TBMM Başkanı Numan Kurtulmuş: YPG/SDG yapılanmasının terör faaliyetlerini sona erdirmesi lazım
TBMM Başkanı Numan Kurtulmuş, El Cezire Mübaşir TV’de gündeme ilişkin açıklamalarda bulundu, soruları yanıtladı. Suriye’deki gelişmelerden, istikrarsızlıktan Türkiye’nin de etkilendiğini belirten Kurtulmuş, Baas rejiminin devrilmesinin ardından Türkiye’nin, Suriye’de istikrarlı yönetimin oluşmasını hedeflediğini ifade etti. Bazı tavsiyelerde bulunduklarını aktaran Kurtulmuş, bütün silahlı grupların Suriye’nin yeni yönetiminin altında bir araya gelmesi, Suriye’nin “terör örgütlerinin cenneti” halinde tutulmaması gerektiğini vurguladı. TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, Suriye’deki bütün etnik, mezhebi, dini farklılıkların özgürce yaşatılmasının temin edilmesinin de önemli olduğunu kaydetti. Suriye’de kapsayıcı, kuşatıcı siyasetin oluşmasının gerektiğinin altını çizen Kurtulmuş, Türkiye’nin bu konulardaki hassasiyetlerini ifade ettiğini söyledi.
Kurtulmuş, Suriye’de yıpranmış, ortadan kalkmış devlet kurumlarının yeniden inşasının da önemli konular arasında yer aldığına dikkati çekti. Meşru Suriye yönetimiyle terör örgütü YPG/SDG arasında imzalanan mutabakatı hatırlatan Kurtulmuş, tamamıyla mutabakat sağlanmasını ümit ettiklerini, böylece bu tehdidin ve tehlikenin ortadan kalkacağını kaydetti.
Başkan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın, AK Parti TBMM Grup Toplantısı’nda “Sınırlarda ayrılıkçı oluşumu kabul etmeyeceklerini” söylediğinin aktarılması üzerine Kurtulmuş, Türkiye’nin, 102 yıllık Cumhuriyet döneminin 50 yılında terörle mücadele ettiğini vurguladı. Kurtulmuş, ayrılıkçı terör örgütü PKK’nın çok sayıda insanın hayatını kaybetmesine, 2 trilyon doların üzerinde mali kayıp yaşanmasına neden olduğunu ifade etti.
Terörsüz Türkiye hedefi doğrultusunda TBMM’de Milli Dayanışma, Kardeşlik ve Demokrasi Komisyonu kurulduğunu hatırlatan Kurtulmuş, şöyle devam etti:
“Parlamentodaki bütün siyasi partilerin katıldığı komisyonda da Türkiye olarak çıkış yolunu oluşturduk, son noktaya geliyoruz. Biz kendi içimizde terörü tamamıyla ortadan kaldırırken, sınırlarımızın hemen yanında, yanı başımızda terör oluşumlarının olmasına asla razı olmayız. Biz, Terörsüz Türkiye’nin aynı zamanda ‘Terörsüz Bölge’yi de oluşturacağına inanıyoruz. Ülkelerimizin başına bela olan terör örgütlerinin Türkiye’de, Suriye’de, Irak’ta, Lübnan’da, İran’da, diğer bölge ülkelerinde olmaması, bu bölgede sulhun ve selametin temin edilmesi gerekir. Kaldı ki özellikle bölgemiz ve İslam coğrafyası terör örgütleri elinden çok çekti.”
Terör örgütlerinin bazı güçler tarafından vekalet savaşlarının araçları ve aparatları olarak kullanıldığına dikkati çeken Kurtulmuş, terör örgütlerinin tasfiye edilmesini, halkın her anlamda sözüne sahip çıktığı olgun demokratik yapıların ortaya çıkmasını istediklerini belirtti.
“TARİHİ BİR TEKLİFTİR, TARİHİ BİR FIRSATTIR”
Terör örgütü PKK elebaşı Abdullah Öcalan’ın, PKK’ya bütün unsurlarla silah bırakma ve kendini feshetme çağrısı yaptığını anımsatan Kurtulmuş, Türkiye bakımından bunun Suriye’yi de kapsadığını ifade etti.
TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, “Suriye’deki terör örgütünün uzantısı olan YPG/SDG yapılanmasının da tamamen artık terör faaliyetlerini sona erdirmesi lazım. Kaldı ki önlerine çok büyük fırsat çıkarılmıştır. ‘Gelin Suriye’nin demokratik süreçlerinin unsuru olun, siyasetin içerisinde, parlamentonun içerisinde yeni anayasanın oluşturulması sürecinde, ordunun içerisinde yer alın. Ayrılıkçı terör örgütü olarak değil de ülkenin, Suriye’nin siyasal parçası olarak yeni Suriye’deki yerinizi alın.’ denilmiştir. Bu, tarihi bir tekliftir, tarihi bir fırsattır. Ümit ederim ki en iyi şekilde değerlendirilir ve sonuç alınır.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
Bazı YPG/SDG mensuplarının Türkiye’yle ilgili yaptığı açıklamaların hatırlatılması üzerine Kurtulmuş, Türkiye’nin uluslararası alanda hiçbir zaman ikili oynamayacağını kaydetti.
