The education cooperation protocol signed between Palet Turkish Music Primary School affiliated with the New Türkiye Education Foundation (YETEV) and Haliç University was signed today at the ceremony held at Palet Turkish Music Primary School. The ceremony was attended by YETEV Board of Trustees Chairman Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan, Palet Turkish Music Primary School Founding Representative Yüce Gümüş, YETEV Schools General Manager Yusuf Tüfekçi, Haliç University Rector Prof. Dr. Enes Eryarsoy, Haliç University Chairman of the Board of Trustees Kemal Bilal Aydın, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees Abdullah Ceylan, Member of the Board of Trustees Hulusi Yiğit, Conservatory Director Prof. Dr. Murat Salim Tokaç and Secretary General Alim Uçar attended. The signed protocol aims to share knowledge, experience and methods regarding Turkish music education between Haliç University and Palet Turkish Music Primary School, to present the resources of the parties in a common database accessible to students and faculty members, and to establish institutional cooperation in projects aimed at common goals.

‘WE WILL SUPPORT ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS TOWARDS EACH OTHER’S COMMON GOALS’

Reading the terms of the protocol at the signing ceremony, Bilal Erdoğan said, “We will support activities and projects aimed at each other’s common goals to the fullest extent possible. Provided that mutual agreement is reached, we will provide various campaigns and advantages to each other’s members, graduates and stakeholders through additional protocols. Meanwhile, none of them will make decisions on behalf of the other party or take any action that binds the other party.” Speaking at the consultation meeting held after the ceremony, Erdoğan said, “When we opened our first kindergarten in 2011, again with the Palet brand, we met Yüce at the end of the studies on how we should do music education, how it should be different for us, where to start in kindergarten, how we can do this both in accordance with the Montessori pedagogy we use and with our music. Erdoğan said, “Every year, students are admitted through an aptitude test, we have started again, we are currently doing our exams. We are taking 24 children out of more than a thousand students. Of course, our children have a high level of musical talent. After selecting them according to talent, we give them scholarships according to the income of their families. Most of our children study here with partial or full scholarships. For those who want to graduate from here and continue to the conservatory, Medeniyet University is close, we work with their music department. In cooperation with National Education, Medeniyet University and us, it is in Üsküdar. “A music secondary school has been opened. They can continue there, so they can continue their education in the music department from secondary school. We also support the students in need there by providing scholarships. This is our foundation, the schools within our foundation; therefore, we are not profit-oriented and we are trying to continue our social responsibility projects in this way.”

Müessif ve menfur hadiseyle ilgili soruşturmalar başlatılmış, bir kişi gözaltına alınmış, 4 yönetici görevden uzaklaştırılmıştır. Saldırı tüm yönleriyle araştırılmaktadır. Olayda ihmali ve kusuru olanlardan mutlaka hesap sorulacaktır. Saldırıda yaralanan 16 kişiden 7’si taburcu edilmiş, 9 yaralımızın tedavisi ise halen devam etmektedir. Yaralılarımıza Cenab-ı Allah’tan acil şifalar temenni ediyor; ailelerimize, eğitim camiamıza ve Siverekli kardeşlerimize geçmiş olsun dileklerimi iletiyorum.

Enerjiden savunma sanayine, ulaştırmadan aileye, eğitimden sağlığa her alanda ülkemizin ufkunu aydınlatacak vizyon projelerini hayata geçiriyoruz.

“23 YILLIK BİR ÇABA, MÜCADELE VE EMEK VAR”

Enerjide tam bağımsız Türkiye hedefimize kararlı bir şekilde, sabırla, azimle, kararlılıkla ilerliyoruz. Şunu bugün büyük bir gururla ifade etmek durumundayım. Bölgemizdeki savaşlara rağmen enerjiye erişimde eğer bugün sanayicimiz, üreticimiz, çiftçimiz, turizmcimiz, nakliyecimiz hiçbir endişe taşımıyorsa bunun gerisinde 23 yıllık bir çaba, mücadele ve emek vardır.

