MHP lideri Devlet Bahçeli: Ne Kılıçdaroğlu ne de Özel CHP’nin sorumluluğuna uygun görüntü veriyor
MHP Genel Başkanı Devlet Bahçeli gündeme ilişkin dikkat çeken değerlendirmelerde bulundu. MHP lideri Bahçeli, “Sayın Özel’in Yargıtay’ın kesin kararını beklemeden CHP’nin içinde bulunduğu krizi sürekli olarak derinleştirmesi hukuki süreci baltaladığı gibi kurucu değerleri de aşındırmaktadır. Her ne kadar Sayın Özel, hukuki bir meseleyi, siyasi bir mesele şeklinde tartışıp yaşanılanları araçsallaştırarak kendi lehine menfaat sağlama amacı gütse de bu yol doğru yol değildir.” dedi.
Bahçeli’nin açıklamaları şu şekilde:
“Değişim” insanlık tarihi kadar eskidir. Değişimi insanın çevreye çevrenin insana etkisi şeklinde değerlendirip, ilerlemenin bir aracı olarak kabul etmek mümkündür. Ancak değişim her zaman insanlığı daha iyiye, daha doğruya ve güzele ulaştırmayabilir, bunun bazen de daha kötüye götürme ihtimali söz konusudur.
Düşünce tarihi boyunca değişim kavramı sürekli olarak değerlendirme konusu kılınmış, üzerine birçok felsefi tartışma yapılmıştır. Tartışmaların felsefi içeriği bir tarafa, insanın içine doğduğu toplumda, ortak tecrübesi etrafında cereyan eden temel toplumsal kurumlarda dinamik bir sürecin işlediği ve sürekli bir değişimin gerçekleştiği muhakkaktır.
Toplumsal kurumlarda gerçekleşen değişim nedeniyle her an yeni problemlerin zuhur etmesi oldukça doğaldır. Milletimizi devamlılık esası içerisinde aydınlık geleceğe taşıyacak kurumlarda yaşanan değişime bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan problemlere çözüm aramak en büyük ödevimizdir. İçinde bulunduğumuz dönemde genel olarak siyaset kurumunda yaşanan problemlere karşı daha hassas olmamız ise zorunludur.
Çünkü millet varlığı, devlet gerçeği, siyasal ve toplumsal düzen siyaset kurumuyla doğrudan orantılıdır ve hatta bu kurum üzerine yükselmektedir. Bu gerçek göz önüne alındığına siyasetin bir amaçtan ziyade siyasal, sosyal ve ekonomik açıdan devlet ve millet ile daha iyiye, daha ideale ulaşmanın bir aracı olduğu unutulmamalıdır.
Eğer siyaset kurumundan söz ediyorsak onun ahlaki yargılar ve sorumluluk ile olan ilişkisini mutlaka dikkate almamız, ortak bir tutumla korumamız gerekir. Siyasetçi de ahlaki değer yargıları ve sorumluluk duygusu ile hareket etmeli, ilkeli siyasetten taviz vermemelidir. Ahlaki yargılar ve sorumluluk duygusu gerçek siyasal davranışın ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır.
Bu bakımdan söz ve eylem arasında tutarlılık değerli, amaç ile araç ilişkisine temel değerlerimizi kurban etmemek önemlidir. Aksi takdirde siyaset kurumu devlet ve millet menfaatinden ziyade faydacı bir görünüm arz edecektir.
CHP hakkında mutlak butlan kararı verildiği andan itibaren tarihi bir sorumluluk ile sağduyu ve itidal çerçevesinde hareket edilmesi konusunda açıklamalarda bulunduk. Fakat bu meselenin akla, mantığa ve hukuka uygun bir biçimde çözüme ulaştırılmaktan ziyade parti içindeki bölünmeyi her geçen gün daha da derinleştirdiği görülmektedir.
