Başkan Erdoğan, İstanbul Fuar Merkezi’nde düzenlenen SAHA EXPO 2026 Uluslararası Savunma, Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayi Fuarı’nda önemli açıklamalarda bulundu.

Cumhurbaşkanlığı himayesinde gerçekleştirilen ve alanında markaya dönüşen fuarın savunma sektörü ve katılımcı firmalar için hayırlara vesile olmasını dileyen Erdoğan, 120 ülkeden 1700’den fazla firmanın iştirak ettiği fuarın icrasında emeği geçen kurumları, firmaları ve sponsorları tebrik etti.

“SAVUNMA SANAYİİ BAŞKANLIĞIMIZI TEBRİK EDİYORUM”

Kara, deniz, havacılık, uzay ve güvenlik alanlarında geliştirdikleri ürünlerle fuarda boy gösteren tüm şirketlere en kalbi tebriklerini ileten Başkan Erdoğan, şöyle konuştu:

“1300’ü aşkın üye firması ve bünyesindeki 30 üniversitenin etkin katılımıyla Avrupa’nın en büyük savunma ve havacılık kümelenmesi olan SAHA İstanbul ailesini yürekten kutluyorum. Sektördeki 4 bin 500’ü aşkın firmanın uyum ve koordinasyon içinde faaliyetlerini sürdürmesini sağlayan Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığımızı, kolektif çabaların hasılası olan bu başarı hikayesinin altında imzası bulunan şirketlerimizi, üniversitelerimizi, kuruluşlarımızı, içtenlikle tebrik ediyor, mühendisinden yazılımcısına, işçisinden teknisyenine, savunma sanayimizin tüm emektarlarına aynı şekilde şükranlarımı sunuyorum. Rabb’im sizlerin başarılarınızı daim eylesin. Bu gayretlerinizi hem ülkemiz hem dost ve kardeşlerimiz hem de insanlık için hayırlara vesile kılsın.”

Fuarın bu sene beşincisinin tertiplendiğini hatırlatan Erdoğan, fuarı yeni rekorlarla, anlaşmalarla, işbirlikleriyle taçlandırmanın haklı kıvancı içinde olduklarını söyledi.

Başkan Erdoğan, fuara 1500’ü yerli olmak üzere 1763 firmanın katıldığını belirterek, şunları kaydetti:

“Fuarda sahip oldukları yeni özelliklerle göz dolduran 203 ürün ilk kez görücüye çıktı. 192 resmi heyet ve 108 alım heyeti sektörümüzle doğrudan temas kurma imkanı buldu. İmzalanan 182 anlaşmayla toplam 8 milyar dolarlık iş hacmine ulaşıldı. Bu rakamın 6 milyar dolarlık kısmını doğrudan ihracata dönük mutabakatlar oluşturdu. Resmin bütününe baktığımızda karşılaştığımız manzara tam olarak şudur: Türk savunma sanayii artık yalnızca bölgesinde değil, dünya ölçeğinde rağbet gören, güven veren, dikkatle izlenen ve tercih edilen bir ekosistem haline gelmiştir. Türkiye, savunma, havacılık ve uzay alanında küresel düzeyde yıldızı ışıl ışıl parlayan ülkeler arasına adını gururla yazdırmıştır.”

Bu başarı tablosunun gerisinde şüphesiz on yılların emeği, gecesini gündüzüne katarak adanmış bir ruhla çalışan 100 bini aşkın vatan evladının gayreti, milletin desteği ve devletin iradesi olduğunu vurgulayan Erdoğan, “İnşallah daha iyi yerlerde olacak, daha büyük başarı hikayelerini birlikte yazacak, savunma sanayiinde tam bağımsız Türkiye hedefine ulaşıncaya kadar durmadan, duraksamadan çalışacağız.” diye konuştu.

Başkan Erdoğan, dünyanın hızla değişirken harp sanayilerinin ise köklü dönüşüm sürecinden geçtiğini, bundan elbette güvenlik kavramının da nasibini aldığını söyledi.

