Son dakika… Başkan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, “ABD Başkanı Sayın Trump’ın barış çabalarına aktif destek vererek, bölgemizi, sıkıştığı bu cendereden süratle çıkarmak istiyoruz.” dedi.
Erdoğan, AK Parti Konferans Salonu’ndaki grup toplantısında yaptığı konuşmada, 1 Ekim’de başlayan 28. Dönem 4. Yasama Yılı’nın ilk grup toplantısının ülke, millet ve demokrasi için hayırlara vesile olmasını diledi.
Yeni yasama yılının Meclis’e, bütün milletvekillerine, siyasi parti gruplarına ve Meclis çalışanlarına hayırlı olmasını temenni eden, AK Parti milletvekillerine geçen yasama yılındaki gayretlerinden dolayı teşekkür eden Erdoğan, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:
“1 Ekim 2024’ten 21 Temmuz 2025 tarihine kadar, 113 birleşim boyunca gerçekten çok emek verdiniz, önemli faaliyetlere imza attınız. Cumhur İttifakı ortağımız MHP ile dayanışma içinde ana muhalefet partisinin ve marjinal ekürilerin Meclis’i tıkama girişimlerini başarısızlığa uğrattınız. Geçtiğimiz yasama yılında Meclis’imiz 7’si uluslararası anlaşmaların uygun bulunduğuna dair teklifler olmak üzere toplam 32 kanun teklifini kabul ederek yasalaştırdı. İklim Kanunu’ndan Öğretmenlik Meslek Kanunu’na, ceza infaz düzenlemelerinden ateşli silahlar ve yetkisiz çakar kullanımına, siber güvenlikten emeklilerimizin maaş ve bayram ikramiyelerine kadar geniş bir yelpazede milletimizin beklentilerine cevap verdik, sorunlarına çözüm ürettik.”
“GAYEMİZ, BÖLGEMİZDE KALICI İSTİKRARIN SAĞLANMASIDIR”
Erdoğan, dün ikinci yılını dolduran Gazze soykırımında da Gazi Meclis ve AK Parti grubunun takdire şayan bir duruş sergilediğini dile getirdi.
TBMM’nin tüm dünya parlamentolarına örnek olan cesaretli tavrında, AK Parti’nin ve Cumhur İttifakı’nın önderlik yaptığını vurgulayan Erdoğan, şu değerlendirmelerde bulundu:
“Çoğu çocuk ve kadın 67 bin Gazzelinin şehit edildiği, 170 bine yakın Gazzeli mazlumun yaralandığı bu toplu kıyımın bir an önce son bulması için gereken neyse Türkiye olarak hiç tereddütsüz yapıyoruz. İnsani yardımlardan diplomatik temaslara, ticaretin durdurulmasından Filistin Devleti’nin tanınmasına kadar her alanda yoğun çaba içindeyiz. Dünya liderleri ile görüşmelerimizde Gazze’deki soykırım ve İsrail’in artan saldırganlığı hep ilk sıralarda yer alıyor. Engel olunmadığı takdirde ‘arzımevut’ hezeyanıyla hareket eden İsrail hükümetinin bölgemizi sürükleyebileceği felaketlere dikkat çekiyoruz. Gayemiz, daha fazla masum ölmeden daha fazla yıkım yaşanmadan daha fazla kan ve gözyaşı akmadan bölgemizde kalıcı istikrarın sağlanmasıdır.
Gazzeli mazlumların iki yıldır çektiği acıların bir an evvel dinmesi en büyük arzumuzdur. ABD Başkanı Sayın Trump’ın barış çabalarına aktif destek vererek, bölgemizi, sıkıştığı bu cendereden süratle çıkarmak istiyoruz. Biz bir taraftan, Dışişleri Bakanımız ve Milli İstihbarat Teşkilatı Başkanımız diğer taraftan muhataplarımızla temas halindeyiz. Filistin direniş örgütü Hamas Sayın Trump’ın barış planına son derece müspet cevap vermiş, böylece barış iradesini çok net ortaya koymuştur.”
