ADMINISTRATIVE FINE WAS APPLIED

Deputy Mayor Emre Halil Esenkaya got behind the wheel drunk and was involved in a one-sided traffic accident with an official vehicle. I take full responsibility for the incident that occurred. I would like to share with the public that I will personally cover all maintenance and repair expenses of the damaged rental car and two service vehicles. Within the scope of the new regulation, services can be provided as a well-being center or well-being unit. These centers and units; It can be opened within accommodation facilities, elderly care centers, disabled care centers and sports clubs, as well as operating in detached buildings. Centers to be opened independently must have a closed area of ​​at least 500 square meters, and units must have a closed area of ​​at least 300 square meters. Licensing procedures will be carried out by provincial health directorates.

PERSONALIZED HEALTHY LIFE PROGRAMS CAN BE APPLIED

The practices offered in well-being centers are not intended for treatment purposes; It can be planned individually, taking into account the individual’s age, general health status, lifestyle and risk factors. The services are aimed to support general well-being and maintain a healthy life.

It will be mandatory to have a full-time physician in the centers and one of the physicians will serve as the responsible physician of the center. Other healthcare professionals will also be able to provide wellness services within the scope of their duties and authorities.

A WIDE COMPREHENSIVE WELL-BEING SERVICE WILL BE OFFERED

Within the scope of the regulation; Services such as language and speech therapy, exercise and physical activity services, mud therapy, physiotherapy services, traditional and complementary medicine practices (GETAT), psychological support services, sea water and sea-based treatment methods, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, rehabilitation services, art therapies, sun therapy, thermal health therapies (spa) and salt therapy; It was aimed to present many healthy living applications.

WELL-BEING CENTERS WILL BE ABLE TO WORK IN COLLABORATION WITH HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CENTERS

Medical devices used in services related to the regulation can be kept with the permission of the Ministry of Health. For possible emergencies, the centers will work in cooperation with a hospital or medical center and will have an emergency room. Laboratory and imaging services can be provided through service procurement.

Bu sabah Haziran ayı ihracat rakamlarının açıklandığını hatırlatan Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan şöyle devam etti:

“2026 Haziran ayı ihracatı, geçen yılın aynı ayına göre yüzde 21,9 oranında artışla 24 milyar 940 milyon dolara yükseldi. Ocak-Haziran dönemi ihracatımız, yüzde 3,6 oranında artarak toplam 136 milyar 59 milyon dolara ulaştı. Tarım ve gıda ürünleri ihracatımız ise yüzde 23,3 oranında artarak 2,8 milyar dolar oldu. İlk 6 ayın toplamı da yüzde 3,3 oranında artışla 16,3 milyar dolara çıktı. 2025’i tarım ve gıdada 6,5 milyar dolar dış ticaret fazlasıyla kapatmıştık, bu yılın ilk 6 ayında 693 milyon dolar fazla verdik. Aynı şekilde Haziran ayı enflasyon oranı yüzde 0,99 geldi. Açıklanan veriler, ekonomimize hayırlı uğurlu olsun diyorum. Son 23 yılda tarımsal üretime reel rakamlarla yaklaşık 3 trilyon lira destek verdik. Geçen yıl sektöre verdiğimiz desteğin toplamı 706 milyar lirayı buldu. 2026 için tarıma doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak ayırdığımız rakam ise tam 939 milyar lira. Yani 1 trilyon liraya varan devasa bir rakamla üreticimizi destekleyeceğiz.”

TARIM VE HAYVANCILIK SEKTÖRÜNE YÖNELİK MÜJDELER

Başkan Erdoğan, tarım sektörünü sevindirecek haberleri paylaşacağını ifade ederek, şunları söyledi:

“İlk olarak tarım noktasında kadın ve genç çiftçi kredisi limitini 3 milyon liradan 5 milyon liraya çıkarıyoruz. Yatırım kredilerinde 2 yıl ana para ödemesiz, 10 yıla kadar vadeyle öz kaynak katkısı aramadan ve Kredi Garanti Fonu teminat desteğiyle çok daha güçlü finansman imkanı sunacağız. İkinci haberimiz, atıl durumda bulunan büyükbaş süt ve besi işletmelerini yeniden üretime kazandırıyoruz. Süt hayvancılığı yatırımlarına 60 milyon liraya, besicilik yatırımlarına ise 40 milyon liraya kadar kredi sağlayacağız. 2 yıl geri ödemesiz, 8 yıla varan vadelerle üreticimizin yanında olacağız.” diye konuştu.