Bugün geldikleri noktada güvenliğin artık yalnızca tek bir alana, sahaya, sanayi koluna hapsedilemeyeceğini dile getiren Erdoğan, “Fabrikadan test sürecine, veri merkezinden akademiye, tedarik zincirinden geri bildirime güvenlik her yönüyle bütüncül bir konsepttir. Aynı şekilde bugün bir ülkenin caydırıcılığı, sahip olduğu platformların sayısıyla ölçülecek eşiği de çoktan aşmıştır. Envanterinizdeki platformları hangi yazılımla yönettiğiniz, bunlarda hangi sensörleri kullandığınız, bu ürünler için hangi motorları geliştirdiğiniz ve hangi mühimmatı ne kadar sürede üretebildiğiniz önemlidir. Siber saldırılara, elektronik harp tehditlerine, insansız sistemlere ve hibrit savaş yöntemlerine karşı ne denli hazırlıklı olduğunuz belirleyicidir.” diye konuştu.

Başkan Erdoğan, bölgelerinde ve dünyada son dönemde meydana gelen savaş ve çatışma ortamlarında bu gerçeklere bir kere daha şahitlik ettiklerini, yapay zekadan insansız araçlara, otonom sistemlerden karar destek mekanizmalarına uzanan geniş yelpazede muharebe sahasının nasıl dönüştüğüne hep birlikte tanık olduklarını ve olmaya da devam ettiklerini kaydetti.

“Şunu bugün büyük bir gururla ifade etmek isterim.” diyen Erdoğan, şöyle devam etti:

“Konvansiyonel güç unsurlarının yerini çok katmanlı ve entegre sistemlerin aldığı bu yeni dönemin kurucu aktörlerinden biri hiç kuşkusuz Türkiye’dir. Bugün Türkiye yeni nesil milli muharip uçağını, insansız savaş uçağını, helikopterini, İHA’sını, SİHA’sını üreten, elektronik harp sistemlerini, uydu teknolojisini, harp savunma sistemini, radarını geliştiren, tankını, roketini, füzesini, zırhlı araçlarını, savaş gemisini, insansız deniz araçlarını imal ve inşa eden, velhasıl denizin derinliklerinde uzayın boşluğuna kadar her kademede kendi imzasını taşıyan yazılım, platform ve sistemleri kendi yapabilen bir ülkedir. Türkiye, istiklal ve istikbaline kastetme cüretini gösterecek her muhasım unsurun bileğini bükecek kudrete ve kuvvete ziyadesiyle sahip bir devlettir.”

Başkan Erdoğan, gerek SAHA 2026’da sergilenen gurur verici ürünler gerekse geçen hafta açıklanan ihracat rakamlarının ne demek istediklerini çok net anlattığını, aynı zamanda Türkiye’nin ulaştığı seviyeyi de ortaya koyduğunu belirtti.

Burada tek tek isimleri saymaya kalkıldığında değil saatler, günler sürecek ürünleri, projeleri, tasarımları ve çalışmaları katılımcıların gördüğünü aktaran Erdoğan, katılımcıların inanç, irade, cesaret, gayret, adanmışlık ve vizyonun bir araya geldiğinde nelerin başarılabileceğine bizzat tanıklık ettiklerini söyledi.

Başkan Erdoğan, aynı iftihar tablosuyla ihracat tarafında da karşılaştıklarına dikkati çekerek, “Bakınız biz göreve geldiğimizde savunma ve havacılık ihracatımız yılda sadece 248 milyon dolardı. Türkiye, savunma sanayisinde yüzde 80 oranında dışa bağımlı bir ülkeydi. Dışa bağımlılığımızı yıllar içerisinde azaltarak biz bunu tersine çevirdik. 2025 yılında savunma ve havacılık ihracatı, tarihimizde ilk defa 10 milyar doların üzerine çıktı.” şeklinde konuştu.

