Although there were unpleasant events that did not suit the spirit of Nevruz in previous years, we have seen that these incidents have decreased significantly in the last two years with the influence of our Terror-Free Turkey process. We are also doing what is necessary against the scoundrels who play with the nerve endings of our nation by using Nevruz as an excuse, as in Diyarbakır and Istanbul. Stating that they hosted United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres at the Presidential Complex on March 12 and presented him with the Atatürk International Peace Prize, Erdoğan thanked Guterres, who has demonstrated a principled and consistent attitude against humanitarian crises, especially the genocide in Gaza, from the very beginning.

Minister Tekin attended the “8th Scientific Council Meeting of the Turkish Academy” in Turkestan
Speaking at the meeting, Minister Tekin stated that the historical, cultural and intellectual heritage of the Turkish world should be made more visible in the scientific literature, and emphasized the importance of conducting more intensive academic studies, especially in the field of social sciences. Tekin; He said that studies in fields such as political science, culture, folklore, archeology and anthropology will contribute to strengthening the collective memory. In this context, Tekin, citing Balasagunlu Yusuf Has Hacib, one of the important figures in the history of Turkish thought, as an example, stated that Has Hacib’s works have an important place in terms of human and universal values and stated that such studies should find more space in the scientific literature.

Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek, Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic Durus Kozuev and President of the Turkish Academy Shahin Mustafayev also attended the meeting. Following the meeting, the decisions taken by the Science Council were signed.