Oysa CHP’nin Cumhuriyetle yaşıt olduğu gerçeği dikkate alındığında bu söylem sadece bir meşruiyet arayışı ve siyasi avantaj sağlama aracı olarak dillendirilmiyorsa CHP’nin toplumsal ve siyasal hayatta birleştirici ve bütünleştirici bir rolü olduğu göz ardı edilmemelidir. Dile getirilen tarihsel iddiaya rağmen CHP bugünkü durumuyla kurucu kodlarından çok uzakta bulunmakta, tarihi sorumluluğunu yüklenememektedir.
Ne Sayın Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu ne de Sayın Özgür Özel söylem ve eylemleriyle CHP’nin tarihsel sorumluluğuna uygun bir görüntü ortaya koyamamaktadır. Hatta tavır, tutum ve kullandıkları üslup ile sosyolojilerini kendi içlerinde kutuplaştırmaktadır. Zaman bölünme değil birleşme vakti olsa da sürecin seyri ayrışmanın somut adımlarıyla şekillenmektedir.
ÖZGÜR ÖZEL KRİZİ DERİNLEŞTİRİYOR
Sayın Özel’in Yargıtay’ın kesin kararını beklemeden CHP’nin içinde bulunduğu krizi sürekli olarak derinleştirmesi hukuki süreci baltaladığı gibi kurucu değerleri de aşındırmaktadır. Her ne kadar Sayın Özel, hukuki bir meseleyi, siyasi bir mesele şeklinde tartışıp yaşanılanları araçsallaştırarak kendi lehine menfaat sağlama amacı gütse de bu yol doğru yol değildir.
Millete ait olan değerleri, ortak aklımızdan süzülerek gelen ve maddi somut varlıklarımız olan hafıza mekânlarını, müşterek kimliğimizi ve kişiliklerimizi amacı için araçsallaştırmak hiç kimsenin hakkı olmadığı gibi haddi de değildir. Mahkeme kararları elbette ki eleştirilebilir, hukuki yollardan değiştirilmeye de çalışılabilir. Ancak aksi karar çıkıncaya kadar mahkemenin verdiği kararlara her Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşının uyma zorunluluğu vardır.
Dolayısıyla ilgili mahkemeler yeni veya farklı bir karar verinceye kadar CHP’nin Genel Başkanı’nın Sayın Kılıçdaroğlu olduğu unutulmamalıdır. Bu bağlamda sağduyu ile hareket edip ortak bir anlayış ile parti içerisindeki arınma ve durulmanın bir an önce gerçekleştirilmesi gerekirken, görünen o ki kendi içlerindeki hizipleşme günbegün artmaktadır.
Siyasetçi kamunun iyiliğini, devletin istikrarını gözettikçe kıymetlidir. Düşünceler aklın mayasıyla yoğruldukça anlamlıdır. CHP’de filmlerde veya kumar masalarında şahit olunabilecek, “restine rest” replikleri sorun çözme kabiliyetinden uzak, sanal ve gerçeği birbirine karıştıran, kitleleri manipüle etmeye yarayan, mahkemenin verdiği kararları hafife alan algı yönetimi ve propaganda faaliyetinden başka bir şey değildir.
Unutulmamalıdır ki CHP’nin iç sorunu gibi görünen meseleler aynı zamanda devlet ve milletin de sorunudur. Toplumsal huzuru bozan, siyasal istikrarı tehlikeye atan, hukuka güveni sorgulayan bu tavır sürdürülebilir değildir. Bunun için devlet ve milleti ilgilendiren her konu gerçekliğin ve sağduyunun zemininde tartışılmalı, istikrar ön planda tutulmalıdır.
Siyaset kurumu, toplumsal meselelere çözüm üretme sorumluluğunu göz önünde bulundurmalı, kabiliyetini ve buna sarf etmesi gereken enerjisini boşa harcamamalıdır. Meselenin sebeplerine eğilmeden, olayın seyrini göz önünde bulundurmadan sadece sonuç üzerinden yel değirmenleri ile kavga etmek ancak hakikati örtmenin ve saklamanın bir yöntemi olarak görülebilir.