Enerji sepetimizi zenginleştirmek ve tedarikçi ülkelerin sayısını artırmak ilk günden beri önceliğimiz oldu. Ayrıca hidroelektrik, rüzgâr, jeotermal, güneş, nükleer gibi başlıklarda yaptığımız yeni yatırımlarla Türkiye’yi enerjide bir üst lige çıkardık.

En büyük devrimi ise arama ve sondaj çalışmalarında gerçekleştirdik. Daha evvel yıllarca kiralama yöntemiyle yapılan petrol ve doğal gaz arama faaliyetlerini kendi imkanlarımızla icra etmeye karar verdik. Ardından dünyanın en büyük dördüncü derin deniz filosunu kurduk. Karadeniz’deki keşfimizle adeta şeytanın bacağını kırmış olduk. Şu an 4 milyon hanenin ihtiyacını Karadeniz gazından karşılıyoruz. 2026 yılında bu rakamı 8 milyon haneye çıkaracağız. 2028’de 16-17 milyon hanenin doğal gazını kendi kaynaklarımızdan karşılar hale geleceğiz.

Kendi gemilerimizle, sondaj çalışmalarımıza Karadeniz’de devam ediyoruz. Sadece kendi denizlerimizde arama yapmıyor, aynı zamanda bu imkanları dost ve kardeş ülkelerin istifadesine de sunuyoruz.

Kıymetli milletvekili arkadaşlarım, cuma günü Somali’de hepimizin göğsünü kabartan bir tören gerçekleşti. Derin deniz sondaj gemimiz Çağrı Bey, Somali açıklarındaki Curat-1 kuyusunda hidrokarbon aramalarına başlamak üzere bu ülkeye ulaştı. Oruç Reis gemimizle 7 ay boyunca yaklaşık 4.500 kilometrekarelik alanda sismik araştırmalar yürütmüş, umut verici bulgulara ulaşmıştık. Şimdi Çağrı Bey’le ‘Ya nasip’ diyor, inşallah ilk sondajımızı başlatıyoruz.

“KENDİ İNSAN GÜCÜMÜZLE GERÇEKLEŞTİRİYORUZ”

Şurası da bir başka övünç kaynağımızdır: Curat-1, 7.500 metrelik derinliğiyle dünyanın en derin ikinci deniz sondajı olacak. Çağrı Bey’e bu kritik görevinde donanmamıza ait Altan, Korkut ve Sancar isimli gemilerimiz refakat edecek. Yani daha önce birilerine minnet ettiğimiz işleri artık kendi gemilerimizle, kendi mühendislerimizle, kendi insan gücümüzle gerçekleştiriyoruz.

Hani hep söylüyorum ya; nereden nereye diye. İşte Türkiye, sadece 23 yılda engellere rağmen buralara geldi. Türkiye kısa sürede tarih yazan, destan yazan vatandaşlarıyla birlikte tüm mazlumların iftihar vesilesi olan bir seviyeye ulaştı. Ülkemizde bazıları Türkiye’nin başarılarına gözlerini kapattıkları için bunu göremeseler de inanın dostlarımız ve kardeşlerimiz çok net görüyor. Aynı şekilde aziz milletimiz o engin ferasetiyle her şeyin bilincindedir.

Bakınız burada Çağrı Bey’i yakından gören Somalili genç bir kardeşimizin hissiyatını sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum. Kendisi aynen şu ifadeleri kullanıyor: ‘Çağrı Bey gemisinin etkilerini üstümden halen atamadım. Onu yakından görmek benim için nefes kesici bir tecrübeydi. Çünkü Çağrı Bey yürüyen devasa bir şehir gibiydi. Kocaman, yepyeni, çok güzel inşa edilmiş. Maşallah adeta bir sanat eseri.’ Evet, Somalili bir gencin kalbinden kalemine dökülen bu samimi ifadeleri hem güçlü Türkiye’nin hem Türkiye-Somali kardeşliğinin en güzel nişanesi olarak görüyoruz.