Tarımda yenilenebilir enerji yatırımlarını daha güçlü şekilde desteklediklerini aktaran Erdoğan, “Çiftçilerimizin kendi elektriğini üretmesini teşvik ediyoruz. Bu kapsamda 15 milyon liraya kadar, 8 yıl vadeli ve yüksek subvansiyon oranlarıyla kredi imkanı sağlıyoruz. Böylece hem üretim maliyetlerini düşürüyor hem de çevre dostu üretimi destekliyoruz. Son olarak, küçükbaş hayvancılıkta kredi limitini 2 milyon liraya, büyükbaş hayvancılıkta ise 3 milyon liraya yükseltiyoruz. Tüm bu müjdelerimizin hayırlı, uğurlu olmasını diliyorum.” dedi.

With the permission and grace of God, under the astute leadership of our esteemed President, Türkiye “With the vision of the 21st century, we will reach the ideal of a great and powerful Turkey. With the goal of a terror-free Turkey, the law of brotherhood in this eternal homeland will be strengthened, and unity, peace and a common future will rise on much stronger foundations. From now on, no power will be able to stop Türkiye’s march. Because behind this march is the prayer of our nation, the goals of the Turkey Century are in front of it, and a strong and determined leader like Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is at its head.”

Emphasizing that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is one of the strongest bearers of this great struggle, Çiftçi said, “We work day and night for the peace of our beloved nation with our police, gendarmerie, Coast Guard Command, security guards and all our personnel. We are waging a determined fight in every field, from terrorism to organized crimes, from drugs to cyber crimes, from irregular migration to traffic safety.” he said.

Çiftçi emphasized that they mobilized all the means of the state for the peace of the cities, the security of the borders, the future of the children and the well-being of the nation, and said:

As part of his contacts in the city, Çiftçi visited Governor Mustafa Eldivan and the shopkeepers on Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Street, and then met with citizens in the courtyard of the Ulu Mosque.

Minister Memişoğlu, who came to Aksaray to participate in the programs, met with party members at the AK Party Provincial Directorate. In his speech here, Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu said that the AK Party cause is a cause at the service of humanity.

Stating that they visited the field and listened to the problems, Memişoğlu said:

Memişoğlu stated that Türkiye has made its health services an example to the world.

Referring to the importance of citizens staying healthy, Memişoğlu said:

“To stay healthy, we need to change some of our habits. Today, only 6.6 percent of Turkey’s population lives in rural areas. When we used to live in rural areas, we used to eat very heavy meals. We used to go to the fields and move a lot. Our habit of eating heavy meals continues, but now we live in the city, not in the countryside, and work at a desk. As such, we need to move. We work to ensure that the service is continuous and better. Turkey has now surpassed itself and has become a country that supports the victims and oppressed people around it. NATO summit is in Türkiye “We have now become a country that has a say in many areas. Türkiye is no longer the old Türkiye. We are soldiers working day and night to make the new Türkiye better.”

Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, in his speech at the AK Party Erzincan Provincial Advisory Council Meeting held at the Mufti Conference Hall, stated that they have been continuing their work and service policy for nearly a quarter of a century under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and that it is a Türkiye that leads the world.

“WE CARRIED OUT STUDIES THAT CENTER THE FAMILY”

Stating that, as the Ministry, they touched the lives of the disabled and strengthened their family policies, Göktaş said, “We have carried out very important studies that center the family. By focusing on the family, we have implemented a policy for women, men, young people, elderly people, children, and every citizen in need. Last year, we said ‘Family Year’. Why did we say ‘Family Year’? Because unfortunately, we are experiencing the lowest period in terms of fertility rate in recent years. Not only our country, but the whole world is experiencing it. The renewal rate of the population is “What does 2.1 mean? It means a woman has 2.1 children. However, last year, this rate dropped to 1.42. Since we saw this risk, we accelerated our family-oriented work.” he said.

“WE ARE RESETTING THE CREDIT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TWO CHILDREN”

Talking about the loan support offered to young people who will get married, Minister Göktaş continued as follows:

“We have invested 20 percent of Türkiye’s underground mineral wealth to help our young people between the ages of 18 and 29 who want to get married to start a family. Since last year, we have married approximately 100 thousand couples all over Türkiye, including Erzincan. What does this do? 200 thousand of our young people do this. We supported them to establish a home. If you are between the ages of 18-25, this loan is 250 thousand liras, if you are between the ages of 26-29 This loan is 200 thousand lira. If you have a child, we cancel 12 months of this loan and postpone the loan for those who have two children. Our President announced this last month. Since we implemented this policy, the number of children we have married has reached 14 thousand. What does this mean? We support our young people, we support them to have children, and we take many steps to protect our young and dynamic population structure.

Emphasizing that the power of growing Türkiye starts with the family, Göktaş underlined that they will continue to carry out family-oriented work.

Touching on the “Terror-Free Türkiye” process, Göktaş said:

“Hopefully, we will continue to build a Türkiye where terrorism ends here in the near future. Our work on this issue has reached its final stage. We want no mother or father to shed tears, no child to suffer from the absence of a father, and we want to spend all the money we spent on terrorism for the future of our youth.