“TÜRKİYE, İLK 4 AYDA 2 MİLYAR 871 MİLYON DOLARLIK İHRACAT GERÇEKLEŞTİRDİ”

Nisan ayı ihracat rakamlarının geçen yılki ivmenin devam ettiğini gösterdiğinin altını çizen Erdoğan, “Savunma ve havacılık ihracatımız nisanda 962 milyon dolara yükseldi. 2026’nın ilk 4 ayında geçen yılın aynı dönemine göre yüzde 28 artış oldu. Böylece ilk 4 ayda 2 milyar 871 milyon dolarlık ihracat gerçekleştirdi. Yani bundan 23 yıl önce senede 248 milyon dolar ihracat yapan Türkiye, bugün bu rakamı aşağı yukarı bir haftada gerçekleştiriyor. Allah’a sonsuz şükürler olsun. Kısa vadede hedefimiz 11 milyar doları aşarak bu alanda dünyada ilk 10 ülke arasına adımızı yazdırmaktır. İnşallah genişleyen uluslararası işbirliklerimiz, derinleşen ekosistemimiz ve artan üretim kapasitemizle bu hedefimize de vasıl olacağız.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Başkan Erdoğan, milletinin göğsünü kabartan, dost, kardeş ve müttefiklere güven veren bu başarı hikayesini yazmalarının öyle kolay olmadığını, görünür görünmez nice engelle karşılaştıklarını, ambargolarla, kısıtlamalarla önlerinin kesilmek istendiğini vurguladı.

“TÜRKİYE SAVUNMA SANAYİSİNDE NE ZAMAN BÜYÜK BİR ADIM ATSA BİRİLERİ HEMEN DEVREYE GİRDİ”

Parasını ödedikleri sistemlerin verilmediği günler olduğuna işaret eden Erdoğan, şu değerlendirmelerde bulundu:

“Sadece dışarıdan, sadece dost bildiklerimizden değil, içeriden de ihanete, kumpasa, umutlarımızı kırmaya dönük operasyonlara maruz kaldık. İçimize yerleşmiş ve yerleştirilmiş, kimi zaman da sureti haktan görünen Truva atlarının sabotajlarıyla mücadele ettik. Şurası son derece dikkat çekicidir: Türkiye savunma sanayisinde ne zaman kabuğunu kırsa, ne zaman büyük bir adım atsa birileri hemen devreye girdi. ‘Başımıza yeni icat çıkarmayın.’ dediler, ‘Dışarıdan almak daha kolay.’ dediler, ‘Ekonomik olarak ‘feasible (mümkün)’ değil.’ dediler. ‘Savunma sanayi yatırımları verimsiz.’ dediler.

Kimi zaman ekonomik verileri eğip bükerek, kimi zaman milli şirketlerimizi hedef alarak, kimi zaman küçümseyerek, kimi zaman da ‘Balıklar ürküyor.’ gibi komik argümanlarla savunma sanayi hamlelerimizi engellemeye çalıştılar. Biz bunların hiçbirine kulak asmadık. ‘Balıklar ürküyor.’ diyenler gelip fuarımızı ziyaret ettiler ama balıkların herhalde ürkmediğini gördüler. Öğrenilmiş çaresizlik sendromuyla malul karakterlerin bizi de kendi ruhsuz, umutsuz, ufuksuz dünyalarına çekmelerine müsaade etmedik. ‘Yapamazsınız.’ diyenlere cevabımızı işte bugün SAHA 2026’da olduğu gibi yaptığımız, tamamladığımız harp sahalarında başarıyla test edilmiş ürünlerle verdik.”

Başkan Erdoğan, Nuri Killigil, Şakir Zümre, Vecihi Hürkuş ve Nuri Demirağ gibi isimlerin canlarını ortaya koyup sabırla yürüyerek savunma sanayisinde bugünkü seviyelere ulaşılmasını sağladığını kaydetti.

Erdoğan, aralarında merhum Özdemir Bayraktar’ın da olduğu Türk savunma sanayisinin öncülerini rahmetle yad ettiğini söyledi.

Vecihi Hürkuş’un havacılıkta yıllar önce yükselttiği bayrağı rahmetli Özdemir Bayraktar’ın insansız hava araçlarında doruklara çıkardığını, göklerde büyük bir gururla dalgalandırdığını dile getiren Erdoğan, “İnanıyorum ki onun izinden gidenler bu emanete hakkıyla sahip çıkacak, Türk savunma sanayisinin şanını yüceltmeye devam edeceklerdir.” diye konuştu.