“SOMALİ HALKININ KALKINMA MÜCADELESİNE OMUZ VERMEYE, DESTEK OLMAYA DEVAM EDECEĞİZ”

Hep söylediğim gibi, biz sömürmeye değil, beraberce kazanmaya talibiz. Çağrı Bey’in Somalili kardeşlerimize müjdeli haberler vereceğine yürekten inanıyoruz. Çağrı Bey sondaj gemimize yolun açık, sondajın bereketli olsun diyoruz. Gemi personelimize Cenab-ı Allah’tan başarılar diliyoruz. 2011 yılında kimse yokken nasıl Somali’nin imdadına koştuysak, nasıl o günden bu yana Somalili kardeşlerimizi hiç yalnız bırakmadıysak, inşallah bundan sonra da Somali halkının kalkınma mücadelesine omuz vermeye, destek olmaya devam edeceğiz.

İç ve dış gelişmeler bağlamında oldukça yoğun günlerden geçiyoruz. Merhum Cengiz Aytmatov’un ‘Gün Olur Asra Bedel’ ifadesinin adeta ete kemiğe büründüğü bir döneme bizzat şahitlik ediyoruz. İkinci Cihan Harbi’nin galipleri tarafından belirlenen kurallar ve kurumlar üzerine bina edilen küresel sistem; ekonomik, siyasi ve güvenlik boyutuyla çatırdarken yerine neyin konulacağı, neyin geleceği belirsizliğini koruyor.

İnsanlık kendine bir çıkış ve kurtuluş yolu arıyor. Ancak bu yolun ufukta belirdiğini henüz söyleyemiyoruz. İnsanlığın barış, istikrar, güvenlik ve bir parça huzur özlemi; kandan ve kaostan beslenen çevreler tarafından maalesef dinamitleniyor. Bunun en son örneği, 28 Şubat’ta başlayan ve bölgemizi uçurumun eşiğine getiren hukuksuz savaştır. Savaşı kimin istediği, kimin tahrik ettiği, kimlerin bundan rant ve menfaat devşirdiği aradan geçen süre zarfında ortaya çıkmıştır. Bizim savaşın ilk gününde Siyonist lobinin rolüne dair yaptığımız tespitin haklılığı zamanla anlaşılmıştır.

Biliyorsunuz çatışmaların 40. gününde Pakistanlı kardeşlerimizin takdire şayan gayretleriyle 15 günlük bir ateşkes ilan edildi. Böylece haftalardır yüreği ağzında yaşayan bölge halklarıyla birlikte tüm insanlık 40 gün sonra ilk kez rahat bir nefes aldı. Biz de geçici ateşkesten memnuniyetimizi dile getirdik. Fakat İsrail hükümetinin Lübnan’a yönelik saldırılarını devam ettirmesi barış umutlarına ilk darbeyi vurmuştu. Hafta sonu Pakistan’ın ev sahipliğinde gerçekleştirilen görüşmelerden de ne yazık ki beklenen haberler gelmedi.

Tarafların açıklamaları, masa devrilmese bile müzakere sürecinde özellikle nükleer meselede bir tıkanıklığa gelindiğine işaret ediyor. Hürmüz Boğazı’nda tansiyonun tekrar yükseldiğini görüyoruz. Gerilimin düşürülmesi, ateşkesin uzatılması, görüşmelerin sürdürülmesi noktasında gerekli telkin ve girişimlerde bulunuyoruz. Daha önce söylediğim gibi, sıkılı yumruklarla müzakere olmaz. Söz yerine tekrar silahların konuşmasına müsaade edilmemelidir. Ateşkesle aralanan fırsat penceresi sonuna kadar değerlendirilmelidir. Bilhassa ateşkesten hiç hoşnut olmadığı bilinen İsrail hükümetinin süreci kundaklamasına izin verilmemelidir.