“Biz masada başka bir şey, sahada başka bir şey söylemeyiz.” diyen Kurtulmuş, Türkiye’nin tutumunun net ve belli olduğuna dikkati çekti.
Kurtulmuş, Suriye’de bütün farklı kesimlerin bir arada bulunduğu kapsayıcı yönetimden yana olduklarını, hiçbir terör örgütünü, DEAŞ’ı, YPG/SDG’yi Suriye’de görmek istemediklerini ifade ederek, “Türkiye’nin, Suriye’deki Kürtlerle problemi var da o yüzden SDG’yle ilgili bu şekilde davranıyor değil. Türkiye, kendi içerisindeki Kürtlerin eşit ve özgür yurttaşlar olarak sisteme tam entegre olması için içeride böylesine önemli mücadeleyi verirken, Suriye Kürtlerinin de kendi kimlikleriyle var olmasını kabul eder, bunun için gayret eder.” şeklinde konuştu.
“Suriye ile YPG/SDG arasında anlaşma sağlanamaması ve silahlı çatışmaları devam etmesi halinde Türkiye’nin askeri müdahalede bulunup bulunmayacağının” sorulması üzerine Kurtulmuş, Suriye ile Türkiye arasında güvenlik anlaşmasının bulunduğunu anımsattı. Kurtulmuş, YPG/SDG’nin de bu anlaşmadan vazgeçeceğini zannetmediğini, bu anlaşmayı kabul etmenin YPG/SDG’nin lehine olduğunu söyledi.
“YETER ARTIK, OYUNUN SONUNA GELDİK”
Siyasetin rasyonel fikirler üzerinde yürüyeceğinin altını çizen Kurtulmuş, Suriye yönetiminin istikrar içerisinde gelişmesi için müsait uluslararası ortamın bulunduğunu ifade etti.
Türkiye’nin, Suriye yönetimine desteğini ilk günden ilan ettiğini kaydeden Kurtulmuş, “SDG de kendisine sunulan fırsatı değerlendirsin, uluslararası sistemin de uluslararası denklemin de şekillendirmeye başladığı yeni Suriye’nin içerisinde yerini alsın.” ifadesini kullandı.
Terör örgütü YPG/SDG’nin İsrail’den destek istediğinin söylenmesine karşılık Kurtulmuş, tüm terör örgütlerinin vekalet unsurları olduğunu vurguladı.
“Yıllardır DEAŞ’a, YPG’ye, PYD’ye silah verenler kim?” sorusunu yönelten Kurtulmuş, aynı ellerin, onları sevdikleri için değil, bölgeyi tanzim etmeyi istedikleri için yardımda bulunduklarına dikkati çekti.
TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, “Yeter artık, bu oyunun sonuna geldik. Hiçbir gücün, bölgesel ya da emperyalist, küresel hiçbir gücün dayatmalarına bölge halklarının müsaade etmemeleri lazım. Aynı şekilde Asya’da, Afrika’da bir bardak temiz suyu olmayan insanların eline on binlerce dolarlık ölüm makinelerini kim veriyor? Artık bölgede de Müslüman topraklarının hiçbir yerinde, dünyanın hiçbir yerinde silahlı terör örgütlerini görmek istemiyoruz. Bunlar aynı zamanda halkın iradesini de halkın refahını da halkın geleceğini de ipotek altına alıyorlar.” diye konuştu.
“İsrail, ABD niye bizi desteklemedi?” şeklindeki sözlerin, söyledikleri senaryonun deşifresi anlamına geldiğini vurgulayan Kurtulmuş, hiçbir silahlı örgütün başka ülkeden güç alarak başarı kazandığının görülmediğini ifade etti.
Kurtulmuş, “Şunu yıllardır net söylüyoruz, emperyalist güçler, Türk’ü sevmiyorlar da Kürdü seviyor değillerdir. Arapları sevmiyorlar da Acemleri seviyor, Sünni’yi sevmiyorlar da Şii’yi seviyor değillerdir. Bu bölgede bulunan bütün halkların hepsinden nefret ederler. Hele siyonist emperyalizm, bunların hepsini kendilerine hizmet etmesi gereken köleleri olarak görür.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
ABD Başkanı Donald Trump ile Başkan Erdoğan arasındaki ilişki hatırlatılarak, “ABD’nin YPG/SDG’ye desteğini bırakıp bırakmayacağının” sorulması üzerine Kurtulmuş, bazı örgüt mensuplarının yanlış hesap yaptığını, Türkiye’yi bırakıp birkaç bin kişiyle strateji geliştirmeyi esas alacaklarına inanmanın, irrasyonel bir davranış olduğunu ve bunun son olayla ortaya çıktığını söyledi.
TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, “Türkiye’nin, Suriye topraklarında gözü var” söyleminin belirtilmesi üzerine, Türkiye’nin, hiçbir ülkenin bir karış toprağında gözünün olmadığını vurguladı. Türkiye’nin, dünyanın her yerinde dostlarının bulunduğunu dile getiren Kurtulmuş, şöyle konuştu:
“Türkiye’nin hiçbir kimsenin bir karış toprağında, bir gram altınında, bir kova petrolünde gözü yoktur ama Türkiye, ‘Gönül coğrafyası’ dediğimiz geniş coğrafyadaki halkların da dertleriyle dertlenir. Onların derdini kendisinin birinci derecede derdi olarak görür. Bütün farklı coğrafyalardaki insanlarımızla işbirliğini geliştirmeyi kendisi için milli sorumluluk olarak kabul eder. Bizim yeterince geniş bir ülkemiz var, yeterince zengin bir ülkemiz var ama bizim zenginliğimizi artıracak olan şey, başka ülkelerin toprakları, yer altı ve yer üstü zenginlikleri değil, başka ülkelerdeki dostlarımızın, kardeşlerimizin bize yapacağı dualardır. Kimsenin toprağında, değerinde gözümüz yoktur.”
Filistin’de yaşananların hatırlatılması üzerine Kurtulmuş, İsrail’in Gazze’deki soykırımın insanlık tarihindeki en büyük soykırımlardan ve etnik temizliklerden birisi olduğunu vurguladı.
Hiçbir siyasi gelişmenin bu soykırımı unutturmaması gerektiğinin altını çizen Kurtulmuş, Filistin halkının ağır bedeller ödediğini belirtti.
Türkiye’nin, Filistin davasına büyük destek verdiğine işaret eden Numan Kurtulmuş, şunları kaydetti:
“‘Ateşkes ilan edildi’ diyerek dünyanın kandırılmaması gerekir. Ateşkesin ilanından bu yana bile çetin kış şartlarında Gazze’de insanlar, karın, çamurun, yağmurun içerisinde yokluğa mahkum ediliyorlar. İsrail, insani yardımlara yol vermediği için ufacık çocuklar, bebekler hayattan koparılıyor, yaşlı insanlar ölüyor. Her gün yapılan bombalamalarla yüzlerce insan sözde ateşkes ilan edildiğinden bu yana şehit edilmiş vaziyette. Bütün bunlara rağmen ateşkesin ilan edilmiş olmasının, Gazze’de yeni sürecin başlamış olmasının olumlu olduğu kanaatindeyiz. Burada Sayın Trump’ın aldığı insiyatifi de önemli buluyoruz ama bunun için başta ABD yönetimi olmak üzere bütün demokratik devletlerin, insan haklarını savunan devletlerin Gazze konusundaki baskısını artırması lazım. Bu konu, İsrail’in insafına bırakılmayacak kadar önemli konudur. Derhal acil yardımların, insani yardımların sağlanması lazım. Gazzelilerin kendilerini yönetebilecekleri bir yönetimin hızlı şekilde kurulması lazım.”
İsrail’in, Gazze’nin yeniden imarı ve güvenliğinden sorumlu “Barış Kurulu”na Türkiye’nin katılmasını istemediğine ilişkin açıklamaların sorulması üzerine Kurtulmuş, İsrail Başbakanı Binyamin Netanyahu’nun bu konudaki sözlerinin Türkiye için hiçbir kıymetinin bulunmadığını söyledi.
Kurtulmuş, bir savaş suçlusu, soykırım suçlusu, uluslararası mahkemelerde yargılanan birisinin Türkiye hakkında yorum yapmasını asla benimsemeyeceklerini, böyle bir yorumu da ciddiye almayacaklarını belirtti.
TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:
“Türkiye, Gazze konusundaki tavrını her platformda sürdürecektir. Bundan sonra da Gazze halkının hayrına, lehine olan her türlü yardımı, çabayı, desteği ortaya koyacaktır. Aslında orada bir an evvel bir barış sürecinin inşa edilebilmesi için Türkiye’nin fiilen orada olması da aslında Amerika’nın bu konuda açtığı yolun daha sağlıklı yürüyebilmesi için önemli adımlardan birisidir. Hem Türkiye’nin meseleye olan vukufiyeti hem de Gazze halkının Türkiye’ye olan sempatisi orada Türkiye’nin fiilen bu barış sürecinin içinde olmasının kolaylaştırıcı bir faktör olduğunu büyük bir kitle görüyor. Netanyahu’nun söylediği bu sözlerin bu anlamda hiçbir kıymeti yok.”