BARIŞ GÖRÜŞMELERİ
Başkan Erdoğan, “Barış tek kanatlı bir kuş değildir. Barışın tüm yükünü Hamas’a ve Filistinlilere yüklemek ne adildir ne doğrudur ne de gerçekçi bir yaklaşımdır.” dedi.
Şu anda barışa giden yolun önündeki en büyük engelin İsrail’in saldırıları olduğuna dikkati çeken Erdoğan, sözlerine şöyle devam etti:
“İsrail, Sayın Trump’ın açık çağrılarına rağmen olumlu atmosferi baltalayan saldırılarına devam etmektedir. Gerçekten barış isteniyorsa İsrail’in saldırıları derhal durdurulmalıdır. Kanla, katliamla, haydutlukla, canilikle, varılabilecek hiçbir yer olmadığını İsrail hükümetinin anlaması gerekiyor. İşte tam iki yıldır, soykırım suçlarında Hitler’i bile geride bıraktılar. 365 kilometrekareye hapsettikleri 2,5 milyon insana her türlü zulmü, barbarlığı reva gördüler. Gazetecileri, doktorları, insani yardım görevlilerini, canice katlettiler. Açlığı bir silah olarak kullanıp masum çocukları, açlıktan öldürdüler. Gazze’yi devasa bir enkaz yığınına çevirdiler ama ne yaptılarsa Gazze halkının direniş iradesini kıramadılar. Gazze’nin topraklarını savunan kahraman evlatlarına diz çöktüremediler. Gazze’yi dünyanın en büyük çocuk mezarlığına çevirdikleri halde Gazze halkını teslim alamadılar.”
ŞARM EL-ŞEYH’TE YAPILAN GÖRÜŞMELER
Erdoğan, zulüm olduğu sürece zalime direnen mazlumların da muhakkak olacağını dile getirdi.
İşgal sürdüğü müddetçe işgalcilere kıyam eden serdengeçtilerin de olacağına işaret eden Erdoğan, şunları kaydetti:
“Ateşkes ve adil bir barış tüm taraflar için en makul tercihtir. Bugün Şarm El-Şeyh’te yapılan görüşmeler kritik önemdedir. İnşallah, güzel bir haber almayı ümit ediyoruz. Biz bunun için çabalamaya devam edeceğiz. Bu süreçte Filistinli kardeşlerimizi de asla ve asla yalnız bırakmayacağız. Bu vesileyle, 5 Ekim Pazar günü 81 ilimizde özgürlüğe yürüyen milyonlara teşekkür ediyor, ‘Gazze için sessiz çığlık’ yürüyüşü düzenleyerek mazlumlara destek olan kadın kollarımızı canıgönülden tebrik ediyorum. 14 yıllık zulmün ardından nasıl Suriyeli kardeşlerimiz hürriyetlerine kavuştuysa, inşallah Filistinli kardeşlerimiz de muvaffak olacak, 1967 sınırları temelinde, başkenti Doğu Kudüs olan bir Filistin devleti mutlaka kurulacaktır. Rabb’im Filistinli kardeşlerimizin yar ve yardımcısı olsun. Rabb’im şehitlerimizin ruhlarını şad, mekanlarını cennet eylesin.”
Başkan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, “Belediyelerdeki itibar kaybının müsebbibi olan ana muhalefetin reform çabalarımızı desteklemesi bir nevi günahlarına kefaret olacaktır.” dedi.
Erdoğan, AK Parti Konferans Salonu’ndaki grup toplantısında yaptığı konuşmada, parti olarak tüm teşkilatla yaz aylarında da boş durmadıklarını, parti genel merkezle, Merkez Karar Yönetim Kurulu üyeleriyle, milletvekilleriyle, kadın ve gençlik kollarıyla yaz döneminde tam kadro sahada olduklarını belirtti.
Türkiye Yüzyılı buluşmalarıyla 49 günde ülkenin tamamında toplumun farklı kesimleriyle bir araya geldiklerini anımsatan Erdoğan, bu toplantılarda milletin tenkit ve tespitlerine kulak verdiklerini, fikirlerini not ettiklerini, kendilerine yepyeni ufuklar açan değerlendirmelerini hassasiyetle dinlediklerini söyledi.