“BÖLGEMİZDE BARIŞ OLACAKSA BU SİYONİST REJİME RAĞMEN OLACAK”

Kardeşlerim, bir defa şunu artık herkes anlamak zorundadır. Şayet bölgemizde barış olacaksa bu Siyonist rejime rağmen olacak. Bölgemizde istikrar sağlanacaksa yine bu vaadedilmiş topraklar hezeyanıyla hareket eden İsrail hükümetine rağmen sağlanacak. Kana bulanan coğrafyamıza huzur gelecekse bu aynı şekilde güvenliğini başkalarının güvensizlik içinde olmasına bağlayan İsrail’e rağmen olacak. Çünkü İsrail en küçük bir barış umudu belirdiğinde daha önce defalarca yaptığı gibi bunu sabote etmek için her yolu deneyecek. İnsanlık cephesi bölgemizdeki yangını söndürmek için uğraştıkça katliam şebekesi ateşe daha fazla odun taşıyacak.

Elbette bunu yaparken Türkiye ve İspanya başta olmak üzere barışın sesini yükselten ülkeleri küstahça hedef almaya da devam edecekler. Tetikçi kalemleriyle, medyalarıyla, aparat olarak kullandıkları maşalarıyla vicdan sahiplerini susturmaya çalışacaklar. Ama ne yaparlarsa yapsınlar cesur yürekleri susturamayacak, hakkı ve hakikati savunan kalplere zincir vuramayacaklar.

Buradan Gazi Meclisimizin çatısı altından Gazze kasabı Netanyahu’nun tehditleri karşısında dik bir duruş sergileyen İspanya Başbakanı değerli dostum Sanchez’i canı gönülden tebrik ediyorum. Dost İspanya halkını aynı şekilde ülkem ve milletim adına kutluyorum. Şunu herkes bilsin ki biz soykırım şebekesinin köpürttüğü nefret diline, husumet diline, gerilim ve kavga diline teslim olmayacağız.

Vakarla, onurla, tarihimizden tevarüs ettiğimiz asalet ve cesaretle en zor zamanlarda doğruları konuşmaya devam edeceğiz. Zalime zalim, hayduta haydut, katile katil demeye devam edeceğiz. Gazzeli masum yavruların haykıran sesi olmaya devam edeceğiz. Evlat acısıyla ciğeri yanan Filistinli annelerin feryadına kulak vermeye devam edeceğiz. Batı Şeria’da toprakları işgal edilen kardeşlerimizin hakkını savunmaya devam edeceğiz. Lübnan’da yataklarında uyurken katledilen yavruların davasının takipçisi olmaya devam edeceğiz. Gizlenmek istenen tehdit ve zorbalıkla üstü örtülmek istenen hakikatleri birilerinin yüzlerine çarpmaya devam edeceğiz.

Coğrafyamızdaki mevcudiyetlerini birilerinin 100 sene önce yaptığı ihsana borçlu olanların aksine biz, bu topraklardaki 1000 yıllık tecrübemizin ışığında sorumluluk duygusuyla hareket etmeye devam edeceğiz. Şahsıma ve ülkeme sosyal medya üzerinden dil uzatan bebek katillerine bazı gerçekleri tekrar hatırlatıyorum: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti sıradan bir devlet değildir. Hiçbir güç Türkiye’ye ve Türkiye Cumhurbaşkanı’na parmak sallayamaz. Yumuşak başlı olmamızı, sağduyulu olmamızı uysal koyun olduğumuz şeklinde kimse yorumlamasın; kimse böyle bir vehme kapılmasın. Biz toprağın üstünde haysiyetsizce yaşamaktansa, gerektiğinde toprağın altında şereflice yatmayı onurların en büyüğü olarak görürüz.

Tayyip Erdoğan olarak, şahsım ve tüm dava arkadaşlarım; hepimiz İstiklal Marşı “Korkma!” nidasıyla başlayan kahraman bir milletin evlatlarıyız. Biz 11 buçuk milyon üyesiyle şu muhteşem mısraları kalplerine nakşetmiş bir siyasi hareketin mensuplarıyız:

Evet, imkansızlıklar içinde bile kükremiş sel misali bentleri çiğneyip aşan bu millete zincir vuracağını zanneden gafiller; gerektiğinde dağları yırtacak kudret, kuvvet ve kararlılığa sahip olduğumuzu hiçbir zaman unutmasınlar.

