Harsh reaction from Minister Kurum to the opposition: Those who boast about garbage bins do not like 455 thousand houses

“THERE IS NO OTHER COUNTRY THAT CAN DELIVER 455 THOUSAND HOUSES IN 2 YEARS WITH ITS FINANCE”

Minister Kurum also emphasized that they completed 455 thousand houses in 2 years and said, “We know that there is no other country in the world that will carry out ground surveys, draw the projects, complete the planning and deliver 455 thousand houses in 2 years with flying colors. Currently, there is no country other than Türkiye that has the experience, knowledge and determination to produce 23 houses per hour and 550 houses per day. In Europe and America, there is no other country that can insure its citizens in case of floods and fires.” “While there is an understanding that relegates people to companies, the Republic of Turkey, under the leadership of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has never left its nation in trouble, in difficulty or in the open. This effort, this success is the success of our country and our nation,” he said.

Harsh reaction from Minister Kurum to the opposition: Those who boast about garbage bins do not like 455 thousand houses

Speaking about the 500 Thousand Social Housing project and saying that they have spread the construction of the century throughout the country, Minister Kurum said, “We want to spread our experience in the construction of the century to 81 provinces. With this understanding, we started the Housing Project of the Century and we are implementing our 500 thousand social housing project. We will take you one step closer to your new homes by drawing lots for 13 thousand 890 social housing that we will bring to our city within the scope of our ‘Home Owner Turkey’ project. 12 houses in the center of Gaziantep.” We will offer 1,000 homes in Araban, 330 in İslahiye, 30 in Karkamış, 750 in Nizip, 300 in Oğuzeli, and 200 in Yavuzeli to our brothers from Gaziantep. I believe that when these homes are completed, we will deliver our homes to our brothers from Gaziantep. “It will increase, rent and price pressure will decrease; the neighborhood culture will become stronger, and the tradesmen will be more vibrant and the industry will be stable. In other words, with this step we take today, we will not only make our citizens homeowners, but also make their lives easier by strengthening the social fabric of the city. I hope that each of our brothers and sisters who will find their homes once again will be blessed with their homes, and that they will live in their homes in health, peace and well-being.”

“WE ARE IMPLEMENTING SERVICES, THEY ARE PERFORMING PERCEPTION OPERATIONS”

In the last part of his speech, Minister Kurum, who reacted harshly to CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and the opposition, said, “While we are implementing all these services one by one, those who claim to be the main opposition of this country continue to try to use the earthquake region as an election material for themselves. They have not given up for 3 years. They have attempted to slow down our services with perception operations. They have tried to discredit the projects we have implemented with unrealistic claims. We have completed the houses, built the bazaars, squares and schools, and this time they will openly say ‘they will give the houses with interest’.” They are lying. We explained it, let’s explain it again. We are doing the same thing as we have done in all disaster areas for 24 years. We are fully covering the 351 billion lira infrastructure cost of the 455 thousand disaster residences we have built. In other words, our state pays 65 percent of the housing prices, including the infrastructure. Our citizens will start paying for 2 years after receiving their keys. “They will pay the same price throughout the year and become homeowners in installments of 8,750 liras,” he said.

“THE OPPOSITION Boasts, ‘I SENT TRASHBINS TO THE EARTHQUAKE ZONE’, AND DOES NOT LIKE 455 THOUSAND NESTS”

Stating that the opposition is talking nonsense instead of doing service, Kurum said, “They are still talking; however, they have not even hammered a nail into Gaziantep. You have seen the Grand Mosque in Hatay, right? They took on the responsibility of saying ‘We will build it’, but our mosque is still in ruins. Come on, I have passed the earthquake zone, at least do not neglect your service in the provinces you govern. The condition of the roads in Izmir is known, the traffic in Istanbul has turned into India. The traffic in Ankara has gone crazy, the water is gone.” The problem is not over. In other words, this mentality, which is incapable of bringing water to our nation, is trying to give us a lesson in urban planning in the earthquake zone. He boasts that he does not like the 455 thousand homes. We talk with the work, not with words. Before you even lay the foundation, we will give you the keys and drink tea with our people. You cannot remove the rubble, we will finish it and raise the call to prayer from the mosques. We talk to our people in our bazaars and squares. That’s why they also get angry at those who appreciate us, who give us their due, and who visit us. We are in every step that can be done for the benefit of our nation. Why are you disturbed by this? Let me tell you, they have been using the literature of victimization for years, and they are disturbed by it even more. “Because we will continue to work day and night for our nation. Thank God, we have experienced a disaster recovery process that is followed with envy by all countries in the world. Our success is known to every fair person. We say, ‘We do not want any other blessings to overshadow it,’ and we continue on our way,” he said.