“Biz siyaset yolculuğunu milletin kılavuzluğunda yapan bir partiyiz. Attığı her adımda önce milletin, sonra vicdanın sesine kulak verip öyle yürüyen, öyle hareket eden bir kadroyuz.” diyen Erdoğan, bu partiyi kuran, kuruluşundan yalnızca 15 ay sonra iktidara taşıyan, 24 yıldır partinin arkasında dağ gibi duranın millet olduğunu vurguladı.
Tam 24 senedir güçlerini sadece milletten aldıklarını, milletin çizdiği istikamette eğilmeden, bükülmeden dimdik yürüdüklerini dile getiren Erdoğan, bundan sonra da milletin rehberliğinde siyaset yaparak, milletin belirlediği rotadan sapmayacaklarını kaydetti.
Yeni yasama yılının çok mühim olduğunun altını çizen Erdoğan, yeni dönemde kendilerini çok yoğun bir gündem beklediğini aktardı.
Erdoğan, AK Parti ve Cumhur İttifakı olarak Meclis’in 4. yasama yılını çok daha verimli bir çalışma dönemi haline getirmek arzusunda olduklarını belirterek, “Komisyonlardan Genel Kurul aşamasına kadar Meclis’in tüm çalışma safhalarında her birinizden aktif katkı bekliyorum. Öncelikli vazifemizin yasama olduğunu unutmadan, vaktimizin ve enerjimizin kahir ekseriyetini inşallah oraya teksif edeceğiz. Ana muhalefetin boş gündemlerle, içi boş tartışmalarla bizi oyalamasına izin vermeyeceğiz. Millete ve memlekete hizmet aşkımızı örseleyecek her girişim karşısında uyanık olacağız.” diye konuştu.
“BELEDİYELERE YÖNELİK İNANCIN RESTORE EDİLMESİ ŞARTTIR”
AK Parti’nin fıtratı itibarıyla reformların partisi olduğunu ifade eden Erdoğan, Türkiye’ye son 23 yıldaki büyük dönüşümleri ve reformları AK Parti’nin yaşattığını söyledi.
Erdoğan, içinde bulunulan yasama yılını da ekonomiden yerel yönetimlere, hak ve özgürlüklerden adalete birçok alanda kritik reformların hayata geçirildiği bir dönem olarak tahayyül ettiklerini kaydetti.
Yerel yönetimlerde denge denetleme eksikliğinin can yakıcı sonuçlarına son dönemde yürütülen yolsuzluk operasyonlarında herkesin şahit olduğuna işaret eden Erdoğan, “Milyarlarca lira, belediyelere çöreklenmiş akbabalara adeta peşkeş çekilmiş ama ortada hizmetin, eserin, icraatın, yatırımın kırıntısı bile yok. Hizmet beklentisiyle yetkiyi veren halk ancak büyüyen, semiren, banka hesapları kabaran bir avuç tufeyliden başkası değildir. Hem yerel yönetimlere güveni zedeleyen hem de hizmet kalitesini dibe çeken bu sorunların üzerine mutlaka gidilmesi gerekiyor. Son skandallarla iyice törpülenen belediyelere yönelik inancın restore edilmesi şarttır.” dedi.
Erdoğan, Türkiye ekonomisini geleceğe hazırlayacak sanayide dönüşüm, dijital dönüşüm ve yeşil dönüşüm alanlarında iddialı hazırlıklar içinde olduklarını, bunları yakında Meclis’in takdirine sunacaklarını bildirdi.
Kamuda şeffaflığı, hesap verebilirliği ve verimliliği daha da artıracak bu reform hamlesine herkesin hüsnüniyetle destek vermesini temenni ettiklerini dile getiren Erdoğan, “Özellikle belediyelerdeki itibar kaybının müsebbibi olan ana muhalefetin reform çabalarımızı desteklemesi bir nevi günahlarına kefaret olacaktır.” diye konuştu.
