The bridge, which is thought to have been built as a two-storey building in the 19th century, lies collapsed over the Arpaçay River separating the Türkiye-Armenia border. Despite the wars, occupations and earthquakes it has suffered for centuries, Ani is an important archaeological site in terms of world history with its architectural ruins from different civilizations. The restoration of the bridge is also important for tourism.

We did not deviate from the direction of our nation – Last Minute News
He spoke at the Presidents’ Meeting: I would like to thank all party members who work with the motto “Service to the public is service to God” in 81 provinces of Türkiye. I would like to express once again how happy I feel to be the Chairman of such an organization that has no other purpose than service for its country and nation. He enjoys the rightful honor of being a member of such a movement with a white name, a white reputation, and a clean record in the face of the corruption that erupts from left and right; I congratulate you for not adding the slightest stain to our cause. We are walking determinedly on this blessed path with the blessings of our nation.
As you know, this year we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of our party. We have been walking with determination on this blessed path, which we set out on August 14, 2001, with the claim that “Nothing will ever be the same again”, with the support and blessings of our beloved nation for 25 years. Despite many attacks targeting our party, we gave our back first to God and then to the people; We have come to this day without deviating from the direction drawn by the nation. Thank God, we have been working day and night for 25 years without disappointing the hope of our beloved nation, with the understanding of the heavy responsibility it has placed on us. We intend to evaluate the 25th anniversary of its founding in accordance with its importance and meaning for both our party and our struggle for democracy and development, and the exceptional position it represents in our history. On the one hand, we will remember our 25 years of service and work policy every day, every moment, and on the other hand, we will put forward the vision of the second quarter century in which we will achieve greater success. We will also take care of ourselves, identify where we have shortcomings and mistakes, and make self-criticism boldly without getting caught up in any complexes.

As I always say; We will mind our business and look ahead. Guided by our 25 years of experience, we will focus on determining the road map of what kind of Türkiye we want to see in the next 25 years. I expect each of you to approach our 25th anniversary events, which we will celebrate with great pride, with this understanding. We, as the AK Party; We are a political movement whose sole goal, aim and purpose is to serve and produce services for the nation and the country.
AK PARTY BADGE FOR BURCU KÖKSAL
WELCOME, YOU HAVE ENJOYMENT
After his speech, Erdoğan pinned the party badges on Afyonkarahisar Mayor Burcu Köksal, Dinar Mayor Veysel Topçu and the municipal council members, who resigned from CHP and joined the AK Party. Wishing that the new participants will be beneficial to the party and the country, President Erdoğan said, “I say ‘Welcome to us, you have brought joy to our Afyonkarahisar and Dinar Mayors and municipal council members, who will continue their struggle to serve Türkiye under the umbrella of the AK Party from today onwards.'”

SEND FROM KÖKSAL TO ÖZEL
Burcu Köksal, whose badge was worn, made her first speech at the AK Party podium. Köksal said, “I will walk on the same path with those who believe in the sanctity of the family and respect the values of society.”
OUR DOOR IS OPEN TO EVERYONE WHO THINKS ABOUT TURKEY
In 25 years, we have never allowed the AK Party’s position as the center of Turkish politics to be undermined. Regardless of lifestyle, origin, disposition or sect; We opened our doors wide to everyone who thinks Türkiye-centered and embraces our principles. Today, we continue to do politics along the same lines. Just as we embrace each of our 81 provinces without any discrimination; We add those who want to serve their country and nation to our ranks with the same feelings.
WE CANNOT TURN OUR BACK ON THE TURKISH DIASPORA
What is the difference between our more than 7 million brothers and sisters abroad and our 86 million citizens living in our country? We cannot turn our backs on the Turkish diaspora just because the opposition wants it that way. We will continue to embrace our citizens, whether in our country or abroad.