Ortada duran soruna cevap veremeyen iddialar sadece temelsiz değil, aynı zamanda zihni bir kopuşu da ifade eder. Her iki taraf açısından da hayali kurbanlar belirleyip suçu kurbana yükleyerek ve gerçekliği reddederek varılacak yer yalnızca hüzündür. CHP aktörleri tarafından negatif bir dil üzerinden, asıl olana şiddetli bir hücum ile ayrışmanın meşruiyetine zemin hazırlanmaya çalışılmış, kurumsallık zayıflatılmış, bu da bölünmeyi hızlandırarak, istikrarı imkânsızlaştırmıştır.
Oysa meşru ile gayri meşru, yasal ile yasa dışı olan arasında yapılmayan sağduyulu analiz meselenin bu boyuta ulaşmasının ana nedenidir. Güvensizliği, belirsizliği, emniyetsizliği sürekli ve olağan bir durum haline getirmek, buradan “bir toplumsal muhalefet üreteceğine” inanarak siyaset yapmak ancak olgunlaşmamış bir aklın heyecanıdır.
Hep ifade edilegelmiştir, “Bir oyunun birinci perdesinde duvarda asılı bir tüfek varsa, o tüfek üçüncü perdede mutlaka ateşlenmek zorundadır.” Sürekli olarak bize operasyon yapıldı demek yerine biz birinci perdede ne yaptık sorusu çözüm için daha iyi bir kılavuz olacaktır.
Sayın Özel ve Sayın Kılıçdaroğlu’na düşen şapkalarını önlerine koyarak samimi bir özeleştiri yapmak ve hakikati perdelemeden soruna çözüm bulmaya çalışmaktır. Lakin şu ana kadar yaşanılanlar göstermektedir ki bir uzlaşı arayışı, bir konsensüs zemini oluşturma çabasından daha ziyade adım adım bölünme gerçekleşmekte, sürekli yeni parti isimleri zikredilmekte ve yeni adresler aranmaktadır.
Gelinen aşamada diğer partilerin bir kısmının ortaya koydukları politik tavır “selin önünden kütük kapma” siyasetidir. Kendilerinin içerisinde bulundukları varoluş kaygıları fırsatçı bir tavır ile meseleye yaklaşmaları neticesini vermektedir. Söz konusu partilerin çoğu zaten bir mefkûreden yoksun ve sadece konjonktürel bir varoluşa sahiptirler.
Bu anlayış kıtlığı ve mefkûre yoksunluğu ile konjonktürel olmaktan öteye geçip kitle partisi olmaları zor, mevzileri geçicidir. Bunların değişen şartlara değişmeyen tepkiler vermekle malul oldukları açıktır. Onlar egoları için fanatik, zihinleri için dogmatik, faydaları için eyyamcıdırlar. Toplumsal sorunların idrakinden ve çözüm önerisi üretme becerisinden yoksun olduklarından dolayı bir sağa bir sola savrulmaktadırlar.
Gerçeklikten yoksun sadece dar ölçekli bir toplumsal kesimi baştan çıkarıcı retorikten ibaret olan siyasi söylem heyecan verir ama ekmek vermez, arzu üretir ama sorun çözmez. Sebep sonuç analizinin yapılmadığı sadece basit ve günübirlik bir anlayışın hâkim olduğu siyasi dil, yapmak için değil bozmak ve hatta yıkmak için işlev görür. Bir kısım partinin görünümü yalnızca bundan ibarettir.
Kendi içine kapanmış, dünya, bölge ve ülkesinde ne olduğundan bihaber olan partilerin değil Türkiye’nin bugünü ve yarını adına politika üretmeleri, kendi programlarından dahi habersiz oluşları Türk demokrasisi için içler acısı bir durumdur.