“YÜREĞİN YETİYORSA ŞİMDİ DE SU BİDONUYLA KÜRSÜYE ÇIKSANA”
Erdoğan, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:
“Hal böyleyken beyefendi dün çıkmış, daha çöpünü bile düzenli toplayamadıkları milletten özür dileyeceğine, güya okul müdürlerine çağrı yapıyor. Öyle bir pişkinlik ki başkent halkına günlerdir Kerbela’yı yaşatıyorlar. Bir de utanmadan yok ‘Telefon edin, şunu yapalım, bunu yapalım’ diyorlar. Yahu sen önce çöpleri topla. Sen önce vatandaşa su ver. Sen önce milleti çöp dağlarından, kokudan kurtar. Sen önce rüşvet çamurunu bir temizle. Sizin hiç insafınız, hiç vicdanınız yok mu? 25 yıllık hizmetin üzerine tek bir artı koymadan 3-5 senede çarçur ettiniz. Şehirlerimizi 25-30 yıl öncesine götürdünüz. Milleti her gün trafikte perişan ediyorsunuz. Özür dileyeceğinize bir de yüzsüzce bize sataşıyorsunuz. Hadi milletten utanmıyorsunuz bari Allah’tan korkun. Hadi kendinize saygınız yok. Ankara’da elinde su bidonlarıyla bekleyen vatandaşımıza da mı saygınız yok? Çöp dağlarının arasında okuluna, işine, ofisine gitmeye çalışan insanımıza zerre kadar saygınız yok.
Aynaya baktığınızda yahu sizin hiç yüzünüz kızarmıyor mu? Grup kürsüsüne mazot bidonuyla çıkmayı biliyordun. Yüreğin yetiyorsa şimdi de su bidonuyla kürsüye çıksana. Kimden çekiniyor, kimden korkuyorsun? Normalde kendine ve halkına saygısı olan bir siyasetçi bütün bunlardan sonra suç bastırmaya çalışmaz, gündem saptırmaya hiç çalışmaz. Çıkar delikanlıca beceriksizliğinin, iş bilmezliğinin hesabını millete verir. Beyefendinin ortaya saçılan her skandala bir bahanesi var. Ama millete hesap verecek yüreği, cesareti, saygısı yok. Ne diyelim? Kukla genel başkanla ancak bu kadar oluyor. Verilen koordinatların dışına istese de çıkamıyor. Yıllarca kontrollü muhalefet edebiyatı yaptılar ama neticede kendileri kontrollü genel başkan oldular.”
Başkan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, “Darbelerden değil, milletin irfanından beslenen, demokrasi tecrübemizi fasılalara bölen askeri müdahalelerin kötü mirasını reddeden sivil bir anayasa, vatandaşlarımızın halen en büyük özlemidir.” dedi.
Erdoğan, AK Parti Konferans Salonu’ndaki grup toplantısında yaptığı konuşmada, Türk demokrasisini sivil damgalı yeni bir anayasayla taçlandırma iradelerinin dün olduğu gibi bugün de baki olduğunu vurguladı.
Şartlar ne olursa olsun bu hedeflerinden kopmadıklarını ve kopmayacaklarını belirten Erdoğan, şöyle konuştu:
“Bunun gerisinde şahsi kaygılar değil, küresel sebepler vardır. Şurası bilinen bir gerçektir. Hem 1961 Anayasası hem 1982 Anayasası demokratik işleyişe, bu işleyişin ayrılmaz parçası olan siyasi partilere, bilhassa da milli iradeye yönelik güvensizliğin izleriyle doludur. Anayasal metinlerin özüne ve sözüne sirayet eden bu vesayetçi ruh, pek çok yerde kendi varlığını yaşatacak burçlar, kaleler, kuleler inşa etmiştir. Yakın geçmişteki kapsamlı revizyonlara rağmen yeni ve sivil bir anayasa ihtiyacı tam olarak karşılanamadı. Darbelerden değil, milletin irfanından beslenen, demokrasi tecrübemizi fasılalara bölen askeri müdahalelerin kötü mirasını reddeden sivil bir anayasa, vatandaşlarımızın halen en büyük özlemidir. Yeni ve sivil bir anayasa hedefi tam da bu nedenle milli bir mesele olarak on yıllardır önümüzde duruyor.”
