In the message dated July 9, 2024, it was seen that Özkan Yalım forwarded companies to install security systems in taxis and shuttles to Özgür Özel, to be reported to the Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. ÖZKAN YALIM EXPLAINED THE BRIBERY NEGOTIATION

Giving an additional statement within the scope of the bribery and corruption operation carried out against Uşak Municipality, CHP Uşak Municipality detained chairman Özkan Yalım stated that he gave cash to Özgür Özel during the congress process and said, “After I gave 200 thousand liras in cash, Özgür Özel contacted me via WhatsApp and asked for money again.