CHP’S DIRTY POLITICS CANNOT TAKE US AWAY
The dirty politics of the CHP administration, which has lost its balance, cannot stop us from our dirty path. In the light of the experiences of 25 years, we will strive to shape a vision that will shape the next quarter century of Türkiye and Turkish democracy and a new vision that will instill hope in the nation. We will not allow those who have no business with service, plans, projects, horizons and vision to occupy us with their own shallow agendas.
LEAVE THE TABER JARGON
Political style is the mirror of the person. The capacity gap in politics cannot be closed by attacking this and that, insulting this and that with the tavern jargon. The CHP administration should have stopped mocking the minds of the citizens and should have devoted the energy it spent on creating slander and discord to confronting its own mistakes.
YOU PLAYED YOUR LIVES ON JULY 15
You played a great role in crowning the War of Independence with victory and defeating the July 15 treason. I would like to express my gratitude to our farmers who set tractor tires on fire on the night of July 15, flocked to the squares and defended the national will at the expense of their lives.

We will provide financing opportunities up to 10 million dollars to our agricultural enterprises with a grace period of 24 months and a maturity of up to 7 years, depending on the project size.
This year, we increased the project limit amount to receive support. We will donate 50 to 70 percent of the amount for projects ranging from 100 thousand lira to 30 million lira.
President Erdoğan spoke at the 14 May World Farmers’ Day Program held at Beştepe Nation Congress and Culture Center. Highlights from Erdoğan’s speech, where he announced good news to farmers: I congratulate the World Farmers Day of all farmers in 81 provinces who irrigate their lands with the sweat of their brows, blend the crops with their labor, and add strength to Türkiye’s power and abundance to its tables with their production.

We hope to implement a system in which the labor of our valued farmers, who are the main artery of the agricultural sector, will not be wasted, they will not experience marketing problems, and their products will be processed in the right place and in the right industrial facility. This year, we are launching the Transformation Project of the Turkish Agricultural Food Sector for Employment and Rural Welfare, which will be implemented through our Ministry and with the resources provided by the World Bank. With the project, we will facilitate access to finance for entrepreneurs who want to invest in agriculture and food. We will provide repayment financing and credit guarantee system support up to 80 percent of the investment amount. We will provide our businesses with financing opportunities of up to 10 million dollars, with a maturity of up to 7 years, with a grace period of 24 months, and depending on the size of the project.

This financial support will be given to facility construction and machinery and equipment investments in the field of agriculture and food. We are making the first 750 million dollars of this 5.3 billion dollar financing package, which we planned for 10 years, available to our entrepreneurs in 2026. Again, within the scope of this project, we will create a loan volume of approximately 500 million dollars for our farmers who have problems accessing credit and engage in primary production, with the mechanism that will include the Credit Guarantee Fund. Thus, we will create new channels for 400 thousand farmers to market their products and bring new employment opportunities to 250 thousand citizens. I hope that the Transformation Project of the Turkish Agricultural Food Sector for Employment and Rural Welfare will be beneficial to our farmers, producers and Turkish agriculture.