Following the speeches, a draw was held to determine the beneficiaries of 13 thousand 890 houses planned to be completed in the city. In addition to the Minister Kurum, Gaziantep Governor Kemal Çeber, members of parliament, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin, Şahinbey Mayor Mehmet Tahmazoğlu, Şehitkamil Mayor Umut Yılmaz, city protocol and many citizens attended the ceremony.

Troll threats to journalists… A badge from Özgür Özel to Arif Kocabıyık

Published

on

Özgür Özel, who remains silent about allegations of bribery and corruption in many Metropolitan Municipalities, especially Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, frequently threatens members of the judiciary and journalists. Özgür Özel recently included Youtuber Arif Kocabıyık, who funded his party.

CONVICTED FOR CRIMES AGAINST ATATURK

Arif Kocabıyık, who has a record of 43 different crimes such as crimes against Atatürk, insulting the President, inciting the public to hatred and hostility, insult and threats, was given a badge by Özgür Özel at the CHP Headquarters. Kocabıyık shared the images of Özgür Özel wearing a badge with the message: “With our Chairman Mr. Özgür Özel wearing my badge, I continue on my way under the umbrella of the Republican People’s Party.”

“ÖZGÜR ÖZEL’S HOPE WAS BANKAMATIC ARIF”

After the sharing, reactions came along with it. Many people, including CHP members, reacted to Özgür Özel’s move. Users who shared photos of the badge ceremony on social media said, “The search for new blood in the CHP has yielded results. Özgür Özel’s hope was ATM Arif. It turns out that Özgür Özel’s understanding of “merit” is to complete the TCK catalogue. Congratulations to Özgür Özel, not the staff but the “crime archive” has been transferred, as you can see, the “change” continues at full speed. They “changed” it so much that we cannot recognize our 103-year-old plane tree. There is no value or morality left. “superiority” comments were made.

Our esteemed teachers, our esteemed karis, our valuable hafizes, our valued guests; I greet you all with my most heartfelt feelings, respect and affection. I am very pleased to be with you at the award ceremony of the 11th International Memorization and Reading the Holy Quran Beautiful Competition. Welcome, all of you, to our Presidential Complex, the home of the nation. I would like to express my gratitude to all our guests who came to our program from different countries of the world. I hereby send my greetings and love to all my brothers and sisters in our heartland and around the world, whose hearts beat with us and who look at our country and nation with love, hope and trust.

I would like to express my congratulations and thanks to the Presidency of Religious Affairs for successfully organizing this magnificent competition for the 11th time. The final of the competition, which started on April 20 and was attended by 41 Quran lovers from 39 countries, was held last Sunday in Diyarbakır, the city of prophets and companions. In the finale, our valuable hafizes and qaris chanted the most beautiful words, the Holy Quran, in a very effective, very sweet way, in awe.

First of all, I would like to congratulate each and every one of my brothers who participated in the competition and won the prize. I wholeheartedly congratulate the nightingales of the Quran, whose awards we will present shortly. I would also like to thank our valuable jury members who determined the award winners.

Again, with your help, we work hard to spread the glorious name of Allah, the unique values of the open religion of Islam, and the strong and perfect morality of the sultan of hearts; who devoted his life to knowledge, educating people, and adorning the earth with goodness and beauty; I hereby send my most heartfelt love to all our teachers, scholars, and distinguished men of heart who offer their knowledge, experience, sincerity and sincerity to the benefit of needy hearts through their guidance activities.

I want to express this first of all. Our hafizes, qaris, tertil and recitation masters who are devoted to the Book of Allah are on an extremely valuable path that is very auspicious, fruitful, and whose goal is eternal happiness. See, this is the path of those who are patient. This path is the path of those who equip their determination with faith and perseverance. Ultimately, God willing, this path is the path to unity under the banner of Liva’ül Hamd and to the resurrection.

President Erdoğan spoke at the Türkiye 11th International Memorization and Holy Quran Reading Competition Award Ceremony | Video

In the words of the late Sezai Karakoç, these roads belong to Üveys-i Karani, Cüneyd-i Bağdadi, Beyazıd-ı Bestami, Hallacı Mansur, Abdülkadir Geylani, Ahmed Rıfai, Muhyiddin-i Arabi, Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi, Bahaeddin Nakşibendi, İmam-ı It is the path of Rabbani, Halid-i Baghdadi, Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli, Akşemseddin Aziz Mahmud Hüdayi, all these great people, their followers and many other great people. These roads eventually converge on the main road and become a single road. That path is the path of the imams, the companions, the prophets and the last prophet. That path is the path of the Quran, the path of truth, the path of Islam, the civilization of truth. That way is the way of Allah.