“28. DÖNEM PARLAMENTOMUZDAN ÇOK UMUTLUYUZ”
“Çağımızın gereklerine uygun, milletimizin talep ve beklentilerini karşılayan, 86 milyonun her bir ferdinin sahiplendiği yeni bir toplumsal sözleşmeye ihtiyaç, her geçen gün kendini daha fazla hissettiriyor. Dahası bu ihtiyacı hemen hemen tüm siyasi partiler açıkça ikrar ediyor.” diyen Erdoğan, şunları söyledi:
“Şunu bir kez daha altını çizerek söylemek isterim. 1982 Anayasası, miadını çoktan doldurmuştur. Türkiye Yüzyılı menziline, adaleti bir sağdan bir soldan asmakla tesis ettiğine inanan bir zihniyetin ürünü olan mevcut anayasayla varamayız. Siyaset kurumu olarak bu sorunu ne kadar erken çözebilirsek, ülkemize ve demokrasimize o derece büyük hizmet etmiş oluruz. Biz 28. Dönem Parlamentomuzdan bu bakımdan çok umutluyuz. İnşallah önümüzdeki dönemde bu özlemi giderecek somut fırsatlar ortaya çıktığında siyasi mazeretler ve kategorik itirazlar bir kenara bırakılır. AK Parti ve Cumhur İttifakı olarak bu konuda yapıcı bir yaklaşım içindeyiz ve uzlaşı ruhuyla hareket etmeye hazır olduğumuzu sık sık vurguluyoruz. Muhalefetten de benzer tavrı görmeyi arzu ediyoruz.”
“KUCAKLAYICI BİR TASAVVURLA SİYASET YAPMAYA DEVAM EDECEĞİZ”
Erdoğan, siyaset arenasında rekabet halinde olmalarının ülkenin ve milletin hayrına olan meselelerde ayrışacakları anlamına gelmeyeceğini dile getirerek, şu ifadeleri kullandı:
“Elbette yarışacağız, demokratik zeminde kıyasıya mücadele edeceğiz, birbirimizi kimi zaman en sert ifadelerle eleştireceğiz ama bunları yaparken siyasetin tabiatında mündemiç olan müzakere, diyalog ve uzlaşı kültürünü tamamen rafa kaldırmayacağız. Siyaseti dost-düşman kavramlarıyla tarif etmek doğru değildir. Siyasette düşman yoktur. Muarız ve muhasım yoktur. Rakip veya müttefik vardır. Her kim siyaseti dost düşman kavramları üzerinden tanımlıyorsa çok net biçimde Türkiye’ye ve Türk demokrasisine ihanet ediyor demektir. Biz siyasette böyle bir ayrımı reddediyoruz. Bu ikiliye kendimizi mahkum ve mecbur etmeyeceğiz. Kutuplaşma siyasetinin, kamplaşma siyasetinin içinde asla olmadık, bundan sonra da olmayacağız. 86 milyonun her bir mensubunun hassasiyetini gözeten, kuşatıcı ve kucaklayıcı bir tasavvurla siyaset yapmaya devam edeceğiz.”
“DOSTANE BİR ÇAY SOHBETİNİN ELEŞTİRİLECEK HİÇBİR YANI YOKTUR”
Yeni yasama yılının ilk gününde ortaya çıkan tablonun, umutlarının daha da artmasına vesile olduğunu belirten Erdoğan, şunları kaydetti:
“Siyasi partilerimizin saygıdeğer genel başkanlarının Meclis Başkanımızın davetine icabetle bir araya gelmesi, karşılıklı saygı içinde sohbet etmesi çok kıymetlidir. Dostane bir çay sohbetinin eleştirilecek hiçbir yanı yoktur, olamaz. Farklı siyasi çatılar altındaki aktörlerin asgari düzeyde de olsa irtibatı, saygıyı, nezaketi koruması, siyasetin zaten doğasında vardır. Tekrar söylüyorum, hiçbirimiz düşman değiliz. Millete hizmet yolunda farklı kulvarlarda koşturan rakipleriz. Demokrasi dairesi geniştir. Bunu daraltmak kimsenin haddi değildir. Ana muhalefet partisinin daha ilk gününde Meclis’ten firar etmesi tabii ki kendi bilecekleri bir iştir. Ana muhalefet ne yaparsa yapsın bizim açımızdan ki keenlemyekün hükmündendir. Biz CHP’nin ne varlığıyla bahtiyar oluruz ne de yokluğuyla kahroluruz ancak milli iradeye ve Gazi Meclis’e yönelik bir saygısızlık durumunda buna da kayıtsız kalmayız.”