INVESTIGATIONS ARE CONDUCTED SECRETLY

Last Minute | New good news for farmers from President Erdoğan! “We do not have a food supply security problem”
Breaking news: President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said, “On the one hand, while protecting our country and nation from the circle of fire surrounding us with our balanced foreign policy, on the other hand, we managed to ensure the food safety of our 86 million citizens without any problems.” he said.
Erdoğan attended the 14 May World Farmers’ Day Program held at Beştepe Nation Congress and Culture Center.
Expressing his heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for organizing the meeting where they breathed the air of production and abundance, Erdoğan congratulated the World Farmers’ Day of all the farmers in 81 provinces, in the person of the farmers in the hall, who irrigate the land with their sweat, blend the crops with their labor, and add strength to Türkiye’s power and abundance to its table with their production.
Wishing all farmers to have a productive year full of abundance and abundance, Erdoğan said:
“May God reward your efforts in the best possible way. Finally, I am sending my strongest messages of solidarity from here to all my brothers and sisters in different parts of our geography, especially in Gaza and the West Bank, whose lands that they once cultivated were usurped and unfortunately irrigated with blood and suffering. God willing, we will all be blessed to see those beautiful days when those fertile lands become joyful again, trees grow green again, children laugh and have fun with joy.” “Let it be done.”
“If agriculture and animal husbandry are surviving in Türkiye today, if production and exports are breaking new records every year, it is because of your sweat,” said Erdoğan, adding the following:
“If our land, water resources and forests are protected in the most efficient way in Türkiye today, your attention has an impact on this. Every product that comes to our table has your pure intention, pure labor and sincere effort. Likewise, if the chains of tutelage have been broken in Türkiye and our democracy has gained a stronger structure, this has your blessing and support. You have a great role in crowning the War of Independence with victory and defeating the July 15 treason. Today, I would like to express my gratitude once again to all our farmers who set tractor tires on fire on the night of July 15, flocked to the streets, avenues and squares and defended the national will at the expense of their lives. May God bless you and keep your absence from this country, this nation and this ummah.
“SOIL IS PRECIOUS TO US, JUST LIKE WATER”
President Erdoğan stated that agriculture and land have a very important place in his pyramid of values and said:
“First of all, we are members of a belief that sees the world as the field of the afterlife. We strive to plow this field in the best and most productive way in what we cultivate and do. Soil is dear to us, just like water. It is life, blessing, abundance. Soil is also a means of purity and cleansing. The fact that we perform tayammum with soil in places where we cannot access water is a sign of a world of wisdom that contains many meanings. For us, soil is only with the blessings on it.” I would like to share with you an anecdote attributed to the late Yahya Kemal. One day, a foreign diplomat asked him about the population of our country. One of them said, ‘Sir, the population in your country recently. “According to what we read in the newspapers, Türkiye’s population is estimated to be approximately 14 million.” Then, without hesitation, Yahya Kemal gives the following answer: “I counted the things under the ground, because we live together with them.” Yes, my dear brothers, the land is blessed for us, as well as the people under it. With this understanding, we have cared for our land and our farmers who work it with their hard work.
“HE WHO HOLDS THE KEYS TO THE WAREHOUSE HAS THE POWER”
Reminding that they provided a total of 706 billion liras of support to agriculture last year, including direct support, credit support, investment allowance, intervention purchases and export supports, Erdoğan continued as follows:
“We have increased this figure to 939 billion liras for this year. Everyone now accepts this fact. In addition to water stress and climate crisis, the recent epidemics, hot wars and conflicts have also confirmed the importance of food supply security. Recently, we see that the concept called ‘food nationalism’ has become widespread on a global scale. Thank God, as Turkey, we have taken precautions against all of these in advance. We made our planning according to these facts, saying ‘Whoever has the keys to the warehouse has the power’. On the one hand, we have a balanced foreign policy.” “While protecting our country and nation from the ring of fire that surrounded us with our policy, we have also managed to ensure the food safety of our 86 million citizens without any problems. We have been on alert since the first day to prevent the conflicts that deeply shook Iran and our sister countries in the Gulf from affecting our agricultural production. We have already supplied fertilizer and fertilizer raw materials in agriculture, and our fertilizer stocks are at a sufficient level.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said, “Our dams are filling up, and we do not have any problems with irrigation. Hopefully, our crop production, which decreased the previous year due to agricultural frost and drought events, will rise again this year.” he said.
In his speech at the May 14 World Farmers’ Day Program held at Beştepe Nation Congress and Culture Center, Erdoğan reminded that they have implemented a series of additional measures, from reducing customs duty to zero and stopping exports.
Stating that there is no problem in agricultural production and food supply security, Erdoğan said that they are now making preparations for autumn planting in fertilizer.
Pointing out that 206 types of agricultural products are currently grown in our heavenly homeland, Erdoğan continued his words as follows:
“We are self-sufficient in most of these. Look, these figures are not given by us, but by the international organization; we are 3rd in the world in vegetable production and 4th in fruit. We are in the top 3 in 21 plant products. Likewise, we are at the top in the world and in Europe in raw milk, beef, chicken meat and eggs. We are the leader in Europe in honey production and the second in aquaculture. We are among the top 10 countries in the world in seed production. “We are exporting seeds to the country. Thank God, the rainfall has been good since the beginning of this year. Our dams are filling up and we do not have any problems with irrigation. Hopefully, our crop production, which decreased the previous year due to frost and drought events, will increase again this year. I hope this year will be a very fruitful year for many products, especially strategic products such as cereals.”
“OUR CAGR SUPPORT PROGRAM HAS STARTED TO BEAR FRUIT”
President Erdoğan stated that rural development forms the basis not only of agriculture but also of development policies.
Emphasizing that his priorities in this field are especially for young people and women to become the main actors of rural development, Erdoğan said:
“The aim is to increase the number of our breeder animals, to strengthen our family businesses, and to ensure that our women and young people take more part in animal husbandry. These are the targets we particularly focus on. Our Rural Abundance Livestock Support and Rural Abundance Sheep Support Projects were in great demand among our producers. We will make these support programs permanent, where our citizens procure animals at low cost and with affordable loans, and the annual maintenance and feeding expenses and insurance premiums are covered by the state. Our cattle support program has begun to bear fruit. Thank God, calves are being born, herds are growing, production is getting stronger. Applications for our sheep support program have been completed. We will deliver the first animals to the beneficiaries next month. On the other hand, we allocated 20 percent of the 10 billion lira budget we allocated to the Rural Development Investments Program to young people and 30 percent to our family businesses. This year, we increased both our grant support rate and the project limit amount to receive support from 100 thousand liras. “We will grant 50 to 70 percent of the amount for projects up to TL. Applications will continue until June 12.”
Erdoğan invited young people, women producers and all citizens engaged in agriculture to benefit from this advantageous program.
FOOD SUPPLY SECURITY
President Erdoğan said that they have left 2 years behind in the revolutionary production planning in which they determined which products will be planted where in agriculture.
Explaining that they identify livestock, dairy and poultry production regions and provide extra incentives for investments to be made in these areas, Erdoğan said, “Thankfully, we do not currently have a food supply security problem, thanks to the practices we have implemented, especially production planning. However, we are also implementing new regulations and support mechanisms to continue these efforts and to prevent food problems in the future.” he said.
TRANSFORMATION PROJECT OF TURKISH AGRICULTURAL FOOD SECTOR FOR EMPLOYMENT AND RURAL WELFARE
Stating that he wanted to share the project, which they see as a new move in rural development, with the nation, President Erdoğan stated that they have moved on to the second phase of planning in agriculture.
Pointing out that they will now plan agricultural investments in this new stage, Erdoğan said:
We are making the first $750 million of this $5.3 billion financing package, which we planned for 10 years, available to our entrepreneurs in 2026. Again, within the scope of this project, we will create a loan volume of approximately 500 million dollars for our farmers who have problems accessing credit and engage in primary production, with the mechanism that will include the Credit Guarantee Fund. Thus, we will create new channels for our 400 thousand farmers to market their products and bring new employment opportunities to 250 thousand citizens. “I hope that the Transformation Project of the Turkish Agricultural Food Sector for Employment and Rural Welfare will be beneficial to our farmers, producers and Turkish agriculture.”