Bu nedenle her türlü aymazlığa mahkûm olmasalar da mecbur oldukları ve hatta buna gönüllü bulundukları kesindir. Dolayısıyla biz Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi olarak bu oportünist siyasetin de karşısındayız. Hukuka dayanmayan, meşruiyet zeminine oturmayan, düzen inşa edemeyen hiçbir siyasi yapının toplumsal meselelerimize çözüm üretmesi imkân dâhilinde değildir. Birlikte rahmetin, ayrılıkta azabın var olduğunu bilmek önemlidir. Sorumluluk bilinci ile hareket edebilmek değerlidir. Kriz anlarında sağduyu ile hareket edebilmek ise anlamlıdır.
Batılı aklın dayattığı politikalara alternatif siyaset geliştirmek adına şartların uygun olduğu süreci, hamasete ve kibre dayalı politikaların kurbanı kılmak sorunludur. Bizim Milliyetçi-Ülkücü Hareket olarak her şeyden önce Türk milletinin ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin bekasını kendimize amaç edindiğimiz ve tarihsel devamlılığını sağlama gayreti içerisinde bulunduğumuz aşikârdır.
Yüksek idealleri olmayan toplumları tarihin acımasız çarkı hep öğütmüş, beşeriyetin bir kalıntısı haline getirmiştir. Bu açıdan ideale uygun eylem, hayatın anlamı ve gücü olmuştur. İdeal ile temellendirildikçe hayat anlam kazanmıştır. Geçmişten günümüze büyük hedefler büyük hayallerin, büyük hayaller ise büyük düşüncelerin eseri olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Biz de binlerce yıllık tarihimizdeki kutlu bir yemin olarak milli vicdanları mühürleyen “Millet ebed müddet, devlet ebed müddet” düşüncesinin taşıyıcısı olduk.
Hak ve hakikat davasının taşıyıcısı olarak Milliyetçi-Ülkücü Hareketin mensupları, Türk’ün tarihinde Nizam-ı Alem ve İlay-ı Kelimatullah davası için Alp olmuş, Alperen olmuş, yolbaşcılık yapmışlardır. Kutlu davayı Kızılelma ülküsü ile Adriyatik’ten Çin Seddi’ne, kadar bayrak misali taşımışlardır. Büyük ideallerimizi gerçekleştirme yolunda aramızda tefrikaya yer olmamalıdır.
İç cephemizi tahkim etme adına bir olacağız, birlikte olacağız, aramıza ayrıyı gayrıyı koymadan binlerce yıllık kardeşlik hukuku ve gelecek düşüncesi ile hep beraber daha güçlü yarınlara ulaşacağız. Türk dünyası ile kan kardeşliği, İslam dünyası ile din kardeşliği hukukumuz, çok güçlü bağlarımız var. Bunu asla unutmamak gerekir.
O zaman Türklük ve İslamlık adına aynı bedende toplu vuran bütün yüreklerin ayağa kalkma vakti gelmiştir. Bu ayağa kalkış sadece Türkiye adına değil Türk ve İslam coğrafyası adına olmalıdır. Emperyalizmin kıskacındaki mazlum milletlere Yunus, zalimlere Yavuz yüzümüzü göstererek; Batıdaki gelişmeleri de doğudaki gelişmeleri de mantıklı değerlendirmelere tabi tutarak; yabani otlar ayrılmalıdır. Türk – İslam’ın özü uyanmalıdır. Yeryüzü insanlığın hür meydanı olmalıdır.
Unutulmasın ki biz imdadı başka yerde aramaz, gücümüzü başkasından almayız. Bizim esin kaynağımız tarihimizdir. İlhamımızı Mete Han’dan, Sultan Alparslan’dan, Fatih Sultan Mehmet’ten ve Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ten alırız. Tarihimizde bazen geri çekilmeler olmuşsa da kılıcımız yeniden keskinleşmiş, yayımız gerilmiştir. Kim ki Türk’ün ve İslamlığın Anadolu’daki varlığına tehdit olursa yay ve kılıcımızı ona doğrultmaya muktediriz. Vakit gelmiş ve mekâna kavuşmuştur. Gelecek Türk ve Türkiye Yüzyılı’dır.