Başkan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, TBMM’nin 28. Dönem 4. Yasama Yılı açılışında parti genel başkanlarıyla fotoğrafına ilişkin, “Fotoğrafa verilen tepkiler istisna değil, CHP’nin faşist zihniyetinin dışa vurumudur. Ya bendensin ya karşıdan siyasetinin somutlaşmış halidir.” dedi.
Erdoğan, AK Parti Konferans Salonu’nda düzenlenen, partisinin grup toplantısında konuştu.
“CHP ve marjinal yoldaşları ilk gün meclis özel oturumundan kaçarak millete hürmetsizlik etmişlerdir. Bununla da yetinmeyip medya ve sosyal medyadaki tetikçilerini siyasetin üzerine salmışlardır” ifadesini kullanan Erdoğan, bir çift kelamı, bir bardak çayı paylaştığı için siyasi parti genel başkanlarının linç edildiğini, taşlandığını ve “en rezil” hakaretlere maruz bırakıldığını vurguladı.
Erdoğan, şunları kaydetti:
“Şunu bir defa açık açık söylemek durumundayım. Gazeteci, akademisyen, siyasetçi, sosyal medya figürü maskeli bu linç korosu, öncelikle CHP’nin eseridir. Siyaseti dost düşman ikileminde gören CHP zihniyetinin eseridir. Linç korosunun karargahı da CHP Genel Merkezi’dir. Yıllarca şahsımızı ve partimizi hedef aldılar. Edepsizce bize saldırdılar. Yıllarca haysiyet cellatlığı yaptılar. Şimdi aynı koro, fotoğraf karesine giren herkesi hedef alıyor, önüne geleni yıldırmaya, yıpratmaya, sindirmeye, zorbalıkla baskı altına almaya çalışıyor. Sayın Özel de ‘tavşana kaç, tazıya tut’ siyasetiyle kendince vaziyeti idare ediyor. Sayın Özel, yemezler. Bunu ne bize ne de millete yutturabilirsiniz.”
“ÜLKEMİZ VE MİLLETİMİZ İÇİN EN DOĞRUSUNU YAPMAYA DEVAM EDECEĞİZ”
Erdoğan, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:
“Fotoğrafa verilen tepkiler istisna değil, CHP’nin faşist zihniyetinin dışa vurumudur. Ya bendensin ya karşıdan siyasetinin somutlaşmış halidir. Atalarımız, ‘can çıkar, huy çıkmaz’ demiş. Bunların durumu da işte aynen böyle. Yıllar geçiyor ancak CHP’nin faşizan kodlarında hiçbir değişim olmuyor. CHP’nin değil müstakil bir siyasete, kendisinin yer almadığı bir fotoğrafa dahi tahammülünün olmadığını böylece görmüş olduk. Rabb’im bu milleti bunların eline düşürmesin diyorum. Onlar meşreplerinin gereğini yapacaklar, biz de ülkemiz ve milletimiz için en doğrusunu yapmaya devam edeceğiz. Şimdiye kadar bunlara aldırmadık, prim vermedik. Bundan sonra da aldırış etmeyeceğiz. İnşallah Cumhur İttifakı olarak kendi içimizde ortaya koyacağımız güçlü dayanışmayla ve gerektiğinde milli meselelerde sağlayacağımız geniş uzlaşmalarla meclisin yeni yasama yılını en verimli şekilde değerlendireceğiz.”