BREAKING NEWS | Reaction from President Erdoğan to the CHP administration: They should stop mocking the minds of the citizens
Emphasizing that there is no distinction between old and new in political styles, Erdoğan said, “There is no arrogance in our understanding. There is no boasting, looking down on the nation, or disrespect for the nation. In our country, there is a competition for service and work. There is a competition to enter the hearts of the nation. We are all soldiers of the cause of service to Türkiye and the Turkish nation. We will run without stopping and resting until we build the Turkish Century. I am very well aware that each of my friends here has the same sensitivities as me.” I know, I trust you.” he said.
TURKISH CITIZENS ABROAD
“Our citizens living abroad also have their share of the opposition’s problematic approach, which remains in your power no matter what.” Using the statement, Erdoğan stated that opposition actors, including the chairmen, continue to exclude, marginalize and treat more than 7 million citizens who have turned their homeland into a homeland and treat them as second-class citizens.
President Erdoğan continued his words as follows:
“Remember, last summer, they did nothing for a patriotic brother of ours whose heart was burning with longing for his homeland, just because he praised Türkiye. One of them even had a foul mouth and went so far as to use the term ‘excuse me’ towards our people. They didn’t even have the decency to apologize for this. They continued to talk about political morality and respect for citizens as if nothing had happened. As long as we wait for them to correct their mistakes, you see that they continue to insist on their mistakes. They turn every opportunity they get into a lynching campaign against our brothers living in Europe.
We witnessed this once again last week. Our Minister of Family and Social Services visited our tradesmen living there during his visit to Belgium. What was it, why was he visiting our tradesmen abroad? Why don’t we visit tradesmen in Türkiye but in Europe? A person has some conscience, a sense of justice, and enough political intelligence to follow his opponents. Let’s say these don’t exist. At least people have national consciousness. As in the famous story, where should we fix this?
Erdoğan stated that the AK Party and the People’s Alliance are the team that comes together with the tradesmen most frequently and has the strongest contact with the business circles, from merchants to industrialists.