Yes, today, I once again commemorate all our elders who devoted themselves to this path throughout the centuries and drew new horizons for generations with their works, ideas, personalities and the students they trained. May God Almighty rest their souls in peace and grant them peace. I pray that God will make us all graduates, civil servants and graduates to follow in their footsteps and follow the straight path.

My dear brothers and sisters, esteemed guests; Our Prophet, the Messenger of pre-eternities and eternities, said in one of his hadiths: ‘Raise your children in three matters: Love of the Prophet, love of the Ahl al-Bayt and recitation of the Quran.’ Because the memorizers of the Quran will be under the shadow of the Throne along with the prophets and the friends of Allah who have attained salvation on the Day of Judgment when there will be no shadow.

In another hadith, they gave the following good news: ‘Anyone who always reads the Quran will be told: Read and rise. Read with tertiles here, just as you read with tertiles in the world. Surely, your level is at the end of the verse you read.’ Today, I once again congratulate you, my dear brothers and sisters, who read the Holy Quran, learn it, teach it, memorize it, and of course recite it with a beautiful voice and an effective harmony.

I have to bring this fact to your attention here. As Muslims, we are going through a difficult and painful period. Unfortunately, wherever we turn our heads, from Palestine to Lebanon, from the Gulf to Sudan, from Somalia to Yemen, we encounter tears. In these testing days when the so-called civilized world plays the three monkeys, babies in swaddles and defenseless civilians are brutally murdered. Today, we all see the true faces of those who have been arrogantly talking about justice, equality, human rights and freedoms at every opportunity they get for years.

I would like to state this clearly: We have no other way to pass this test than to hold tightly to the Quran, the Sunnah, and the rope of Allah. In order to pass this test, we have no choice but to believe, trust and support each other. As Muslims, we are obliged to put aside discord, discord and hostility, and unnecessary and untimely debates and come together as one. ‘Do not fall for each other, or you will become lax and lose your strength.’ We have to apply the warning in this verse to every phase of our lives.

‘Do not lose interest and care for each other. Don’t turn your back on each other. Don’t hold grudges against each other. Do not envy each other. ‘O servants of Allah, be brothers!’ We are obliged to take this advice of our guide and leader, Hatemü’l Enbiya, as our strongest guide. Otherwise, it will not be possible – God forbid – for us to overcome these troubles, eliminate the obstacles that come our way, and put an end to these sufferings.

We will be patient, we will not lose hope. We will be tightly interlocked like bricks of a wall. I hope we will build a peaceful future together, where there is no oppression and oppressors. I pray that God will help us. With these thoughts, I hope that the 11th International Memorization and Reading the Holy Quran Beautiful Competition will be beneficial once again, I congratulate my brothers who won the prize, I thank you, my dear brothers and sisters, who participated in our program, I greet you with love and respect, and I entrust you to God. Thank you, live long, stay healthy.

Striking article from NUN Foundation President Esra Albayrak, emphasizing ‘Gaza’: The Western-centered order is now disintegrating

Published

on

Esra Albayrak, Chairman of the Board of NUN Education and Culture Foundation, wrote an article for The Jakarta Post newspaper. Referring to the Bandung Conference held in Indonesia in April 1955, Albayrak reminded that the conference participant countries gathered to “determine their own agenda”.

Albayrak pointed out that Western powers were not invited to the conference in question and emphasized that this was a conscious choice.

Albayrak made the assessment that Bandung declared that the majority of humanity could chart its own path in a world where meetings without the West were “considered unimportant” and noted that this was achieved with the Non-Aligned Movement that emerged.

Albayrak stated that the Non-Aligned Movement is not just a diplomatic stance; He stated that it is an outlet that declares that the world is wider than the frameworks imposed on it.

Noting that this claim is still not complete, Albayrak said, “What the Bandung generation faced was not only political dependency; it was also a situation that was harder to name and therefore harder to eliminate: addiction to ways of knowing.” he said.

Albayrak evaluated what sociologist Syed Hussein Alatas called this “captive mind” and described it as an intellectual who examines his own society only with categories produced externally and accepts borrowed tools as universal truths.

Underlining that the captive mind is not aware of its captivity, Albayrak said, “The intellectual legacy of colonialism was designed to provide exactly this.” made his assessment.

Albayrak noted that the Bandung Conference was a turning point in the struggle for political independence and pointed out the difficulties in achieving independence of thought, knowledge and imagination.

“COLONIALISM DID NOT END, IT CHANGED ITS FORM”

“In this sense, colonialism did not end in the 1960s; it changed form.” Albayrak said:

“Financial systems, educational models and legal frameworks have been restructured to make the colonial order seem natural and inevitable. What we call the ‘post-colonial world’ today is actually a continuation of colonialism operating under a new language and maintaining an unbroken continuity.”
