Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan gave a statement to the press at the train station in Przemysl, Poland, before his visit to Ukraine.

Reminding that the July 15 coup attempt has passed its 10th anniversary, Fidan said, “On and after July 15, our state and nation entered a new struggle for liberation. It was a period when we dealt an intense blow to the terrorist networks inside and outside, especially FETO. We witnessed that the state, which was eliminated from FETO, quickly returned to its original codes and did the service it was supposed to do in the service of its nation.” made his assessment.

Fidan emphasized that the determined demonstration of the unshakable will of the Turkish nation under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan played a major role in clearing FETO from the system and said, “Hopefully, the measures we will take and the regulations we will make will ensure that such structures do not take part in the system again, neither today nor in the future. All our efforts are in this direction.” he said.

Fidan noted that they carry out all kinds of work day and night to prevent FETO from continuing its illegitimate, spying and destructive activities against Türkiye in the countries it visits, and said:

“FETO is a structure that has outlived its usefulness. Despite this, it continues its struggle against the state. It carries out its struggle against the leaders elected by the people who rule the state. While doing this, it also cooperates with international dirty power centers. Of course, this is a disgrace. This organization currently has a mass of people held hostage by its leaders. They are living a life of exile abroad. They can wake up again, get out of the illusion, feel the real true love of the homeland, the true religious thought and life again. “They need to return to their homeland and nation and rebel against the organization. As long as this base that does not rebel against the organization exists, the organization will continue to serve foreign services by using their existence. But I hope that our country, our nation and our state will be successful in all similar efforts from now on, just as they were successful in the fight against FETO with their historical strategic culture, understanding and depth.”

FIDAN’S VISIT TO KYIV

Fidan said that they would arrive in Kiev with a 10-hour train journey, and that they traveled to and from Kiev by train because the airspace was closed.

Stating that they visited Moscow last month and conveyed President Erdoğan’s messages, Fidan stated that they received Russia’s perspective on the war from Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Fidan reminded that US President Donald Trump visited Türkiye and the NATO Summit was held in Ankara.

Stating that he attended the Volunteer Coalition Leaders Summit on Ukraine held in Paris, the capital of France, on behalf of President Erdoğan, Fidan stated that the Ukraine issue is at the center and there is a constant exchange of views on this issue.

Fidan stated that how to stop the war is one of the most important issues and said that there are two different approaches to this issue in Europe.

Stating that Türkiye focuses on stopping the war, Fidan said, “How to support war efforts and how to stop the war? There are two separate tracks. Türkiye is more in the track of how to stop the war.” he said.

Stating that they will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and his counterpart during their visit to Kiev, Fidan stated that they will also convey the messages of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and said:

“We hosted the Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul last year. Before that, there were various facilitating activities and bringing them together. There was the Grain Agreement, which made it possible for the safety of navigation in the Black Sea to be at that time. It has built on all of these. I believe that my visit will make a positive contribution to those ongoing efforts.”

In the investigation of the Friends Association, of which the singer Haluk Levent is the president, the statement of lawyer Ece Güner, the advisor of Ekrem İmamoğlu, whose money traffic with the association’s employees was determined and taken into custody, was revealed. HE TRIED EVERY WAY TO CONVINCE

Güner said, “He asked me for around 300-400 thousand dollars in the first place. I also had plans to buy a house in İstinye Park. I also had a large amount of cash lying idle in the bank. I sent 300-400 thousand dollars to the accounts of the people Levent mentioned, with dollar amounts written and a debt statement.”

Stating that Levent paid this debt through the people he sent on the date he said, Güner said, “Within two weeks, they had a cash problem on the grounds that urgent needs such as water, bread and food could not be invoiced through the association for emergency aid in the earthquake zone, and he asked me to transfer the same amount as a two-week debt. In the same way, I transferred the money to the accounts of the people he sent me. When I asked why I was sending money to the accounts of these people, he told me that these friends were in the field and that he followed this way because they would be used urgently in that region.”

TECHNOLOGY PARK LIE

Stating that Levent told him that a large technology park would be established in Ankara under the leadership of the Ahbab association and that a philanthropic businessman would undertake this and that this businessman would help around 3 million dollars, Güner said, “This businessman later said that his money was temporarily blocked due to tax problems. He said that if they, as the Ahbab association, cannot fulfill the many commitments they made regarding this project, there will be great destruction for the association and lawsuits may be filed, and the name of the association may be tarnished.” “In the first place, he asked for a loan of 3 million dollars,” he said.

WHEN HE PAID IT BACK, HE GAVE IT AGAIN

Stating that he said that he did not have that much money, Güner said, “He called me again and again after a long period of insistence. I trusted him because he had repaid the loans I had given before on time, and in the first place, I sent him the TL equivalent of around 1 million dollars to me through the Iban numbers of another person, with the dollar amount and debt explanation. When the donation money came from the businessman he mentioned, he declared that he would pay back the temporary debt I had sent to me.”

HE DID NOT PAY THE DEBT, HE ASKED FOR THE DEBT AGAIN

Stating that he did not pay his debt after a month, that he made excuses for himself and that he told long stories saying that he could pay his debt after 3 months, Güner said, “Although he did not pay his debt, he repeatedly demanded additional debt from me. He would constantly tell me pity-inducing stories about his and his family’s health. Then he asked for a loan again. On top of the 1 million dollar debt I gave him in 3-5 items, I sent a total of 570 thousand dollars in TL to the Ibans he had given me. In the report, which included findings that Alper Çelik, Zafer Yay and Emrah Gödeliner had transaction volumes above the income levels declared in their bank accounts, it was stated that money inflows and outflows reaching billions of liras took place between 2020 and 2024, and the expressions “debt” and “payment in cash” were mostly used in transfer statements.

In the report, it was noted that these people were in intense money transfer relationships with each other and with other suspects mentioned in the investigation, and that there were also reciprocal money transactions with some people who were stated to work within the association.

NOTIFICATION OF FOREIGN AID HAS BEEN MADE

In the report prepared as a result of MASAK analysis, it was stated that a transaction volume of approximately 1.5 billion lira was detected in the accounts of the suspect Alper Çelik, approximately 3 billion lira in the accounts of Zafer Yay and approximately 2 billion lira in the accounts of Emrah Gödeliner.

It was stated in the report that Çelik placed a legal bet of 190 million 270 thousand liras and lost this amount.

In the report, which also includes analyzes of the overseas aid of the Buddy Association, it was determined that it received aid from abroad in the amount of 1.3 million euros and 3 million dollars between June 6, 2023 and May 4, 2025.

The report included findings that notifications regarding these aids were not made and financial records were not kept properly.

Our noble nation, on that night as well as throughout history, It has not surrendered its will to any tutelage center. This stance is not a coincidence.