Bu vesileyle Cumhur İttifakı ortağımız Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi Genel Başkanı Sayın Devlet Bahçeli ile birlikte ülkemize ve şahsımıza yönelik hadsizlikler karşısında tepki gösteren tüm siyasetçilere teşekkür ediyorum. Farklı kulvarlarda millete hizmet mücadelesi veren siyasi partilerin söz konusu Türkiye ve Türkiye’nin milli gururu olunca ortaya koydukları bu müşterek tavrı çok kıymetli bulduğumuzu memnuniyetle ifade ediyorum.

İran ile Amerika Birleşik Devletleri arasında başlayan müzakere sürecinden yaşanan tüm sıkıntılara rağmen umutlarımızı kesmiş değiliz. Şurası bir gerçek ki anlamsız savaşın kaybedeni, adil barışın ise kazananı çoktur. Herkesten sürece böyle bakmalarını istiyoruz. Zorluklar olabilir, çözülmesi zaman alacak çetrefil meseleler olabilir. Ama barışın nimetlerine odaklanıldığında, uzun vadeli bir perspektifle hareket edildiğinde bunların önemli bir kısmı hal yoluna konulacaktır. Aklıselimin, sağduyunun, sorunları diyalog, diplomasi yoluyla çözme iradesinin eninde sonunda galip geleceğine inanıyoruz, daha doğrusu bunu tüm kalbimizle arzu ve temenni ediyoruz.

Türkiye olarak bölgemizin her karışında sulh ve sükunun egemen olması için bütün imkanlarımızla çalışacağımızın bilinmesini istiyorum. “Yurtta barış, bölgede barış, dünyada barış” ilkesiyle barışın sesi olmaya, barış çabalarına öncülük etmeye her zaman hazırız.

Tabii bu süreçte ülkemizin şu gerçeğini de aklımızdan çıkarmıyoruz: Yurt dışında büyük bir atılım içinde olan Türkiye’nin maalesef bu vizyonla uyumlu bir ana muhalefet partisi bulunmuyor. Batı karşısında kompleksli muhalefet, uluslararası toplantılarda ülkemizi mahcup ederken iç politikada ise milletimizi beceriksizliğe mahkum ediyor. Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Numan Kurtulmuş, attended the ‘Women Parliamentarians Forum’ within the scope of the 152nd General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (PAB), hosted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly. Female parliamentarians from many countries attended the forum. Speaking here, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Kurtulmuş said, “As Turkey, we accept the empowerment of women, protection of the family, strengthening of the social fabric, increasing production capacity and qualification of public life as strategic areas for our social welfare, and we consider the improvement in these areas as the most fundamental duty of our governments.” he said.

‘THIS IS THE CROSSROADS OF CIVILIZATIONS’

Making the opening speech of the forum, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Numan Kurtulmuş said, “This is the crossroads of civilizations. It is one of the rare cities, not only in history but also in the world today, where different ideas can come together and where different ideas can be discussed around the same table. I would like to clearly state that the Women Parliamentarians Forum is not an ordinary meeting format. This is a forum where the fundamental issues facing humanity are discussed in more depth, more sensitively and more comprehensively. This is a forum that broadens the horizons of political discussions.” “This meeting in Istanbul is very important in terms of discussing women’s place in decision-making processes, their contributions to the recovery of societies after conflict, and their ideas on establishing an international system based on justice.”

Kurtulmuş said, “Essentially, each of these headings points to areas of responsibility that cannot be postponed in today’s world. The situation we face today is not just a crisis or chaos, or an ordinary issue of tension in terms of the international system. The global problem we face today, which we all follow very closely and feel great concern about from time to time, points to a situation where the multilateral system has lost its effect, the law is applied as a selective law, the reputation of international institutions has begun to erode, and global decision-making processes have become devoid of a sense of justice.”

