Halkalı-Arnavutköy metro line is put into service
Metro works carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in Istanbul continue rapidly. Halkalı-Arnavutköy Line will be put into service by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on June 19. Minister of Internal Affairs Mustafa Çiftçi stated that the places of duty of 430 civil administrators were redetermined with the decision published in the Official Gazette.
430 ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER’S PLACE OF DUTY HAS CHANGED
In his post on his NSosyal account, Minister Çiftçi stated that, with the approval and appreciation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Civil Administration Chiefs Appointment Decree of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was published.
Explaining that with the decision, the places of duty of a total of 430 civil administrators serving in the central and provincial organizations of the ministry, who completed their service period in their current duty positions or were evaluated based on their service and excuse situations, were re-determined based on merit, seniority, service requirements and institutional needs, Çiftçi shared the following information:
“In this context, 11 of the 15 civil administrators serving in our provincial organization were appointed to positions in our central organization, including 4 as district governors and 4 as deputy governors. In addition, 208 civil administrators were appointed from the district governorship to the district governorship, 82 from the district governorship to the deputy governorship, 74 from the deputy governorship to the deputy governorship, and 32 from the deputy governorship to the district governorship. Minister Göktaş: We will strengthen the service bond between our citizens abroad and our state!
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş attended the signing ceremony of the cooperation protocol between the ministry and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB). Deputy Minister Sevim Sayım Madak and YTB President Abdulhadi Turus attended the ceremony held at the Ministry. Alphabet proposals for Kazakh and Kyrgyz Turkish languages were approved within the framework of the Common Turkish Alphabet.
According to the statement made by TDK, the 4th meeting of the Turkic World Joint Alphabet Commission, which is one of the important points on the way to linguistic and cultural unity of the Turkic world, was held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
TDK President Prof. Dr. The meeting, attended by Osman Mert with his delegation, was carried out under the coordination of the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkish States.
At the meeting, alphabet proposals for Kazakh and Kyrgyz Turkish, based on the Common Turkish Alphabet accepted by mutual agreement in 2024, were officially approved for the first time and shared with the public.
With the final declaration signed after comprehensive scientific negotiations, guidelines were determined that will ensure the implementation of the Common Turkish Alphabet in a consistent, synchronized and coordinated manner.
SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE PRACTICAL USE OF THE ALPHABET
This step, which will raise the cultural and humanitarian ties in the Turkish world to the next level, is expected to facilitate the preservation of common language heritage and the direct, unhindered communication of future generations with each other.
Within the scope of the final declaration, coordinated steps will be taken to practically implement the accepted alphabet structures in the fields of education, science, publishing, media and especially digital communication.
Turkish Language Association, with its academic knowledge and mission, will play a leading role in the preparation of educational materials, scientific studies and digital content that will be needed for the practical use of the alphabet.