“Türkiye Barış Kurulu’na katılacak mı? Gazze’de askerler olacak mı?” sorusu üzerine Kurtulmuş, henüz bu konunun netleşmediğini söyledi.
Kurtulmuş, “Her platformda, Gazze ile ilgili yapılacak her konuda destek olmaya, işin içerisinde olmaya, yardımcı olmaya, bilfiil Gazze’nin sulh ve selameti için, Gazze’nin aydınlık geleceğinin inşa edilebilmesi için fiilen sahada olmak dahil her türlü desteğe hazır olduğunu Türkiye zaten ilan etmiştir.” ifadesini kullandı.
Gazze’deki istikrar gücünde Türkiye’nin bulunacağı yönünde çıkan haberlerin işaret edilmesi üzerine Kurtulmuş, Türkiye’nin fiilen sahada var olmasının birçok zor sorunun aşılmasında yardımcı olacağını belirtti.
Kurtulmuş, “Türkiye’nin bu kadar büyük bir gücü varken bu gücün Gazze’nin geleceği için de kullanılması aklın yoludur.” dedi.
“DEVRAN DÖNMEYE BAŞLAMIŞTIR VE İNŞALLAH BİR GÜN FİLİSTİN KAZANACAKTIR”
İsrail’in Gazze’deki, Filistin’deki saldırılarının biteceği yönünde ümitvar olup olmadığı sorusu üzerine Kurtulmuş, şu değerlendirmede bulundu:
“Biz her şeyden evvel Müslüman olarak ümitvar olmak zorundayız. Biz Allah’ın rahmetinden asla ümit kesmeyiz ama ümitvar olmamızı esas sağlayan şey, bu kadar ağır imtihanlara rağmen, bu kadar İsrail hükümetinin dünya siyaseti, medyası, hatta iş dünyası üzerindeki ağır baskılarına rağmen çok şükür bugün dünyada Filistin davasının yanında yer alan çok büyük bir kitle vardır. Biz ona insanlık cephesi diyoruz. Hangi dinden, milletten olursa olsun, hiç görmediği, hiç gönül bağının olmadığı Filistin’e büyük destek veren insanlar vardır, ülkeler vardır. Böyle baktığınız zaman şimdiden kazanan Filistin tarafıdır. Filistin’in haklı olduğu, Filistin’in hakkaniyetle hakkının korunması gerektiğini savunan milyarlarca insan var. Netanyahu uyguladığı şiddetle, uyguladığı sınır tanımaz etnik temizlik kampanyalarıyla Filistinlileri insan yerine koymayan o üstenci, mütekebbir tavrıyla aslında insanlığın sabrını taşırmıştır. Bugüne bakmayın, bundan 20, 50 sene sonrasına baktığınız zaman hiç şüphesiz mutlaka kazanan Filistin olacaktır. Şimdiden Filistin insanların zihninde, gönlünde kazanmaya başlamıştır. Biliyorsunuz aydınlığın en yakın olduğu yer karanlığın en koyu olduğu zamandır. Şu anda siyonist işgalin en koyu olduğu dönemdeyiz. Devran dönmeye başlamıştır ve inşallah bir gün Filistin kazanacaktır.”
İsrail ile Türkiye’nin ilişkilerinin kesildiğinin anımsatılması ve “Savaş sona ererse İsrail ve Türkiye arasında ilişkiler normale döner mi?” sorusunun yöneltilmesi üzerine Kurtulmuş, ülkeler arasındaki ilişkilerin zaman içerisindeki tutumunun ayrı bir konu olduğunu belirtti.
TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, şöyle devam etti:
“Netanyahu hükümetinin bütün insanlığa yaşatmış olduğu bu soykırım, yaşanmamış gibi hiç kimse davranamaz. Bunun hesabı sorulmadan insanlığa huzur yoktur. Bütün uluslararası mahkemelerde bunun hesabı sorulur. Zaten Netanyahu’nun içeride de kendi mahkemeleriyle problemi var. Dünya bu kadar ağır bir yükü, bu kadar ağır bir vebali taşıyamaz, önce İsrail bu sırtındaki yükü atsın, dünya da bu yükten kurtulsun.”
“İRAN KENDİ SORUNLARINI ÇÖZEBİLECEK BÜYÜK BİR TARİHİ MÜKTESEBATA SAHİPTİR”
İran’daki olaylara ilişkin değerlendirmesi sorulan Kurtulmuş, Türkiye’nin İran’la komşu olduğunu ve tarihten gelen çok yakın ilişkilerinin bulunduğunu dile getirerek, İran’da halkın katılımının sağlandığı, insanların huzur ve refahının sağlandığı, şeffaf bir demokratik rejimin olmasının İran halkının lehine olacağını belirtti.