TERÖRSÜZ TÜRKİYE VURGUSU
Terörsüz Türkiye politikasındaki kararlılığımızın herhangi dış bir etkiye bağlı olarak değişim göstermesi söz konusu olamaz. Bizim önceliğimiz birlik ve kardeşliğimizi teminat altına alacak terörsüz Türkiye hedefimizi başarıya ulaştırmaktır. Etrafımızdaki ateş çemberinden daha güçlü çıkmak, yeniden dünyaya nizam veren bir devlet ve millet haline gelmek için terörsüz Türkiye önemli bir eşiktir.
Bizim terörsüz Türkiye’den emelimiz içerideki barış ve kardeşlik duygularımızı pekiştirmektir. Son dönemdeki gelişmeler terör belasının vatanımızda Türk’ün ve Kürt’ün arasına sokulmuş bir nifak tohumu olduğunu hepimize göstermiştir. Terör, emperyalizmin maşasıdır. Biz terörsüz Türkiye dedikçe yerinden zıplayanlar da emperyalizmin değirmenine su taşımakta, yelkenine rüzgâr olmaktadır.
Coğrafyamızda Türk’ün ve Kürt’ün birlikteliğine karşı olanlar müstevlilerin uşağı olmayı arzulayanlardır. Kim neyi arzularsa arzulasın biz hak yolunda hakikat yolunda yürümeye devam edeceğiz. “Türk ve Türkiye Yüzyıl’ının” yapısal sütunlarını oluşturmanın ve bölgesel huzurun en önemli adımının “Terörsüz Türkiye” olduğu gerçeğinin her daim altını çizeceğiz.
Amacımız; “Türk ve Türkiye Yüzyılı’nın” dayanaklarını oluşturmak, tarihsel birikim ve deneyimlenmiş geçmişi referans alıp günün gerçekleriyle sentezleyerek bir dünya inşa etmektir. Terörsüz Türkiye yol haritamızı bu doğrultuda hukuk, ahlak ve demokratik siyaset çerçevesinde belirleyip iyi niyetle uyguluyoruz. Çatışmayı değil uzlaşmayı, ayrıştırmayı değil bütünleşmeyi, kavgayı değil barışı savunuyor, Türkiye’yi ve Türk milletini geleceğe birlikte taşıma iradesine güveniyoruz.
Terörsüz Türkiye’nin, ortak aklı ve toplumsal mutabakatı önceleyen, dürüst ve samimi adımlarla dış dayatmalara kapalı, bin yıllık kardeşliği daha da kuvvetlendirecek gelecek inşasının teminatı olduğuna inanıyoruz.
Hayatının sebep-sonuç ilişkisini karıştırmış, şaşırmış, enerjisini içeride sonu olmayan mücadelelere harcayan bir toplum olmayı asla kabul etmeyeceğiz. Varsa bir hastalığımız teşhisini biz koyacak ve tedavisini biz yapacağız. Kısır döngü içine hapsedilmiş bir Türkiye özlemi duyanlara sesleniyorum; buna izin vermeyeceğiz.
Temel toplumsal meselelerin yükünü omuzlarında hissetmeyen siyasetçi sadece sorun konuşur çözüm konuşamaz çünkü ona dair vicdanı gelişmemiştir. Sürekli bir şekilde hukuksuzluğu meşrulaştırma ve popülerleştirme arayışı, doğal olarak sorun çözmeyi değil temel meseleleri çarpıtmayı ve gerçeklerle bağı koparmayı tahkim etmektedir. Hiç kimsenin sahte dünyasında anlam aramayız, bizim seçimlerimiz tarihsel tecrübemizdir.