Başkan Erdoğan, “Savunma sanayi ve caydırıcılığın yanı sıra ulusal güvenliğin bir diğer kritik halkası bizim ‘iç cephe’ olarak tarif ettiğimiz milletin birlik ve beraberliğidir. Şurası bir hakikat ki milli bünye ne kadar sağlam olursa bir ülkenin güvenliği de o derece kavi ve kuvvetli olur. Kader ve istikbal birliği yapmış, ortak değerler etrafında kenetlenmiş, aynı ideallere gönül vermiş bir halkı dışarıdan müdahalelerle teslim almak, böyle bir millete diz çöktürmek kolay değildir. Fakat içeride sızıntı varsa, iç cephede gedik açılmışsa, içerisi fokur fokur kaynıyor ve kanıyorsa böyle bir durumda da millet ayakta kalamaz.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Bu durumu Mehmet Akif Ersoy’un Nasrullah Camisi’nde yaptığı konuşmada, “Milletler topla, tüfekle, zırhla, ordularla, tayyarelerle yıkılmaz. Milletler ancak aralarındaki rabıtalar çözülerek, kendi başının derdine, kendi havasına, kendi menfaatine, kendi menfaatini temin etmek kaygısına düştüğünde yıkılır.” şeklindeki sözleriyle anlattığını belirten Erdoğan, “Dün olduğu gibi bugün de yarın da meselenin nirengi noktası işte budur.” dedi.

Binlerce yıllık tarihin hemen her döneminin mücadeleyle geçtiğini belirten Başkan Erdoğan, devlet ve millet olarak verilen tüm mücadelelerin, iç cephenin tahkim edilmesiyle kazanıldığını söyledi.

Erdoğan, yeri geldiğinde top seslerinin çocuklara ninni yapıldığını, yeri geldiğinde aç, susuz, silahsız, mühimmatsız kaldıklarını ama hiçbir zaman inançlarını yitirmediklerini, yeise kapılmadıklarını ifade etti.

Birlik ve bütünlüklerinden ödün vermediklerini kaydeden Erdoğan, konuşmasını şu şekilde sürdürdü:

“Harim-i ismetimize uzanan kirli ellere teslim olmadık. Biz de iktidarlarımız boyunca maruz kaldığımız nice saldırıyı, nice darbe girişimini, bekamızı hedef alan nice kuşatmayı işte bu ruhla püskürttük. Burada şunu büyük bir kararlılıkla ifade etmek durumundayım. Bugün iç kalemizi tahkim etme yolunda attığımız en stratejik adım 18. ayını dolduran Terörsüz Türkiye süreci ve terörsüz bölge hedefidir. Terörsüz Türkiye süreci, Türkiye’yi ve komşu ülkeleri iç cepheleriyle birlikte güçlendirerek huzurlu, güvenli, müreffeh ve barışın egemen olduğu bir geleceğin inşasını hedefleyen büyük bir vizyonun adıdır. Terörsüz Türkiye, bölgemizde yürütülen paylaşım kavgası karşısında milletimizin bilincinde ve kalbinde kurulan müstahkem bir mevzidir.”

Erdoğan, bu mevzinin fikri ve siyasi müşterek karargahının Cumhur İttifakı olduğunu belirterek, “Terörsüz Türkiye menziline giden yolun mihmandarı aynı şekilde Cumhur İttifakı’dır. Sürecin katalizörü ise Türk milletinin ulaşmayı çoktan hak ettiği hedeflerdir. Bu hedefe ezber kalıplarla değil basiretli, cesaretli, büyük millet ve devlet olmanın sağladığı öz güvenli yaklaşım ile kararlı adımlarla varılabilir. Türkiye, devleti ve milletiyle yaklaşık yarım asırlık başarılı mücadelesinin ardından terörden kurtulma iradesini ortaya koymuş, Terörsüz Türkiye için çok net bir duruş sergilemiştir.” sözlerini sarf etti.

