Following the Istanbul Anatolian 29th Civil Court of First Instance and the Regional Court of Justice, the Constitutional Court also put the final point. The Supreme Court stated that CHP’s claims were not based on any concrete evidence and factual basis, and ruled that there was no violation of rights in the compensation decision given in favor of former Minister Albayrak.
