The report noted that the US-China rivalry has gained the character of a “new cold war” and stated that trade wars have reshaped global supply chains and that the African continent is at the center of the great powers’ struggle for influence.
“OUR COUNTRY HAS DEEPENED ITS GOAL OF A TERRORISM-FREE Türkiye”
At this historical crossroads where global power balances are redefined, the report states that Türkiye will experience a strategic “balance and fortification” period in both foreign policy and internal security in 2025. “Our country, which has once again proven its diplomatic capacity with its effective mediation role in regional crises such as Gaza and Ukraine, has deepened the Terrorism-Free Turkey process, which is the most critical internal security and social peace goal of the “Turkey Century” vision. Gaining momentum with the important steps taken in the first quarter of 2025 and concrete calls for disarmament.” “Terrorism-Free Turkey is moving towards a social consensus with the contribution of the National Solidarity, Fraternity and Democracy Commission. With the goal of Terrorism-Free Turkey, our country will have achieved not only a security success but also an important strategic achievement in terms of self-determination and regional stability in an age of global uncertainties.”

In the report, “While meeting the intelligence needs of our State and institutions, our National Intelligence Organization closely follows technological developments and follows a hybrid working method by combining them with classical intelligence methods. MIT TOOK AN ACTIVE ROLE FROM THE START TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE SYRIAN CRISIS
Foreign intelligence approach; In the report, it is emphasized that the MIT Directorate, shaped in accordance with the foreign policy sensitivities and strategy of the state, continues to expand its field of activity both in the field and at the table and to advance its role in strategic decision-making processes by acting with a proactive and pioneering spirit. “MİT, which took an active role in the process from the beginning to the solution of the Syrian crisis, approached Syria from a holistic perspective for more than a year after the December 8 Revolution. On the other hand, in the process of building a new state, proactive steps were taken against new threats that may arise against our country in Syria and prevented the emergence of new threats to our national security in our border region.”
INTENSE INTELLIGENCE DIPLOMACY WAS CONDUCTED WITH ALL ACTORS FOR A CEASE CEASE IN GAZA
The report states that the Organization, which carries out intensive intelligence diplomacy with all relevant actors on permanent ceasefire, humanitarian aid, prisoner exchange, Palestinian Internal Consensus and Two-State Solution in order to end the war in Gaza, which has deeply affected the security architecture of the Middle East and turned into a great human tragedy, has made a concrete contribution to achieving positive results by acting as a bridge between all parties in overcoming the problems experienced in the ceasefire negotiations, and will offer serious gains in political, economic and social dimensions, especially security for Turkey and the region. It was stated that in the studies carried out by taking a direct role in the terrorism-free Türkiye process, all possible scenarios were carefully examined and steps were taken without losing vigilance.
“THE MYTH HAS ENABLED THE DISCLOSURE OF AGENT NETWORKS”
In the report, it is stated that the fight against FETO is continuing resolutely both at home and abroad. “While MIT prevented the organization’s attempts to expand its areas of activity abroad, it ensured that the members of the organization in our country were captured in coordination with the security forces. In the fight against radical organizations; the Organization, which carries out sensitive work to identify members of radical organizations, especially DAESH, has ensured the capture of many members of the organization at home and abroad, and has carried out joint work with many countries, especially African countries, which directly combat the terrorist threat in question.” Our Organization has supported operational activities against the pursuit of action by radical organizations. Our organization, which works to detect intelligence activities carried out against our country by the intelligence services of hostile countries, international organizations and subcontracted institutions/organizations associated with these services, has ensured that espionage activities have been disrupted and agent networks have been exposed in 2025. Our technical intelligence capabilities strengthen our hand and add speed and depth to our intelligence ecosystem. “Every progress we have made in the fields of signals intelligence, satellite intelligence and cyber intelligence carries the MİT Presidency to a different point among the similar intelligence services it competes with.”
‘WE ARE DETERMINED TO FULFILL OUR DUTIES’
Making evaluations in the introduction section of the Activity Report, İbrahim Kalın stated that the 2025 Activity Report of the Directorate of National Intelligence was prepared within the framework of the relevant legislation, with an approach in line with the principles of public transparency, accountability and responsibility, and that it clearly demonstrates that the resources are used effectively and efficiently in the critical tasks undertaken by the Organization, and said, “The first days of 2026, which witnessed events that shook the world agenda with the severe fractures in the fault lines of global politics, will also lead to the geopolitical events of the coming period.” Under these conditions, we are determined to fulfill our duties with the awareness that our country has to fight against various threats simultaneously and follow a multi-dimensional strategy in its security and foreign policy. We will continue our efforts to develop new understandings and increase the level of preparedness of our state from a strategic perspective against threats, as in the past. I have full faith that they will protect our national interests and take them one step further in the future. I would like to express my gratitude to all my colleagues, stating that I am proud of the great efforts made by the devoted and devoted members of our Organization, who have worked with great devotion on this path that we have been advancing shoulder to shoulder with a deep-rooted tradition for 99 years, for the independence, independence of the Republic of Turkey, and the peace and security of our nation. “I commemorate them and bow down with respect to their cherished memories,” he said.