İran’ın da bu konuda özeleştiri yaptığını anımsatan Kurtulmuş, şöyle konuştu:
“İran, egemen bir ülkedir. Egemen bir ülkeye dışarıdan herhangi bir şekilde müdahale anlamına gelecek, dışarıdan açık ya da gizli hiçbir müdahaleyi tasvip etmeyiz. İran, İranlılarındır. İran kendi sorunlarını çözebilecek çok büyük bir tarihi müktesebata sahiptir. İran, rejim içerisinde reformlar yapabilir, herhangi bir şekilde yönetimde değişiklikler yapabilir ama bırakın, müsaade edin de buna İran halkı karar versin. Başka ülkelerin bu konuda karar alması ve İran’a empoze etmesini de doğru bulmayız.”
Kurtulmuş, hiçbir ülkenin, bir başka ülkenin rejimi değiştirmek gibi bir ödevinin olmayacağının altını çizerek, şu ifadeleri kullandı:
“Diplomasiyi bırakıp ülkeler arasındaki sorunların güç yoluyla çözülmesi geçmişte görüldüğü gibi dünyayı birçok soruna, birçok büyük savaşa, hatta çok kalıcı, uzun süreli savaşlara soktu. Böyle bir çatışmayı dünyanın artık kaldıracak durumu yoktur. Ben Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nin de bu anlamda bir kez daha İran’ın üzerinde böyle fiili askeri müdahaleler yapmayacağını tahmin ediyorum. Son gelişmeler de Sayın Trump’ın davranışları da bize böyle bir sinyali veriyor.”
“SOMALİ’NİN, SOMALİLAND DİYE BÖLÜNMESİ TAM BİR İSRAİL PROJESİDİR”
İsrail’in Somaliland’ı tanıma kararına ilişkin değerlendirmesi sorulan Kurtulmuş, İsrail’in ve küresel emperyalizmin bu coğrafyadaki ana hedefinin “böl, parçala, yönet” olduğuna dikkati çekti.
Türkiye’nin ise bu coğrafyada daha fazla bütünleşmeyi, daha fazla işbirliğini, daha fazla dostlukların geliştirilmesini, daha fazla ortaklaşmayı ve kaderdaşlığı öngördüğünü dile getiren Kurtulmuş, “Küresel emperyalizmle Türkiye’nin bölgesel duruşu arasında büyük bir fark vardır. Bundan dolayı şu ya da bu ülke bizim bu duruşumuzun karşısında olabilir. Somali’nin, Somaliland diye bölünmesi tam bir İsrail projesi, tam bir emperyalist projedir. Mesele Somali halkının gücünü sıfırlamak, Somali halkının iç çatışmalarla vakit kaybetmesini sağlamak, aynen bazı ülkelerin Sudan’da yaptığı gibi… Biz buna bütünüyle karşıyız. Bu, bölge halklarına karşı işlenmiş bir suçtur.” diye konuştu.
Türkiye’nin Libya’ya desteğine ilişkin soru üzerine Kurtulmuş, bugün Libya Temsilciler Meclisi Başkanı Akile Salih’in Türkiye’ye resmi ziyaret gerçekleştireceğini ancak Libya’da yaşanan kum fırtınası dolayısıyla gelemediğini söyledi.
Kurtulmuş, “Türkiye olarak biz hem Trablus tarafının hem Bingazi tarafının yöneticileriyle yakın temas içerisindeyiz. Her ikisiyle de ilişkilerimizi sürdürüyoruz ve her ikisine de bütünleşik bir Libya’nın kurulmasının kendi menfaatlerine olduğunu telkin ediyoruz.” dedi.
“HİÇBİR ÜLKENİN BİR VARİL PETROLÜNDE GÖZÜMÜZ YOKTUR”
“Türkiye, Libya petrolünü istiyor.” şeklindeki iddiaların sorulması üzerine Kurtulmuş, şunları kaydetti:
“Kişi kendini söyler diye Türkçede bir laf var. Herkes, karşısındakini kendisi gibi bilir. Tekrar söylüyorum. Bizim hiçbir ülkenin bir varil petrolünde gözümüz yoktur. Libya halkı için de aynı şeyi söylüyorum. Yeter ki Libya halkı kendi petrolünden istifade edebilsin, bunları çıkarabilsin, Libya’daki bu büyük zenginlikten başkaları değil, Libya halkı istifade edebilsin. Türkiye bundan sadece memnuniyet duyar. Tabii ki Libya’yla ticaretimizi yaparız, tabii ki Libya’da yatırımlarımızı yaparız, Libyalılarla ekonomik gelişme bakımından her türlü iş birliğini sağlarız. Bizim dünyadaki yaklaşımımız farklıdır, dostlarımızın, gönül coğrafyamızın huzur ve barışını sağlamak ve dünyada küresel bir adalet sisteminin kurulmasını temin etmeye gayret etmektir. Yoksa tabii ki Libya ile de ilişkilerimiz çok iyi olacak ve oranın da ekonomik olarak gelişmesine Türkiye olarak katkıda bulunacağız.”
