PERMANENT SOLUTIONS WERE PRODUCED IN THE EARTHQUAKE AREA

Speaking here, Erdoğan said that Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation worked with great devotion in the field after the February 6 earthquakes, and that they not only met immediate needs but also produced permanent solutions that would quickly repair life. Stating that the foundation also acts with the belief that a sustainable recovery is only possible with education, production and qualified employment, Erdoğan explained that the foundation implemented the “Let My Work Project” in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, TOKİ and AFAD. First Lady Erdoğan said, “The Foundation started its work by establishing 6 textile and 1 hairdresser workshops in container cities in 2023. Today, our total of 32 workshops, including 17 textile and 15 hairdresser workshops operating in all 11 provinces affected by the earthquake, continue to provide training to our women.” he said. Noting that stories of holding on to life again and making dreams come true were written in each workshop, Erdoğan stated that the trainees who successfully completed the approximately 7-month training process were entitled to receive a mastery certificate.

GRADUATES WILL BE EMPLOYED

Stating that he was informed that a cooperation protocol was signed between the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the foundation before the program, and that the graduates will be employed within the scope of the “Workforce Adaptation Program”, Erdoğan said, “On the one hand, the graduates will earn income by producing for the public good, and on the other hand, they will continue to develop their professional skills. In addition, during the program, İŞKUR will also carry out studies to bring the trainees into permanent employment. I would like to express that I find this development extremely valuable. DIGITAL LITERACY EDUCATION FOR WOMEN

Within the scope of the Family Support Program, they will help meet the needs of workplaces such as rent, renovation, machinery, equipment and materials. They will also provide training in areas such as business management and digital literacy, enabling women to gain professional equipment.” Pointing out that he believes that this large-scale initiative, ranging from vocational training to opening a business, will make significant contributions to both the welfare of families and the revival of the regional economy, Erdoğan emphasized the critical role played by women in returning life to normal after the disaster.

At the program where the promotional film “You Are Not Alone” was watched, Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin and Şule Yüksel Şenler Foundation Board of Trustees Chairman and AK Party Group Deputy Chairman Leyla Şahin Usta also made speeches. Toplamda 16 istasyondan oluşan 69 kilometre uzunluğundaki Gayrettepe-İstanbul Havalimanı-Halkalı Metro Projesi’ni iki ayrı koldan hayata geçirdiklerini anlatan Erdoğan, projenin 37,5 kilometrelik kısmını Gayrettepe-İstanbul Havalimanı ve 31,5 kilometrelik kısmını ise Halkalı-İstanbul Havalimanı metrosu olarak şehrin hizmetine verdiklerini söyledi.

Erdoğan, Gayrettepe’den Halkalı’ya kesintisiz ulaşım imkanı sağlayacak hattın Gayrettepe’den Arnavutköy’e kadar olan 47 kilometrelik kesimini geçen yıllarda devreye aldıklarını aktararak, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:

“Kağıthane-İstanbul Havalimanı kesimini 22 Ocak 2023’te, Kağıthane-Gayrettepe arasını 29 Ocak 2024’te, Arnavutköy-İstanbul Havalimanı kesimini ise 2024 yılının mart ayında İstanbul halkının istifadesine sunduk. Daha önce hizmete açtığımız bu 47 kilometrelik kesimde, İstanbul Havalimanı’nda yapacağımız hızlı tren hattı, Kağıthane istasyonunda Mahmutbey-Mecidiyeköy-Kabataş metro hattı, Gayrettepe istasyonunda Yenikapı-Hacıosman metrosu ve metrobüs ile entegrasyon sağladık. Arnavutköy-İstanbul Havalimanı kesimindeki Arnavutköy Hastane ve Taşoluk istasyonlarını da bu sisteme dahil ettik. Böylece başta bu hatlar üzerinde yaşayan kardeşlerimiz olmak üzere milyonlarca İstanbullunun ulaşımını ciddi ölçüde kolaylaştırdık. Şimdi bütün bu çalışmalarımızı taçlandırıyoruz. “Bu istasyonlar sayesinde önemli bağlantılar tesis edilmiştir. Kayaşehir istasyonunda Bakırköy-Kirazlı-Başakşehir-Kayaşehir metrosu ile Olimpiyatköy istasyonunda ise Ataköy-İkitelli Olimpiyat metrosu ile entegrasyon sağlandı. Halkalı Stadı istasyonunda yapımı devam eden Kabataş-Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey-Bahçeşehir-Esenyurt metrosu ile bağlantı kuruldu. Halkalı istasyonunda da yüksek hızlı tren hatları, Marmaray, Halkalı-Bahçeşehir Banliyö Hattı ve Yenikapı-Kirazlı-Halkalı metrosu ile tam entegrasyon gerçekleştirildi. YAPIMI SÜREN METRO HATLARIYLA İSTANBUL’DAKİ RAYLI SİSTEM UZUNLUĞU 191 KİLOMETREYE ÇIKACAK