Not accepting guests is a reason for divorce
The couple, who have been married for 43 years, mutually applied to the Family Court and filed for divorce. The plaintiff woman, a retired teacher, claimed that her husband, a retired civil servant, was addicted to gambling and did not even pay the bills of the house. She stated that the husband filed a lawsuit to prolong the trial, that the parties got married in 1981, that the husband was gambling, and that he constantly made statements such as ‘Are you a woman, you are the most retarded’. The man who testified in court claimed that the wife’s attitude and behavior caused the marital union to be shaken, that the wife behaved badly and slandered, and that he had a simple life and was subjected to violence and insults.
The woman; It was decided that both cases were accepted and the parties were divorced on the grounds that he did not allow his wife to meet with his family, did not want guests to come to the house, constantly changed furniture and made expenses, and that although both parties were at fault, the woman was more seriously at fault than the man. It was decided to reject the wife’s request for material and moral compensation of 75 thousand liras and poverty alimony, and to award 5 thousand liras of material and 5 thousand liras of non-pecuniary compensation for the man. In the case, the General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals made a precedent decision. In the decision, it was stated that “It is undisputed that the woman is seriously at fault and the man is slightly at fault in the events that led to the divorce. The decision to reject the male spouse’s compensation claims is not in accordance with the announced legal regulations and principles.”

Extra fight between CHP and New Party
The allegations that nearly 200 extras were brought to the badge-wearing ceremony attended by CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in Istanbul and that the hall was filled in this way were denied, accompanied by harsh criticism, from CHP Istanbul Provincial Chairman Gürsel Tekin and former CHP General Secretary Mehmet Sevigen. Gürsel Tekin, who held a press conference, said: “They did something that the devil would never think of.

We filed a criminal complaint immediately at night. At first, me and our friends were not involved in any dirty side. We did not set a trap for anyone. Whoever set this trap, even if it is my brother, dear prosecutors, you will go to the end. We will definitely find whoever is responsible for this FETO-like scheme. “What happens if there are 70 people missing in a huge hall, what happens if there are more?”

MEDIA TRACE FUNDS
Reacting to CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and the supporting media that broadcast bias against them, Tekin said, “700-800 of our friends around our hall could not even enter. Because the number of the hall was limited. Our kindness has reached the limit. We know what we have suffered from these for 10 months.” Tekin, who also revealed with his documents the invoices issued by Özel and his team to some media organs, said, “Burhanettin Bulut is looking at ‘media buying’. Aziz İhsan is buying Burhanettin, and Burhanettin is buying your news.

Yesterday the first two news were published by Akşam and BirGün. “Here are the invoices issued to Gazete Gündem,” he said. Tekin also showed the 3.5 million lira invoice that Özel and his team allegedly issued to BirGün Newspaper. Speaking to SABAH, former CHP General Secretary Mehmet Sevigen said, “I was there too. They tell stories. Don’t we have the power to find 200-300 people and give money to casting agencies? If we had such a problem, we would immediately bring 10 thousand men from the provinces and districts. I can’t understand what kind of CHP these people are creating in their minds. “I personally know 90 percent of the people in the hall,” he said. Meanwhile, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into the allegations upon the application of the CHP. In this crisis, which was reflected in the field after Özel and his team left the CHP and formed a New Party, there was no direct evaluation from the Özgür Özel front regarding the “extra” allegations.