Bu iradenin temelinde vatanı ve milleti için canlarını feda eden kahramanların aziz hatırasının kutlu emaneti olduğunu ifade eden Başkan Erdoğan, şunları kaydetti:

“Bu iradenin temelinde ‘vatan sağ olsun’ diyerek evlatlarını kara toprağın bağrına veren, acısını kalbine gömen anne ve babaların metaneti vardır. Bu iradenin temelinde şehit eşleri, şehit çocukları, şehit yakınlarımız vardır, gazilerimizin fedakarlıkları vardır. Allah’ın izniyle bundan geriye dönüş yoktur ve olmayacaktır. Muhabbet iklimini çok sağlam bir şekilde tesis edip, kardeşlik bilincini güçlendirerek husumet duvarlarını tek tek yıkıp, fitnelerin kökünü kurutarak terörün kanlı ve karanlık gölgesini sebepleriyle birlikte bu toprakların üstünden tamamen kaldırarak, aziz şehit ve gazilerimizin fedakarlıklarının boşa gitmediğini tüm dünyaya inşallah hep birlikte göstereceğiz. İnanıyoruz, Allah’ın izniyle başaracağız. Kararlıyız, inşallah hedefimize ulaşacağız.”

Making a statement on the occasion of the 4th International Family Symposium, organized this year with the theme “Family and Population in Defense of the Homeland” in cooperation with the Istanbul Family Foundation and the National Defense University (MSÜ), Prof. Dr. Erhan Afyoncu said that the decrease in population had a great impact on the collapse of the Ottoman Empire.

“IT WAS SAID THAT IT WILL BE 128 MILLION, BUT Türkiye’S POPULATION IN 2026 IS CURRENTLY 86 MILLION”

Afyoncu noted that the Ottoman Empire, which was one of the most populous states in Europe when it was founded, was one of the least populated states in Europe when it collapsed, and explained that when the Republic was established, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk made plans to increase the Anatolian population, which had fallen to 13 million, and this continued until 1965 and the population increased very rapidly.

Afyoncu stated that after 1965, the Republic of Turkey began to take measures to reduce the population, especially with the influence of some foreign global organizations, and this continued until 2005, and that the population in the country decreased as a result of this negative population injection and urbanization.

Stating that the extended family structure in Turkish society, where grandfather, grandmother, mother, father and children live together, has been transformed into a nuclear family over time, Afyoncu said, “Many businessmen, foundations and associations in Türkiye say ‘Turkey will not be able to take care of its population in the future, it will go hungry, its national income will decrease.’ They made black propaganda in the form of: On the contrary, what happened? ‘In the 1980s, Türkiye will have 128 million in the 2000s.’ It was said. Türkiye’s 2026 population is currently 86 million.” he said.

Prof. Dr. Afyoncu noted that having many children is shown as a negative thing through black propaganda, and said that the population growth rate decreased to 3 per thousand with migration from villages to cities, and that the effect of this rate was not due to the increase in fertility but to the decrease in deaths with the development of the health system.

“STOP INCREASING THE POPULATION, IF WE CAN STOP THE FERTILITY RATE FROM DECREASING, THAT IS ENOUGH”

Stating that there is no example of a country transitioning from a country whose population has fallen back to an increase, Afyoncu said, “Once the population starts to decline, it is not possible to reverse it. Our esteemed President has been focusing on this since 2007, but unfortunately our bureaucracy has turned its back and continues to do so. If real measures had been taken, the population would not have fallen so quickly. It is not possible to prevent the decline, but Turkey has fallen very quickly. While our population growth rate was 2.40 in the 2000s, it is now “It dropped to 1.40.” he said.

Afyoncu pointed out that if measures are not taken, half of Türkiye’s population will consist of elderly people in 2100, and said, “When you look at examples in the world, your population does not increase much even when you make great incentives. It is increasing in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan because the rural population is high there. 75 percent of the population in Kyrgyzstan lives in rural areas. In our country, this rate is 7 percent, it is not possible to increase the population in urban life.” he said.

Afyoncu emphasized President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s “3 children” statements in 2007 and continued as follows:

“3 children means increasing the population. In Türkiye, when political people say something, it is perceived as political, regardless of whether it is in the interest of the country or not. Mr. President is actually a leader who can foresee a serious threat long ago, but unfortunately our bureaucracy could not keep up with him. It would be enough if we could stop the fertility rate from decreasing, let alone increasing the population. In the coming years, the fertility rate will decrease to 1 rate. As a matter of fact, in our cities in Western Anatolia, this rate is down to 1. Eastern Anatolia, Southeast Anatolia, Southeast “Anatolia and Central Anatolia keep the ratio partially.”