Erdoğan, açılışı yapılan yeni hat sayesinde seyahat sürelerini de ciddi manada azalttıklarına işaret ederek, “Halkalı-İstanbul Havalimanı arasını 30 dakikaya, Halkalı-Göktürk arasını 43 dakikaya, Halkalı-Kağıthane arasını 54 dakikaya, Halkalı-Gayrettepe arasını ise 57 dakikaya düşürüyoruz. Küçükçekmece-Kemerburgaz arası 50 dakikaya inerken, Başakşehir-Kağıthane arası da inşallah 48 dakika olacaktır. Projenin 25 senede vakitten 117 milyon saat tasarruf ettirmesini, ekonomik faydanın ise toplam 935 milyon avroyu bulmasını bekliyoruz. Bunların da şehrimize hayırlı olmasını diliyorum.” diye konuştu.

“Aşkınan çalışan yorulmaz.” diyen Erdoğan, bu inançla İstanbul için raylı sistem çalışmalarını aralıksız devam ettirdiklerini belirterek, “4,5 km uzunluğundaki Altunizade-Çamlıca Camisi-Bosna Bulvarı Metro Hattı’nın inşası sürüyor. İlaveten 6,3 kilometrelik Yavuztürk-Kazım Karabekir-Topağacı-Ümraniye Spor Köyü raylı sistem hattının yapımı da devam ediyor. Bu hatların tamamlanmasıyla Ulaştırma Bakanlığımızca İstanbul’da inşa edilen raylı sistemlerin uzunluğu 191 kilometreye çıkacak.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Erdoğan, konuşmasına şöyle devam etti:

“Şehrimiz yeni metro hatları kazandıkça İstanbul’un beceriksiz idarecilerin elinde artık eziyete dönüşmüş trafiğini rahatlatacağız. Bunun da en büyük faydasını, işe geç kalmamak için arabalarında uyuyan, araçlarını hafta içi yatakhaneye çeviren İstanbullu kardeşlerimiz görecek. Milletin kaynakları, para kuleleri, baklava kutuları, kişisel kariyer hesapları yerine bugün burada olduğu gibi hizmete, esere, yatırıma harcandıkça hem İstanbul’un hem de İstanbullunun yüzü gülmeye başlayacak. Bunun için ne diyoruz? ‘İstanbul beklemez.’ diyoruz. ‘İstanbul ihmale gelmez. İstanbul beceriksizliği, vizyonsuzluğu kaldırmaz.’ diyoruz. Uzun yıllar askeri havalimanı olarak hizmet veren, 1933 senesinde yapılan Ankara Havalimanı’nı ihya ederek yeni çehresiyle ayağa kaldırdıklarını belirten Erdoğan, “Devlet konukeviyle, 2 bin 450 metreden 3 bin metreye uzattığımız pist uzunluğuyla, 44 uçağın eş zamanlı olarak park edebileceği kapasitesiyle ve diğer imkanlarıyla Ankara, gurur verici bir esere daha kavuşmuş oldu.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Erdoğan, yarın Pendik’te Türk donanmasının ve Türk tersaneciliğinin gücünü gösteren bir törene katılacaklarını, 7-8 Temmuz’da ise aralarında ABD Başkanı Donald Trump’ın da olduğu NATO liderlerini Türkiye’de ağırlamaya hazırlandıklarını hatırlatarak, “Öncesinde 28-29 Haziran’da NATO Parlamenter Zirvesi İstanbul’da yapılacak. Daha sonra yıl boyunca ülkemizin ev sahipliğinde birçok uluslararası etkinlik düzenlenecek. Yani 2026 senesi Türkiye için kelimenin tam manasıyla bir zirveler yılı olacak.” diye konuştu.

Türkiye’nin marka değerinin artacağını, bölgesinin cazibe merkezi olduğunun görüleceğini ve küresel diplomasinin oyun kurucu aktörlerinden biri olduğunun tescil edileceğini vurgulayan Erdoğan, “Dünün kavramlarıyla, dünün ideolojileriyle, özellikle de dünün muhalefet tarzıyla bugünün meseleleri anlaşılamaz. Türkiye değişirken, dünya değişirken, dünya sistemlerinde köklü değişimler yaşanırken maalesef bizim muhalefet bunu bir türlü idrak edemiyor.” dedi.

