Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum made a statement at the Beykoz Municipality Title Deed Distribution Ceremony held in Istanbul. The Minister Institution delivered the title deeds to 1,071 beneficiaries in 25 neighborhoods within the scope of 2B. Stating that they have been serving the cities for 24 years under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Minister Kurum said, “We have never seen the issue as building buildings, distributing title deeds, acting or producing projects. In every step we have taken, we have prioritized the peace, security and quality of life of our citizens without exception.” Explaining that they are working to solve Beykoz’s zoning and title deed problems, Kurum stated that they have completed the transfer of real estate in 25 neighborhoods under the jurisdiction of the Ministry to Beykoz Municipality and said, “We are handing over the title deeds to 1,071 rights holders and bringing together a right that has been awaited for years with their owners. This is an important step that will completely change the lives of our brothers who have been experiencing uncertainty for a while.”

‘WE ARE RENEWING PAŞABAHÇE STADIUM’
Providing information about the new projects to be brought to the district, Minister Kurum announced the work to be carried out jointly with the Ministry of Youth and Sports with the following words; “Hopefully, we are renovating the Beykoz Paşabahçe Stadium and connecting the area in front of the stadium with the sea, just like in the Beykoz National Garden. We will start this project this year and deliver it next year.”

In the attack carried out by the terrorist organization PKK during the evening prayer in Başbağlar Village of Erzincan’s Kemaliye district on July 5, 1993, 28 people were shot and 5 people, including 1 woman and 1 child, were martyred by burning their houses together. 33 citizens who lost their lives on the 33rd anniversary of the treacherous terrorist attack were commemorated with a ceremony held in front of the Culture House. Messages of statesmen and politicians, especially President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, were read. Erzincan Governor Hamza Aydoğdu said, “Although Başbağlar is the name of a village, it is also a test that has become a deposit in the memory of our nation. Some were torn from prostration, some from the sweat of their brow, some from their homes. Unfinished prayers, unfinished dreams and silent houses left behind, humbled orphans. But what keeps people alive is their fortitude in the face of pain and the answer they give to those pains. Başbağlar is the name of this answer.” The memory of 33 murdered citizens is kept alive in the Başbağlar Martyrs Museum, which was opened in 2013. Photos of the citizens who lost their lives in the attack and their personal belongings such as clothes, rosaries, combs and shoes are also exhibited. After the ceremony, Erzincan Governor Aydoğdu, AK Party Deputy Chairman Mustafa Şen and the participants visited the museum where the belongings of the martyrs were exhibited.

Turkey Promotion Research Democracy and Secular Formation Foundation (TÜLOV), whose board of trustees includes Manisa Deputy Özgür Özel and Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba, has been called ‘Deep CHP’ within the party for many years. In addition to suspicious money traffic, which is the subject of official inspection reports, the foundation is also on the agenda with other grave allegations. Among the names at the forefront of these allegations is Tansu Özcan, Chairman of the Board of Muğla Planning Agency (MUPA), who had a rapid rise when she was an executive assistant at TÜLOV. It was learned that Tansu Özcan was promoted to foundation manager while she was an administrative assistant at İzmir TÜLOV in 2020. It was reported that in 2022, while he was a paid employee of Bodrum Municipality, he went to Izmir for his duty at TÜLOV and received a salary from Bodrum Municipality without going to work for months. It was claimed that many of Özcan’s expenses, such as rent, vehicle fuel and telephone expenses, were covered by the municipality himself during this 2-year period he spent in Izmir. Özcan’s career path accelerated with the election of CHP’s Ahmet Aras, who has strong ties with TÜLOV, as Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor. It was learned that Aras first appointed Özcan as presidential advisor. Again in 2024, it was reported that Özcan was included in the exceptional civil servant staff and became a special secretary for the metropolitan municipality. Muğla Planning Agency (MUPA) was established by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality and Tansu Özcan was appointed as its president.

LOSS 44 MILLION TL
The capital of MUPA, which is reported to have strong ties with Ekrem İmamoğlu’s team, was increased to 132 million in a suspicious manner within 2 years. On the other hand, it is claimed that the loss in MUPA has already climbed to 44 million. It was learned that Tansu Özcan also had high-level relations with the detained Istanbul Planning Agency President (İPA) Buğra Gökçe and former SODEV President Ertan Aksoy, that jobs were directly procured from MUPA and İPA’s Ertan Aksoy’s research company, and that Tansu Özcan currently serves as SODEV’s external relations officer.

SUSPICIOUS TENDERS
It was seen that MUPA commissioned the “Y Generation Research” to Aksoy Research in May 2025 with a contract value of 791 thousand liras, and the Smart City and Urban Information Systems Department awarded the “Muğla Digital Nomat Project” to Aksoy Research in April 2026 with a contract value of 980 thousand liras. It was noted that IPA gave tenders worth 950 thousand liras in May 2026, 349 thousand 500 liras in July 2025, and 365 thousand liras in April 2025.

‘TÜLOV’ FAVORITESM
The foundation named TÜLOV came to the fore with suspicious donation traffic before the 2023 local elections. While the foundation’s income in 2020 was 99 thousand lira, it was determined that this income increased to 37.4 million in 2023, and the suspicious incident was also reflected in the official inspection report of the General Directorate of Foundations. In other details, it was understood that Ahmet Aras, when he was the mayor of Bodrum, allocated a place to the foundation in violation of the legislation, the foundation did not even pay rent for years, and did not vacate the building even though the period expired.

While Konyalı Special Operations Police Muhsin Kiremitçi was resting at home on the night of FETO’s treacherous coup attempt on July 15, he rushed to duty as soon as he heard about the attempt. Martyr Kiremitçi was martyred in a bomb attack by traitors on his first day of duty as deputy commissioner at the Special Operations Department in Gölbaşı, Ankara. Speaking to SABAH on the 10th anniversary of the treacherous coup attempt, the father of the martyr, retired imam Hüseyin Kiremitçi (65), said that their pain is still fresh as if 10 minutes have passed since the coup attempt, not 10 years. Kiremitçi, the father of 5 children, said that he always taught both his children and his students to serve the country and the nation in the best way possible. Kiremitçi said that when his son said he wanted to be a special operations police officer, he said no because he was afraid of being martyred, and that he gave his son permission after he said, “Dad, you taught us about destiny.” Explaining that his son was martyred by traitors on his first day of duty as deputy commissioner, Kiremitçi said, “He returned home at the end of work that day. As soon as he received the news of the coup in the evening, he immediately prepared. When the Special Operations Directorate in Gölbaşı was close to his house, he immediately jumped from the balcony and ran to his place of duty. However, he was martyred in the bomb thrown by the traitors. Both my son and the other heroes were involved in the plans of the traitors. The traitors could not achieve their goals. My Muhsin was martyred, but “We did not leave our homeland to those traitors. 86 million people embraced my son,” he said.

Stating that he will never give up his rights to FETO traitors, Hüseyin Kiremitçi said, “Parents and fathers were left childless and children fatherless.