Genel Kurul, komisyon ve grup çalışmalarına yapacakları katkılardan dolayı katılımcılara şükranlarını sunan Erdoğan, “Bugüne kadar girdiğimiz her mücadelede desteğini yanımızda bulduğumuz Cumhur İttifakı’ndaki ortağımız Milliyetçi Hareket Partisine ve Sayın Devlet Bahçeli’ye bir kez daha teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Aynı şekilde linç korosunun her türlü azgınlığına rağmen Meclisimize yakışanı yapan siyasi partilerin genel başkanlarına da tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.” ifadesini kullandı.
Erdoğan, Meclis’in tatilde olduğu süreçte Cumhurbaşkanı ve hükümet olarak yurt içinde ve yurt dışında sürdürdükleri çalışmaların yer aldığı videoyu katılımcılara izletti.

Hep beraber Meclisiyle, genel merkeziyle, kabinesiyle bu aşkı daima canlı tutacak, milletimize hizmette rehavete asla kapılmayacağız.” diye konuştu.
“İSTİKBALİMİZİ 86 MİLYONUN MÜŞTEREK UMUTLARI ÜZERİNE BİNA EDECEĞİZ”
Yarım asırlık terör musibetinden ülkeyi kurtarmak amacıyla yürüttükleri “Terörsüz Türkiye” sürecini büyük bir sabır ve samimiyetle devam ettirdiklerini söyleyen Erdoğan, TBMM’de kurulan komisyonun önemli işlere imza attığını aktardı.
Güvenlik ve istihbarat birimlerinin görev alanlarıyla ilgili sorumluluklarını titizlikle yerine getirdiğini belirten Erdoğan, şöyle devam etti:
“Sabotajlara karşı çok dikkatli ve temkinliyiz ama jeopolitik risklerin giderek yükseldiği bir dönemde elimizi çabuk tutmamız gerektiğinin de farkındayız. Kendi insanımızla birlikte sınırlarımızın ötesindeki Kürt kardeşlerimizi de Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin güven veren dostluğuna, kopmaz bağlarla bağlamak mecburiyetindeyiz. İnşallah bunu da başaracağız. Tıpkı on asır önce olduğu gibi Türkler, Kürtler ve Araplar olarak ortak tarih ve ortak gelecek tasavvuruyla istikbali birlikte inşa edeceğiz. Şunu da bir an olsun aklımızdan çıkarmayacağız, acıyı, öfkeyi, nefreti, referans alarak sağlıklı bir gelecek inşa edilemez. Bundan dolayı ortak istikbalimizi acılar üzerine değil, 86 milyonun müşterek umutları üzerine bina edeceğiz.”

AK Parti Grup Başkanı Güler, yasama çalışmalarına ilişkin bilgi verdi
Öte yandan Başkan Erdoğan’dan önce kürsüye çıkan AK Parti Grup Başkanı Abdullah Güler, 28. Dönem 4. Yasama yılının ilk grup toplantısının AK Parti Genel Merkezi’nde Başkan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın talimatları ile yapıldığını söyledi.
TBMM’de bugüne kadar 105 kanun teklifinin kabul edildiğini aktaran Güler, “Bunun 46’sı, kanun teklifi içeriğine baktığımızda toplamda 1153 maddenin müzakeresi ve çalışmaları tamamlanmış oldu. 59 adet de milletlerarası anlaşmayı tamamlamış olduk.” dedi.
Çalışmalarına devam ettikleri bazı kanun tekliflerinin bulunduğunu belirten Güler, “Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığımız Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğümüze dair çalışmalarımız tamamlandı. İnşallah, bu hafta itibarıyla Meclis Başkanlığımıza sunacağız. Gündemimizde, Milli Parklar ve Doğa Korumaya ilişkin kanun teklifimiz var. Onların da çalışmaları tamamlanmış oldu. İnşallah cuma günü itibarıyla onu da Meclis Başkanlığımıza sunacağız.” bilgisini paylaştı.
