10. Judicial Package Accepted in the Parliament
10. The Law on the Execution of Penal and Security Measures known as the Judicial Package and the Amendment of some laws was adopted at the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
With the law, in accordance with the cancellation decision of the Constitutional Court, the Execution and Bankruptcy Law is amended.
Accordingly, in the application and examination of appeal and appeal, the case will be based on the monetary boundaries where the case is opened or the complaint application is made. The increase due to the revaluation of the monetary limit on the appeal and appeal of the application will not be implemented on the decisions of the Regional Court of Justice Court on the decisions of the Supreme Court of Court and the decisions of the Supreme Court on the decisions of the Supreme Court and the provision of the financial boundaries that are valid on the date of the first decision.
According to the amendment made in the Notary Law in line with the cancellation decision of the Constitutional Court, notaries, adjectives and duties that do not comply with the requirements and movements of the situation on the quality of the situation and the degree of weight of the action will be given one of the disciplinary penalties.

Except for the actions requiring a profession, disciplinary investigation will not be opened in case of 3 years after the learning of the actions requiring disciplinary investigation, and disciplinary penalties will not be imposed if the action required by the disciplinary punishment was 5 years after the date of committed. If a criminal investigation or prosecution has been opened in relation to the action requiring the disciplinary penalty, the statute of limitations determined in the criminal laws will be applied. If the disciplinary committee decides to wait for the prosecution result, the authority to punish one year after the finalization of the court decision will be limited.
In order to comply with these regulations, the provision of the Law “to act contrary to the prohibitions” is repealed and the notaries are amended to the notaries that do not deposit the part of the income of the common account account for the joint account account.
In line with the decision of the Constitutional Court, the Administrative Procedure Law is amended. Prison sentences for attempted crime and intentionally injury are increased