“MÜSLÜMAN ÜLKELERE KARŞI BÜYÜK TEHDİTLER VAR”
Türkiye, Pakistan ve Suudi Arabistan arasında bir askeri iş birliğinin kurulacağı yönünde çıkan haberlerin sorulması üzerine Kurtulmuş, “Biz öncelikle kendi gücümüzü, kuvvetimizi yerinde tutmaya gayret ediyoruz ve ondan sonra da bu alanlarda işbirliği yapılabilecek ülkelerle, sadece saydığınız ülkeler değil, başka ülkelerle de işbirliğini geliştirmeye gayret ediyoruz.” ifadesini kullandı.
TBMM Başkanı Kurtulmuş, şöyle devam etti:
“İslam ülkelerinin şunun üzerinde durmaları lazım. Hemen hemen dünyanın birçok yerinde Müslüman ülkelere karşı yönelmiş büyük tehditler var. Türkiye ve Mısır arasındaki ilişkilere ilişkin soruya da yanıt veren Kurtulmuş, bölgedeki Müslüman ülkelerle ve genel olarak bütün ülkelerle Türkiye’nin arasının açık olmasının, bu ülkelerle problemlerin büyütülüp sürdürülmesinin hiçbir faydasının olmadığı kanaatini taşıdıklarını belirtti.
Kurtulmuş, şöyle konuştu:

Bu ülkelerin arasında çok daha yakın ilişkilerin kurulması, aramızdaki sorunlardan çözebildiklerimizin hızla çözülmesi, çözemediklerimizin de çözülmesi için gayret sarf edilmesi aklın gereğidir, kültürel ortaklığımızın ve aynı coğrafyayı paylaşıyor olmamızın bir sonucudur. Türkiye’nin uluslararası sistemin adil olmadığını her platformda dile getirdiğinin anımsatılması üzerine Barış Kurulunun yeni bir alternatif olup olmayacağına ilişkin soruya Kurtulmuş, mevcut sistemin dünyayı taşıyamadığını, adil, hakkaniyeti, bütün ülkelerin egemen eşitliğini kabul eden yeni bir sistemin kurulması gerektiğini söyledi.
Barış Kurulunun başka bir konu olduğunu dile getiren Kurtulmuş, kurulun bütünüyle Birleşmiş Milletlerin alternatifi olmayacağını ifade etti.
Dünyadaki sorunların kaos ürettiğini ve kaosun kalıcı etkilerinin ortadan kaldırılmaya çalışıldığını belirten Kurtulmuş, “Dünya çoktan bir kaoslar dönemine girmiştir ama bunu pesimist olmak için söylemiyorum, ümitvar olmamız gerekir. Yeni bir sistemin kurulabilmesi için de adalet eksenli söylenecek her sözün kıymeti olduğunu ifade etmek isterim.” diye konuştu.
Türkiye’nin Suriye halkına, terör örgütü YPG/SDG ve Suriye yönetimine mesajının ne olduğunun sorulması üzerine Kurtulmuş, şunları kaydetti:
“Türkmenleriyle, Araplarıyla, Kürtleriyle, diğer etnik ve mezhebi yapılarıyla Suriye halkına diyoruz ki sizin sizden başka dostunuz yoktur, birleşin, yan yana gelin, omuz omuza gelin. İkinci olarak terör örgütlerine diyoruz ki kim olursa olsun, artık bu coğrafyada terör örgütlerini istemiyoruz. Hiçbir terör örgütünün bu bölgenin halklarına zerre miskal bir faydası yoktur. Bütün terör örgütleri insanlığın düşmanıdır, başta temsil ettiğini zannettiği halka karşıdır. Dolayısıyla halklara, terör örgütleriyle arasına mesafe koyarak bu terör örgütlerinin temizlenmesi, buralarda artık mevcudiyetlerinin ortadan kalkması için çağrıda bulunuyoruz. ASKİ, which sells Türkiye’s most expensive water, is fined for polluting the drinking water basin
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change imposed an administrative fine of 2 million 98 thousand liras on the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration (ASKİ) General Directorate due to the pollution detected in the Gerede Işıklı Regulator Basin, one of Ankara’s drinking water resources. The Ministry also filed a criminal complaint to initiate legal action against those responsible.