Güler, Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı ile yürütülen bir maliye çalışmasının olduğunu anımsatarak, “Aynı zamanda MASAK Başkanlığımız ile ilgili bir çalışmamız var. Bu konudaki çalışmalarımız devam ediyor. Önümüzdeki haftalarda inşallah bu çalışmalarımızı tamamlamış olacağız.” diye konuştu.
11. Yargı Paketi’ne dair Adalet Bakanlığıyla çalışmalara devam ettiklerini dile getiren Güler, “Önümüzdeki haftalarda da bunu tamamlamak suretiyle Meclis Başkanlığımıza sunmuş olacağız.” bilgisini aktardı.
Bugüne kadar, yaklaşık 2,5 yıllık süre içerisinde Meclis Başkanlığında 9 araştırma komisyonu kurulduğunu, 8 araştırma komisyonunun çalışmalarını tamamladığını anlatan Güler, “3’ünün raporu Meclis Başkanlığımıza sunuldu. Diğerlerinin de raporları tamamlanmak üzere. Önümüzdeki günlerde bu raporlar tamamlanmak suretiyle Meclis Başkanlığımıza sunulacak.” dedi.
Engelli bireylerin toplumsal hayata katılımlarının güçlendirilmesine yönelik meclis araştırma komisyonunun çalışmalarının da devam ettiğini vurgulayan Güler, “3 ay artı bir uzatmayla bu çalışmalarımız da tamamlanmış olacak.” diye konuştu.

AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Minister Gürhan Albayrak: We will not let Eskişehir residents lose their rights! Public receivables of 550 thousand liras must be accounted for
AK Party Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Gürhan Albayrak made remarkable statements about the three political programs held at the Atatürk Culture Art and Congress Center (AKM) belonging to Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, during the term of former CHP Eskişehir Provincial Chairman Talat Yalaz. Albayrak stated that the CHP Provincial Congress held on October 19, 2025, the program held on March 8, 2026 with the participation of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, and the local organization of the group meeting held in the past weeks were carried out by the then CHP Provincial Chairman Talat Yalaz and his team.

Can Acun said, “A while ago, I carried out various field studies in Iraq in the context of the Development Road Project. I had the chance to meet with many main actors there. I also met with the officials of the Bedir organization and political structure, to which the Minister of Transport is affiliated. All of them stated that they definitely supported the project in these meetings and that it was seriously important for the future of Iraq.” he said.
Can Acun said, “There is a new government in Iraq, a new Prime Minister, a cabinet formed by him and a certain struggle within the framework of internal political balances.” he said.
Stating that highways, train lines, various industrial zones and new agricultural areas will be created with the Development Road Project, Can Acun said, “We see that it is a project exceeding 20 billion dollars.” he said.
Drawing attention to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and the events in Babülmendep, Can Acun said, “In this sense, we can talk about an equation in which the Development Road Project has become much more important. THE AXIS OF THE DISCUSSIONS IN IRAQ
Emphasizing the size of the economic volume that will be created with the Development Road Project, Acun pointed to Iraq’s internal balance. He stated that there are discussions between different political groups in the country on many issues, from how the process will work to the routes to be used, whether Hashd al-Shaabi elements will play a role in security or not, to the sharing of the financial share and revenue that will arise.
Can Acun said, “This signature issue in Türkiye should be evaluated in this context. We should not read it as a party against the project, but on the contrary, we can read it as a manifestation of Iraq’s internal balances in the context of sharing the new wealth that may occur here.” He included his statements.
HOW DOES IRAN APPROACH THE PROJECT?
While many evaluations were made on social media about its closeness to Iran after Iraqi Minister of Transport Veheb Salman Muhammed resisted signing, Can Acun touched on Tehran’s approach. Acun noted that Iran has an ambivalent position. Can Acun said, “Although Iran seems to support the project from the outside, it may have an impact in terms of breaking the blockade it has currently created in the context of the Strait of Hormuz. It can also be seen as a project that can reduce Iran’s strategic importance in the connectivity corridors. In this context, it may try to use various influence forces within Iraq. However, almost all the actors within Iraq, that is, even the groups working closely with Iran, have to officially support the project. Because I think this project is really critical for the future of Iraq.”
