The epic starting with Fatih! The first steps of the historical discoveries were taken during the Berat Albayrak period …
Türkiye’s historical energy journey began with the establishment of a domestic drilling fleet despite all sanction threats. The first steps of the project were taken within the framework of the national and mining policy of Berat Albayrak, who made the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources at that time. Türkiye, with its historical moves, made the upper league in energy and made natural gas discoveries.

Türkiye’s energy map is reshaping
Türkiye, which accelerates its work for full independence in energy, made a new natural gas discovery of 75 billion cubic meters in the Black Sea. Thus, the total value of the discovery reached 320 billion dollars.
The total amount of discovery in the Black Sea has reached 785 billion cubic meters with the large discovery of the drilling vessel Abdulhamid Han, who joined Türkiye’s energy fleet in 2022 in 2022. According to today’s market figures, the economic size of the discoveries reached 320 billion dollars, while all households in Türkiye have reached the size of the reserve to provide natural gas for 37 years.

Epic Beginning with Fatih

The first discovery in the Black Sea in August 2020 in the Tuna-1 well made Fatih, 320 billion cubic meters of discovery was signed. This discovery was recorded as the biggest discovery of the year in the deep seas of the year and among all the gas discoveries in the world.
Later, the amount of reserves in the first ultra-sea discovery in the Tuna-1 well was found to increase by 85 billion cubic meters and thus the total amount of reserve reached 405 billion cubic meters.
Fatih then signed a new natural gas discovery of 135 billion cubic meters in the Amasra-1 well in June 2021, so the total discovery reached 540 billion cubic meters. Then, 13 wells in the region were model, while the reserve of 540 billion cubic meters was revised as 652 billion cubic meters.

“A strategic treasure that changes the fate of Türkiye”

The critical threshold is exceeded in the National Combat Aircraft KAAN! US approves $700 million sale
According to information based on sources close to the subject in the international news agency Reuters; The giant defense package includes engines produced by General Electric, which are KAAN’s lifeblood in the testing and first production stages. It is stated that the total financial value of the agreement will exceed 700 million dollars.
STRATEGIC GESTURE BEFORE THE NATO SUMMIT!
The fact that the Washington administration brought this sale to the approval stage before the critical NATO Leaders Summit that Türkiye will host on July 7-8 is interpreted as a very important “alliance gesture” towards Ankara. This move, which comes at a time when defense expenditures are being discussed within the alliance, is clear evidence that the ice between the two countries is melting.
NO STEP BACK DESPITE THE “DEMOCRAT” OBSTACLE IN CONGRESS
There was also a behind-the-scenes war of diplomacy behind the sales process. It was learned that Gregory Meeks, the senior Democrat member of the US House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, opposed the package and resisted approving it. However, the Trump administration is expected to bypass these objections and officially complete the sale in the coming days and make an official notification to Congress through the US State Department.

Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Kurtulmuş attended the İSİPAB Conference
Numan Kurtulmuş, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), in his post on his virtual media account, said, “We came together with the valuable parliament heads of Islamic countries in Baku, the capital of our brother country Azerbaijan, on the occasion of the 20th Conference of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Parliamentary Union (İSİPAB). There are historical opportunities in front of the Islamic world, which has a great potential. In this period, it is not possible for any country to have a recipe for salvation on its own. Developing common strategies that will strengthen our unity, brotherhood and solidarity, working together “We have to mobilize around projects and implement a reform process that covers the Islamic world from A to Z. It is the common need of humanity to establish a more just, equitable and humane global order instead of the international system that is destroyed today. It is clear that the fate of the world cannot be left to the mercy of a few countries. In this regard, we must work together to offer a new and fair system to the whole world.”
Stating that the Palestine issue is one of the most important political agendas that unites the Islamic world, Kurtulmuş said, “Palestine has become a common issue not only for Muslims, but for all people with conscience and fairness. We will continue to stand by the Palestinian people until there is a free Palestine from the river to the sea, with Jerusalem as its capital. We declare once again at the 20th Meeting of İSİPAB that what the Zionist regime in Israel calls ‘The Promised Land’ is a promise that can never be implemented.” “The people of the region will never give an opportunity to the understanding of lands and will not give credit to these ambitions. Because we know that God has not promised any land to any member of any religion or race. On this occasion, I hope that the Islamic world will take a leading role in the construction of a new world where justice, equity and peace are essential and that it will prepare for the new era in the strongest possible way with unity, solidarity and common vision.”
