If a criminal investigation or prosecution has been opened in relation to the action requiring the disciplinary penalty, the statute of limitations determined in the criminal laws will be applied. If the disciplinary committee decides to wait for the prosecution result, the authority to punish one year after the finalization of the court decision will be limited.

In order to comply with these regulations, the provision of the Law “to act contrary to the prohibitions” is repealed and the notaries are amended to the notaries that do not deposit the part of the income of the common account account for the joint account account.

In line with the decision of the Constitutional Court, the Administrative Procedure Law is amended. Accordingly, the Council of State, Administrative and Tax Courts and the conditions specified in the law to carry the hearing and the decisions that may be applied to the remedy or appeal of the decisions that can be applied, the monetary boundary will be taken as the basis of the case.

Prison sentences for attempted crime and intentionally injury are increased

If the death has occurred as a result of intentional wounding, the upper and upper limit of the prison sentence to be imposed is replaced from 8 years to 12 years, from 10 years to 14 years.