ECONOMIC INCENTIVES FOR MARRIING AND HAVING CHILDREN

Prof. Dr. Afyoncu emphasized that Türkiye needs to take very strict measures on this issue and said, “Our Ministry of Finance wants to maintain budget balances, this is true, but it needs to calculate this. If our population does not increase today, this will be a bigger burden on the budget. When you do not take preliminary health measures, you spend more money on diseases. If we cannot protect our young population, which we cannot, in the future, more money will come out of our budget for social security and military expenditures.” made his assessment.

“SCT AND VAT SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FROM VEHICLES”

Stating that the Ministry of Treasury and Finance should increase incentives for families with children, Afyoncu said, “Every mother with 3 children should receive a direct salary, and a salary should be given in retirement. 3 children is a very large number. Currently, this does not seem like such a big number, but it is not. Mothers with 3 children should be able to receive a salary without working. Countries such as Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have implemented this. The Republic of Turkey should implement this urgently. SCT and VAT should not be collected from cars. Marriage loans should be given to everyone who gets married. “The loan should be granted on the day your first child is born.” he said.

Minister Memişoğlu, who first visited Bitlis Governorship within the scope of the program, made statements to journalists there. Commenting on the work carried out in the field of health in Bitlis, Minister Memişoğlu stated that investments are continuing so that citizens can access health services faster and with higher quality. Speaking about the hospitals in the city, healthcare personnel capacity and ongoing projects, Memişoğlu stated that work will continue to strengthen the healthcare infrastructure.

Minister Memişoğlu made the following statements in his statement: “We are reaching our provinces within the scope of the Healthy Turkey Century. Today, we are visiting Bitlis, one of the most important cities of our history and civilization. We will evaluate the health services here. We are here to see the health situation of Bitlis, together with our Governor, Member of Parliament and Presidents, in order to provide better health services to our people. First of all, while Bitlis has 365 beds related to health, today it has become healthy in 20 years with 1065 beds.” It has become one of the important places of health investments in the transformation. We want to develop it further. As you know, we have planned our hospitals in Güroymak and Hizan and we will start their construction as soon as possible. These hospitals will be very good physically and we will serve our people with our hospitals with 50 beds and 25 rooms. Thanks to our donors, we also have another beautiful hospital here. Along with this hospital, Bitlis also serves health in terms of a university by training students. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this issue. We will work today to provide better health services in Bitlis, Tatvan, Güroymak, Hizan and all our districts. First of all, I want to say that we need to stay healthy. That is why we have two Healthy Life Centers in Bitlis. We have made new arrangements for the people of Bitlis to meet with their family doctors. “We will use the facilities. I would like to thank everyone. We, as the Ministry, are here with our entire team to ensure that this beautiful city of Bitlis provides better healthcare. Hopefully, we will renew the angiography device. We will also purchase a new angiography device. We will make all our plans to prevent patients from going to other cities and make Bitlis one of the best cities in Türkiye in terms of health.”

Minister Memişoğlu, who also visited Bitlis Municipality after his visit to the Governorship, received information from Mayor Nesrullah Tanglay about the works carried out in the city.

Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu gave important messages to young people in Bitlis, where he came to participate in various programs. Speaking at the “1st International Health and Medical Sciences Congress” organized by Bitlis Eren University, Memişoğlu called on young people not to lose their idealism, dedication and love for humanity. Emphasizing that Türkiye is the representative of the civilization of goodness and peace, Memişoğlu said, “Never lose your idealism, dedication and love for humanity.”

Minister Memişoğlu also mentioned the investments made in health and continued his words as follows: “We have really done incredible things in health in the last 25 years. Look, while there were 365 patient beds in Bitlis alone, most of which were the ward system, the old system, today we have 1065 patient beds. And we have access to health where everyone can receive health care at least 12 times a year. But we need to make it better. We need to do something else. 203 PRODUCTS WERE DISPLAYED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT SAHA 2026

Thank God, we are proud to crown our 5th fair this year with new records, new agreements and new collaborations. A total of 1763 companies, 1500 domestic and 263 foreign, participated in SAHA 2026. At the fair, 203 products that impress with their new features were showcased for the first time. 192 official delegations and 108 procurement delegations had the opportunity to establish direct contact with our sector. A total business volume of 8 billion dollars was reached with 182 agreements signed. 6 billion dollars of this figure consisted of direct export-oriented agreements.