Çok defa herkes kendi ölümünü ölür başkası sizin yerinize ölemez denilir ve bu doğrudur. Lakin bu kutlu davada çok kişi milletimizin ve devletimizin geleceği için canlarından, yarlarından ve ailelerinden vazgeçmiştir. Hayatta her fedakârlık değerlidir ama hayattan feragat etmek yüksek bir cesarete sahip olanların nişanesidir.
Bunun ağırlığını omuzlarında hissetmeyen, bunun sorumluluğunu yüreğinde taşımayanın söze dayalı milliyetçilik sadece sesten ibarettir. Biz ise bu millet ve devlet uğruna gözünü kırpmadan canından vazgeçenlerin sorumluluğunu yüreğimizde taşıdığımız gibi gelecekte bu toprakların hiçbir evladının canından feragat etmesine meydan vermeyecek bir ideali hayata geçirmeye çalışıyoruz.
Başkasının anlam sütunları üzerine değer inşa olunamaz ve gelecek kurulamaz. Her medeniyet kendi kökünden beslenir, karşılaşılan sorunlar aşıldıkça medeniyet yükselir.
Sözün var olduğu ama eylemin bulunmadığı, düşüncenin ifade edildiği ama davranışın gelmediği her siyasi dil boş laf üretmektir. Zira konuşmak farklı bir şey, anlatmak başka bir şey hem konuşmak hem yapmak bambaşka bir şeydir. Bu iki etkinliği bir araya getirmeden, ahenkli bir şekilde işletmeden sorunların çözülmesi imkan dahilinde değildir. Konuşmak sadece gürültü olarak kalabilir ama anlatmak ve dile getirdiğiniz şekilde ameli adımlarda bulunmak bir anlam dünyasının temsilidir.
Dünya ölçeğinde dile gelen, popüler olan, moda şeklinde ifade bulan kültürel sömürü pratiklerine kapılmadan, esir olmadan bir medeniyetin kodları üzerinden günün gerçeğini yorumlamak ancak Türkçe bir zihniyet ile mümkündür. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla düşüncelerimizi eylemler ile somutlaştırmadıkça, idealler ile gerçekler arasındaki mesafeyi kapatmak imkânsızlaşır.
Mefkûremizden aldığımız her türlü düşüncemize somut karakter kazandırmayı, ruh-beden, düşünce-eylem, mana-madde diyalektiğine düşmeden, birinden ötekine savrulmadan her iki gerçekliği kabul etmekte, aralarında var olan derin ahengi bilmekteyiz. İstekler, arzular ve ihtiyaçlar arasındaki dengeyi siyasi, iktisadi, ahlaki ve kültürel açıdan düşüncenin mihengine vurmalıyız. Zira idealler ve gerçekler hamurla maya gibidirler, bunlar ancak birleştikleri, yoğruldukları zaman yenecek kıvama gelir.
Bu nedenledir ki; başkasının elbisesini kendi derimiz zannetmeyiz Başkasının faydasını kendi doğrumuz olarak görmeyiz. Kendimize ait olmayan hiçbir formatı kabul etmez; Türk milletinin iman ve iradesinden başka hiçbir şeye güvenmeyiz.
En yakın tanığımız elli yedi yıllık mazimizdir.
Spor ve spora dair her türlü etkinlik kolektif bilincin sembolik yansımasıdır. Futbol da temsil niteliği çok daha güçlü olan spor dalıdır. Bu tür müsabakalar bizim açımızdan galibiyet ve mağlubiyet kavramları arasına sıkıştırılabilecek dar ölçekli faaliyetler değildir. Hiç kuşkusuz galibiyet ciddi bir mutluluk mağlubiyet sadece bir hüzün kaynağı olabilir. Lakin bizim açımızdan futbol bunları aşan bir gerçekliktir. Onda bir iradenin yansıması, disiplinin gösterimi ortak bir varoluşun tecellisi söz konusudur. İşte bu duygularla birer bayrak misali bizi sahada temsil edecek olan milli takım sporcularımıza başarılar diliyorum.