‘WOMEN AND CHILDREN OF GAZA ARE PAYING THE HEAVIEST BILLS’

Kurtulmuş said, “This picture has extremely shocking consequences, such as the narrowing of diplomatic channels and the severe pressure on human dignity. In the current environment, women and children undoubtedly pay the heaviest price. In almost every conflict zone in the world, in every tension zone and at the center of every conflict we experience internationally, there are the prices paid by women and the hardships women bear. Unfortunately, we bear the heaviest price for the crimes against humanity that have occurred in the ongoing conflicts in our region, especially in Gaza, which have now reached genocidal proportions.” “Women and children in Gaza are paying the price. Likewise, women are the ones who are paying the price for the great migrations, poverty and deprivation that have occurred in many parts of the world. Unfortunately, women are largely the ones who are left in poverty and unprotected situations. On the other hand, when we look at the democratic negotiation tables, it is clear that women are still not adequately represented. This deficiency does not only indicate a problem of representation; this deficiency means a structural gap that delays the socialization of peace and damages its permanence.”

‘THE REAL NEED IS FOR GIRLS TO BENEFIT ENOUGH FROM EDUCATION’

Kurtulmuş said, “The issue of women’s empowerment cannot be considered as a discussion of equality in the narrow sense. This issue is undoubtedly directly related to the quality of democracy, the inclusiveness of the administration, the continuity of development and the healthy preservation of social balance. For this reason, it would be appropriate to consider the negotiations carried out here not as a secondary agenda, but as the main discussion topics of our age. The ideas you put forward are far beyond being a declaration of good will; they affect legislative processes, shape politics and find concrete responses in areas that shape the future of societies. We now clearly know that women are in decision-making power.” Neither justice can be fully established nor a long-lasting climate of peace can be created. At this point, parliaments have a special duty; the strong participation of women in the fields of legislation, control, budget and representation is a fundamental necessity for the construction of more inclusive, resilient and balanced societies. It further deepens women’s lives: Developments that directly affect women’s lives, such as economic contraction, displacement, increased income inequality, social insecurity and deterioration in access to educational opportunities, are of great concern to almost all countries globally. Violence against women cannot be separated from the strengthening of economic justice, increasing the resilience of societies, and the attitude to be developed against violence carries legal, humanitarian, moral and political responsibilities. The determination shown in this field is undoubtedly one of the most important indicators of the level of civilization of societies. As Turkey, we consider the empowerment of women, the protection of the family, the strengthening of the social fabric, and the improvement of public life as strategic areas for our social welfare, and we consider the improvement in these areas as the most fundamental duty of our governments. With this understanding, we are taking multifaceted steps in a wide range from education to employment, from social support mechanisms to decision-making processes. I would like to express that the issue should not only be seen as offering opportunities. The real need is to establish a fair environment in which women’s knowledge, experience, intuition and political knowledge can be fully reflected in public life. The most important thing is that girls benefit from education adequately, families can live in dignity and human dignity is protected under all circumstances. In this respect, I wholeheartedly believe that the views and proposals that will emerge within the scope of the forum will make strong contributions to the work of the 152nd General Assembly. used.

Evaluating the investigation permission given against Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Gürlek said, “Our Ministry of Internal Affairs gave the investigation permission to Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. There is currently an ongoing investigation. A new investigation has started in Şanlıurfa. This investigation continues.”

“OUR WORK ON THE 12TH JUDICIAL PACKAGE CONTINUES”
On the question about Terror-Free Turkey and the 12th Judicial Package, Gürlek said, “In the Terror-Free Turkey process, the Commission submitted its report to the Parliament. It is currently at the discretion and authority of the Parliament. We, as the Ministry of Justice, said that we can provide technical support. This is entirely within the will of the Parliament. The Parliament will determine its scope and framework. Our work on the 12th Judicial Package continues. We are working on every detail. We realized that there are steps that need to be taken, especially to speed up the judicial processes.”