Explaining that mayors and provincial and district leaders knock on the doors of merchants in their provinces and districts at every opportunity and ask how they are doing, Erdoğan said:
“Our cabinet meets and consults with various segments of our society, especially our economic management and business world. Secondly, what is the difference between our more than 7 million brothers and sisters living abroad and our 86 million citizens living within the borders of our country? For God’s sake, what is the difference between our tradesmen in our 81 provinces and our people who earn their living from halal income in different parts of the world, from Europe to Asia, from Africa to America? 60-70 years ago How can we see these brothers of ours, who went to Europe with a suitcase, worked under very difficult conditions, were humiliated at times, discriminated against at times, but eventually made the bitter homeland their second home with their labor, sweat and strength, and became the example of good morals and honesty abroad? First of all, let everyone know, understand and accept this, just as our brothers in Ankara Sırakçılar Yokuşu are our people, so too are our citizens in Berlin and Brussels. “Just as our tradesmen in Kulu are the lifeblood of our commercial life, our Kulu brothers in Sweden are important contributions to the Turkish economy. Just as we are proud of the Ahis from Emirdağ in Afyon, we are equally proud of the success of the people of Emirdağ in Belgium.”
“WE WILL CONTINUE KNOCKING ON THEIR DOORS, LIKE THE OPPOSITION, NOT FROM ELECTION TO ELECTION, BUT AT OTHER TIMES”
President Erdoğan stated that the share of citizens abroad in tourism revenues alone is over 11 billion dollars.
Pointing out that when they add their contributions in diplomacy, culture, commerce, education and science to this figure, a truly proud picture emerges, Erdoğan said:
“This being the case, knocking on the doors of these citizens, visiting them, asking about their well-being and memories is causing trouble for some people. However, what should be questioned here is never our being together with our brothers abroad. What should be questioned is that the opposition parties do not have such an agenda. What should be criticized is that those who make politics in this country ignore our citizens who have roots in hundreds of countries of the world. What should be ashamed is that they insult the European Turkish community, which is an integral part of our nation, These are alienating and divisive discourses. What is truly disgraceful is the despicable mentality that insults the Turkey-loving hearts that successfully represent our country abroad by calling them ‘bullshit.’ “We will continue to embrace them. We will continue to knock on their door not from election to election like the opposition, but also at other times, and share their troubles and joys. We will always continue to stand by our 7 million people who have turned abroad into a home, with our Consulates General, our diplomatic missions, our Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, our AK Party Foreign Relations Directorate and all our other institutions.”