Erdoğan, “2026 senesinin Türkiye’sinde hala eski kalıplarla, eski alışkanlıklarla siyasetçilik yapmaya devam ediyorlar. Başlarını öyle bir kuma gömmüşler, bırakın dünyayı ülkemizde ne olup bittiğinden haberleri bile yok.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Muhalefet aktörlerinin yıllarca kendilerini acımasızca eleştirdiğini kaydeden Erdoğan, “Lafa her başladıklarında ‘Bizim Libya’da, Suriye’de, Somali’de ne işimiz var?’ diyerek bizi suçladılar. Selçuklu’nun, Osmanlı’nın, kahraman ecdadımızın emaneti olan gönül ve kültür coğrafyamıza sırtlarını döndüler. Erdoğan, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:

“Dünyadaki ve bölgedeki gelişmelere Türkiye merkezli bakmayı bir türlü başaramadılar. Son seçimlerde cumhurbaşkanı adayı olarak karşımıza çıkan zat, çareyi Amerika’dan uzman ithal etmekte ararken, onun yerine gelen 5 dakikacık bir görüşme için yabancılar karşısında 40 takla atıyor, adeta yalvarıyor. Daha düne kadar yurt dışına Türkiye’yi şikayet turları düzenliyorlardı. Dış politikanın şov alanı değil, tecrübe, birikim ve dirayet gerektiren bir uzmanlık alanı olduğunu belirten Erdoğan, “Biz ne içeride ne dışarıda hiçbir zaman tribünlere oynamadık. Kendilerinin muhalefetin bitmez tükenmez kavgalarına ayıracak vakti olmadığını dile getiren Erdoğan, “Biz birilerine laf yetiştirmenin değil, sevgili gençlerimiz başta olmak üzere aziz milletimize hizmet etmenin, şehirlerimizi bünyad etmenin derdindeyiz. GIANT INTEGRATION AND STRENGTHENING TRANSPORTATION NETWORK

TRAVEL TIMES ARE SHORTENING

SETTLEMENT IRREGULARITY IN BEYLİKDÜZÜ MUNICIPALITY

In the expert reports prepared by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, it was determined that changes were made against the zoning legislation and there were violations of the license projects in 4 different islands and parcels where İmamoğlu construction company was the building contractor. During the investigations, it was revealed that the Beylikdüzü Municipality issued a Building Usage Permit (Occupancy Permit) for the buildings in question, despite all these contradictions.

27 DETENTION

In the operation carried out by Istanbul Police Department’s Financial Crimes Department teams on June 16, a detention order was issued for 28 people, including Beylikdüzü Deputy Mayor Tuncay Demircan, Beylikdüzü Municipality employees, architects, engineers and urban planners, civil engineers, partners of some building inspection companies and İmamoğlu İnşaat AŞ construction site managers, and 27 of the suspects were detained.

The suspects, whose procedures at the police station were completed, were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan yesterday after a health check.

16 people who were interviewed by the prosecutor’s office were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace on Duty with a request for arrest. In the referral letter prepared by the prosecutor’s office, it was explained that the parcel located in Beylikdüzü Gürpınar District was first created for parcel 634 island 5, then it was terminated and then the island-parcel number, building address and contractor information were changed and shown as if it was used for other parcels.

İMAMOĞLU CONSTRUCTION IS SUITABLE FOR THE PROJECT

Thus, it was stated in the referral letter that the documents, which were the identity documents of the building, were used outside the parcels for which they were issued and were rearranged in violation of the legislation. It was stated that the “In Mari Prime”, “In Mari Oxygen” and “In Mari Beylikdüzü” projects were implemented by İmamoğlu İnşaat in 2022 and 2023 on island 1185, parcel 5 and parcel 727 island, parcel 2.

UNFAIR BENEFIT

It was stated in the referral letter that the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change reports and the expert reports in the file found violations of the license and zoning legislation in these projects. It was stated that secret increases were made in the projects, by this method the salable areas were increased and unfair economic benefits were provided.

BUILDING INSPECTION COMPANIES ARE PRE-SET

It was also mentioned that although the buildings were in violation of the license, the violations were ignored by the previously determined building inspection companies. It was reported that some suspects prepared false documents stating that there were no license violations in the buildings. In the referral letter, it was explained that the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change wrote a memorandum to Beylikdüzü Municipality regarding whether the license was appropriate or not, but false statements were made that there was no violation of the license.

The Criminal Court of Peace decided to arrest 12 suspects.