While the inspection reports revealed that untreated wastewater overflows occurred in a basin that directly affects Ankara’s drinking water, the incident also brought about public discussions of “infrastructure neglect” and “control weakness”.
INSPECTION WAS MADE IN BOLU, POLLUTION WAS DETECTED IN THE BASIN
According to the Ministry’s statement, during the field inspections carried out by the Bolu Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change teams, it was determined that overflows occurred in the collector line of Gerede Wastewater Treatment Plant affiliated with ASKİ.
The statement included the following statements:
“During the inspections carried out by our Ministry teams, it was determined that the overflows on the wastewater collector line of ASKİ Gerede Wastewater Treatment Plant were mixed into the Gerede Işıklı Regulator Basin, which provides drinking water to Ankara.
“Within the scope of the Environmental Law, an administrative penalty of 2 million 98 thousand TL was imposed on ASKİ General Directorate, and a criminal complaint was filed against those responsible to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.”
During the inspections, it was reported that untreated wastewater was directly mixed into the drinking water basin.
OVERFLOW AT THREE DIFFERENT POINTS
During the investigations, it was determined that overflows occurred in Yazıkara Village, Üçpınar Village and Ümitköy locations on the collector line. While experts remind that drinking water basins are the areas that need to be protected most strictly, they point out that overflows pose a serious environmental risk.
Despite the clear provisions of the legislation on the protection of drinking water resources, the fact that wastewater was mixed into the basin brought into question the adequacy of infrastructure maintenance and control processes.

In our meetings, we discussed trade, investments, defense industry, especially energy, transportation and many other topics. We discussed the necessary steps to reach our target of 1 billion dollars of trade volume. We signed documents in the fields of economy and energy. As you know, Ethiopia is an important connection center for flights in Africa. We, as Turkey, think that they can contribute to this project. Ethiopia is the largest country in the region with a deep-rooted state tradition and a population of 130 million. Africa was a geography that was neglected for many years. During your period, embassies were opened in Africa, there are serious investments and services. What is your goal in this African policy?
We strive to improve our relations with Africa and further our cooperation in all areas, especially trade and investments. As you know, we increased the number of embassies on the continent to 44. When we took over the power, this number was 12. The embassies of 38 African countries are currently operating in Ankara. Turkish contractors have undertaken more than 2 thousand projects in Africa with a total value of 100 billion dollars. The market value of our investments across the continent exceeded 15 billion dollars. In 2025, our foreign trade volume with the continent will increase by 10 percent, approaching 35 billion dollars. Tens of thousands of students from different corners of the continent are currently studying at Turkish universities. Türkiye graduates take on active roles in every field from politics to business, from academia to civil society in many African countries.

We also constantly address the legal and social dimensions of the issue. Right now, we are keeping this job very tight, both with our Speaker of the Parliament and with our friends in the commission. Alhamdulillah, we are walking on this path with patience, wisdom and determination. At the end of this path, I hope the terrorism problem that has harmed our country for years will be removed from our agenda forever.

We know about Türkiye’s mediation efforts regarding Iran. You also maintain intense contacts. Our esteemed Minister of Foreign Affairs is the same way… There were some meetings in Geneva today. I guess you followed the explanations that came out of there. Do you think the Iran issue is closer to war or peace? How do you see the latest situation?
We want the problems between Iran and the USA to be resolved through dialogue. We are in contact with both countries at the highest level. Both countries are at this point. That’s the last time I met with the President of Iran. The very next day, I also had my meeting with US President Trump. In all these meetings, we talked about how we could proceed. We are a country that builds bridges and paves the way for peace, not a country that builds walls or fuels conflicts. A new war targeting Iran will not gain anything for anyone, on the contrary, our region will lose. We continue to be on the side of peace and approach the issue with positive wishes. As Türkiye, we conveyed to all our interlocutors that we are against military intervention against Iran. We will continue to explain that such a military escalation and rising tension will drag our region into further uncertainty. As long as the door of diplomacy is open, there is hope. We will protect and strengthen this hope.

We have witnessed many times that CHP engages in politics with the language of threats, blackmail and insults. But at this point, the CHP Chairman has also cursed the mayor of his own party. Immediately afterwards, CHP deputies attempted to attack the oath ceremony of ministers in our Gazi Parliament. How do you evaluate this point where the main opposition is trying to move politics?
That’s how trustworthy their friendship is. If you are a CHP politician, you are doomed to be cursed, lynched, insulted, and threatened as soon as you criticize the Headquarters administration and those who manage them, even in the slightest way. If so, what should happen? You will stand tall. You will be patient. When the time comes, you will do what is necessary. This is what we do. There is no stepping back. We will stand tall, we will not get taller. But we will not leave the field to CHP.
