contrary to the party program and statute in newspapers, magazines and presses in which they are affiliated with the party capital and in whose management they are active.
This article was preserved exactly as it was in the CHP’s congress held in 1938 and the adopted statute.
But… We’re not in the 1930s anymore.
In 2026 Turkey, if issues involving politics, media money and yellow envelopes make the headlines of newspapers… If they become one of the main news on television…

Within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that the suspects enabled betting on illegal betting sites based abroad, mediated money transfers and victimized citizens through various methods.

FRAUD WITH TOKİ AND BUNGALOV ADVERTISEMENTS

During the investigations, it was determined that the suspects committed the crime of qualified fraud by targeting citizens through fake TOKİ applications and bungalow house rental advertisements. As a result of the technical and financial analysis of the teams, it was determined that a total of 10 billion 394 million 834 thousand 144 lira money movement was reached in return for 1 million 442 thousand 176 transactions carried out by the suspects.

JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS WERE STARTED AGAINST 49 SUSPECTS

In line with the evidence obtained, a simultaneous operation was carried out at 05.30 with the support of Special Operations teams. Within the scope of the operation, action was taken against suspects in different provinces: 37 in Mardin, 1 in Istanbul, 1 in Sivas, 2 in Antalya, 1 in Çanakkale, 1 in Izmir and 1 in Mersin. It was also learned that 3 suspects were in prison and 2 suspects were continuing their military service. Legal proceedings were initiated against a total of 49 suspects.

An investigation was launched by the Silifke Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office in line with the reports and evidence obtained against some public officials in Silifke Municipality and the suspects considered to be in contact with these people. Within the scope of the investigation; Allegations that there were irregularities in some tenders, direct procurement, festivals, organizations, advertisements, printing houses, vehicle rentals, food, beverages, food and agricultural material purchases made within the municipality, that unfair benefits were claimed from citizens in municipal development transactions, and that some money movements were carried out through municipal activities and related structures were investigated.

OPERATION ON SUSPECTS

In the investigation carried out; Witness and suspect statements, HTS and PTS records, bank account movements, technical investigations, relevant institution records and other evidence were evaluated together. In line with the findings, 19 people, including Silifke Mayor Mustafa Turgut, municipal administrators, municipal staff and some company officials who had business relations with the municipality, were detained in the operation held on June 19.