Mr. President, you have seen three CHP leaders in the 24 years you have been in power and you have engaged in politics in the same period. You have had very harsh criticisms about the first two from time to time, but your attitude towards Özgür Özel, whose contact with Silivri has intensified in recent days, has changed a lot. Your criticisms have become very harsh and you have made a statement like “I have given up hope”. What does this mean? In your opinion, what is happening today that was not in the CHP in the past?
Now the Republican People’s Party is actually in a very different situation. Corruption, theft and bribery gangs, on the one hand, and extras who are the embodiment of incompetent and incompetent politics, on the other hand, surround the CHP. They are making such an effort. We criticize our opponent politically. We also oppose their political theses to the end. We put forward and defend our own theses on the most reasonable basis. Of course, this is something inherent in politics. But do they have such a problem? No. We are looking at Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu’s period. It is very different from this period. At that time, we competed fiercely with the CHP on political grounds. Thanks to the support of our nation, we succeeded in all of these races. We did not experience any problems. But now the situation CHP finds itself in is too complicated to be explained by the dynamics of politics. Foot tricks, certain daggers, and intra-party conspiracies have shifted the CHP’s political ground considerably. It is not possible to explain this simply as lack of vision, incompetence and foresight. But things are getting really bad. Mr. Chairman, everywhere he goes, heaps insult after insult on me and my friends. You can’t get anywhere with these insults. That’s why we are not interested in the swamp that CHP has fallen into. We’re just minding our business. I hope we continue on our way like this.
My question is about population, Mr. President. As a nation, our country is going through a critical period regarding population. You have been making important statements for the future of our country by saying ‘Strong family, strong population’ for many years. You express the strong family. Sir, have the family planning policies implemented in the past had an impact on the decline and aging of this population? Support is provided to strengthen the family. Could there be new support?
The family issue is not so simple that it can be squeezed between the lines. This is why we highlight the family issue as an important topic especially this year. Thank God, the level we have reached now is the level that Russia has just reached. Russia is currently taking very serious steps in this regard. They are working to maintain the population growth rate and preserve the family structure. They also develop policies that encourage population growth. Likewise, Saudi Arabia is taking serious steps. We are in a very important place in this regard. But we are falling. We have serious population loss. In our civilization, family is the core of society and we should never lose this core. Regarding this, the data show that we need to be particularly alert. As the government, we are on alert to protect both the population and the family structure. We will protect this. There are very serious steps we will take to protect this planning. We cannot compromise on this. On the contrary, we need to fix it.

The family of the groom, who was dismissed from his duty in the olive massacre in Milas, resigned from CHP
SABAH had revealed a big scandal before the rally called “We Stand Up to the Will of the Nation, We Do Not Give Our Olives, Air, Water, and Land”, held by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel on February 15, in the Milas district of Muğla, in order to protect the so-called olive trees. It was revealed that CHP Milas District Chairman Ahmet Kılbey cut down 27 olive trees, each of which was at least 100 years old, on a land in the district. In the footage, it was seen that centuries-old olive trees were being slaughtered with construction equipment.
HE MURDERED THE OLIVES, HE RESIGNED
It was revealed that 27 olive trees, each of which were at least 100 years old, were slaughtered on February 12, on a 3-decare land, which was an olive field, located in Dipsarnıç, Menteş District, Milas. After Muğla Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry and Milas District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry teams kept a report, it was determined that the land in question belonged to CHP Milas District Chairman Ahmet Kılbey. While Kılbey said that he transferred the land to his son-in-law Cenk Soydan on December 29, 2025, on February 13, Kılbey was fined 49 thousand 15 TL for removing 27 olive trees on the property, which is an olive field, without permission. It was claimed that Kılbey intended to build on the land. After the scandal emerged, CHP Milas District Chairman Ahmet Kılbey resigned from his post yesterday, before Özgür Özel’s rally. In the statement made by CHP Muğla Provincial Directorate, it was stated that “Our party’s vision and strong stance in the locality is an unshakable whole that is always above personal opinions. In this regard, our Milas District Chairman resigned from his post in order to prevent any damage to our determined march under the leadership of our Chairman and the disciplined stance of our organization in the light of recent developments.”
HIS SON-IN-LAW WAS ALSO DISMISSED
After SABAH revealed the scandal, an important development took place in Milas Municipality. Milas Municipality License and Inspection Manager Cenk Soydan, Kılbey’s son-in-law, was dismissed after discussions about olive trees. It was learned that Soydan was assigned to the Technical Affairs unit within the municipality.
THE GROOM’S FAMILY RESIGNED FROM CHP
Cenk Soydan’s retired parents rebelled against his dismissal. Making a statement on the social media account named Cengiz Betül Soydan, Soydan’s mother, Betül Soydan, called out to Özgür Özel and demanded the cancellation of his CHP membership.
